Sorry I'm a bit confused on what exactly you are asking. If you want to translate what you said into Spanish I'the just use a translator app. My Spanish isn't perfect. Also you seem to spend lots of time in Spain so I'the think you would know some basic Spanish that you could get the point across. Also in Spain the Spanish is different compared to Mexico so you might want to use a translation app that specializes in Castellano. I know when I talk to non Mexican girls they quickly understand that my Spanish was learned from Mexico.

If on the other hand you are just asking about a generalization on how to bring up the question I'the say it's hard if I'm not in the conversation and seeing what her body language is and evaluating how she would take such a question. Depending on the situation I might say sweet things to her or just tell her I don't mean to be disrespectful but would you care to come back to my hotel or go to a motel. Like I said the way I would approach the question mainly depends on how the conversation is going and her attitude.

Well I've never been to PV so those bars you speak of I have no idea. In general I only go to places and buy drinks for girls I know more is available. What I can say from reading these boards and experiences in ficha bars where all girls might not go upstairs is that a lot of it depends on the customer.

If these places are somewhat regular bars and the waitress can make some extra money by sitting with a customer I wouldn't assume that means they are available to have sex with any customer. So the guys that supposedly did see them outside of work for sex might of just been a normal attraction the girls had to these customers to agree to see them.

Sol, since you are familiar with this culture, you should definitely explain this to avoid confusion for people like I am. Perhaps, make a post on what is expected in the strip clubs, and other areas as well.

Unfortunately if I posted something it would have to be in every city and I'm not going to do it. I usually post on places I've been to but in your case it was just an insight I wanted to share with others that might be able to learn from your experience. Also people usually don't go that far back when reading posts about a certain city and soon my post would never be read unless I repeat the same thing over and over.

In general if you read posts from others on this board that go to other cities they say the same thing but you'the have to read each destination in Mexico and since you only cared about PV it didn't show up on your radar.

The drink prices vary, my guess is the first price he told you was for a small bottle and since you said it was to much he told you the price for just a glass. Also the guys you referred to as "bouncers" are just the waiters and managers in the club.

The price to go with the girl is split between the club and the girl that's why you don't pay the girl and it's all just added to your bill when you pay at the end. Now some clubs have a reputation for inflating the bill at the end so you do need to be on guard sometimes so your not taken advantage of. They hope your busy drinking and having fun with the ladies and don't keep track of how many drinks you have bought. Seems that this place was very honest and maybe that's what upset the waiter because you still didn't trust him.

When you asked for the check and you paid the money to the girl because you didn't want it going in the waiters hands was very disrespectful IMO, you have to remember you are in Mexico and to adjust to the customs of how they do things. You wouldn't go to a restaurant and walk back to the chef to pay your bill so you shouldn't have gave the money to the girl. She gets a voucher that she can redeem for the amount of the drink and another one for the time with you in the room. Some clubs pay daily some pay weekly.

So I'm sure after just giving money to the girl they were done with you so throwing more money at the girls dancing was just icing on the cake for them to be happy to have you leave.

I suggest next time maybe sit and watch how others act and do the same, or go to the places in Mexico that are more Americanized like Tijuana.

Thank you for the insight Sol, I wish I knew all this before I went there. I definitely saw it with eyes of someone who lives in US, with expectation of US strip rules. It's just different here, I didn't know the rules, they did speak English pretty well. And I did tip the bouncer / waiter, he asked for 220 $, I gave him 240 $. I'm used to tipping people I like, I had no problems with tipping lady a 20 $ at the end of the session. Nothing malicious on my side.

This experience was weird. On my last night in PV, I was pretty drained already and didn't want to have sex anymore, but wanted to check local strip clubs. So I went to Tapanko (that is considered red zone) - three clubs on the same plaza with hourly motel, I came there at around 10, and it was a ghost town, a couple of dozen ladies, matching number of bouncers, and no guests, girls were not dancing. Bouncer told me usually dancing starts at 11, most action after 12. I went for a little walk and came back at 11. There was one lady dancing and some people started showing up.

The moment I ordered a drink, one bouncer went to a group of ladies, took one and brought to me. She was the hottest lady in the house. Columbian lady 8-9 points. I went to PV for the first time.

I researched different web resources. I was surprised how little information was available, had to go through forums, including this forum. Hopefully this report can help to people who are planning for a first trip, set the right expectations to avoid frustration by fantasizing too much reading unrealistic guides.

I was only for a short trip of few days, so I didn't explore all the options.

First thing to know for people who travel for the first time, PV is a capital of gay community in Americas, which I did not know about at all. The whole Zona Romantica is a gay area.

This was one part where my expectations crashed, I was fantasizing a line of hot ladies in the bar wanting to have sex with me. I got a hotel in central area next to romantica and first night went into local bars for some sweet pussy, and was really surprised about crowds of gay people and gay events in the local bars. I asked a taxi driver what it is a good place for straight people night life, and he said this would NOT be in zona romantica, the whole zone is a gay zone, I have to go to bars closer to hotel zone for that.

I can't say much about night life, it starts late, people start gathering closer to midnight, I did see some ladies in bars, most of them were in friend groups or couples.

One thing to consider is hooking a local tourists from Mexico, there is plenty of single ladies traveling to PV, who are very open to communication. On a third day I had a success with a single recently divorced lady from Mexico who came to PV, I met them (two female friends) on a tour though, not in a bar, invited for a dinner and she didn't mind to go to my room after a couple of drinks.

So don't hesitate approaching local tourists, they will instantly cue you if have a chance or not.

Street hookers.

Some of them I would not hire, they look like drug users, but some younger ladies are very appealing I would definitely spend time with. However the area is very shady. I walked through that street twice, at night time 9 pm and evening time 5 pm, before the sunset it looks okay in terms of potential danger, there is plenty of people on the street. The area did not feel safe to me at night though, I dropped this idea since I was in alert mode and probably wouldn't be able to relax with adrenalin pumping. A person on the other end pretended to be an independent lady, which was a lie, but I went along with this, ordered a lady at 9 pm. Service costs 2000 pesos. She got to hotel and texted me, I got outside and walked her into the room. She was a gorgeous lady 6-7 points. Smooth skin, round butt, not fat on the belly, nice tits, really amazing, just like I asked. She did not speak english at all, google translate helped. She took a shower and jumped into my bed. He said, they work even during the day, from 2 to 4 they have a happy hour, where everything is cheaper, that's when locals visit.

Do not go to fancy hotel zone strip clubs, those are too expensive and as reported in this forum scammy, get an uber to the roja zone Sahara / Tapanko, or there are some other ones in the same area that are a little cheaper.

I'm assuming the expectation is you just walk in, pick a girl, buy her a drink, and go have sex with her and be done.

The fact that it was all based on verbal agreement with bouncers was a little fishy, they didn't ask for money upfront, they said I would pay later for the drinks and sex, it was very fishy, I was afraid they would scam me for a larger bill, but they chose not to, I ended up with 220 $ bill and all the money I shoved into the lady, I tipped her well as well in the secret room, so she would get the money directly.

I would say the rules are weird, bouncers are pushy, but the ladies are hot.

Anyhow, my learning from my trip, don't stay in romatic zone, most visitors are locals (from Mexico), you won't see crowds of horny tourists for a hook up, hookup is definitely possible, requires an effort though and perhaps some night clubs.
