Posts: 176Mexican ladies working abroad?
Has anybody ever encountered a Mexican lady working abroad in their travels?
In a bygone era, guys who wanted Colombian women, but were too scared to actually go to Colombia, used to go to Costa Rica or Panama to get with Colombian women, before the security situation improved opening up that country to the masses. I am wondering if a similar path will now happen to Mexico, to cater to guys who want Mexican ladies but refuse to go to Mexico.
We often hear about Mexico beach resort cities being the next step in the career ladder after the border brothels and interior metro areas (although I doubt that beach resorts in Mexico are particularly lucrative at the moment), but in MOST countries there is a step beyond which consists of working abroad . Why don't we see this with Mexican ladies? I have never met a Mexican lady working abroad, nor have I ever met a lady in Mexico who had ever mentioned previously working abroad (I usually interview them about their work history).
I'm thinking that Europe (I believe MX nationals can get to EU w/o visa?), Carribean, Middle East, possibly Argentina, would be logical and accommodating places for Mexican ladies to end up.I wonder where the type of ladies who used to be at the higher quality strip clubs around 5-6 years ago have ended up. They seem to have disappeared from Mexico so where are they??

Here is a new one, at least to me.
All Mexican nationals are assigned a national ID number called CURP. You can look up anybody's CURP online as long as you know their name and birthdate. The Mexico federal government maintains site to look this up.

So you can look up all your girlfriends. I just tried it and it works.

I'm planning a 3 week trip real soon, just want to hit a really nice beach like I did last year in the Dominican Republic. Oh man, it was a BLAST. Stayed at Blackbeard's and couldn't have asked for a better vacation. And it wasn't just because of the ladies either. Location there was perfect. Quiet, not too many people, awesome weather, awesome beach at Costambar.
I'm wondering if there are beach areas like that in Mexico. I'm not really interested in running into too many tourists or really hookers. Just want to chill in the sun at the beach, maybe hook up with a nice lady or two. What are some nice coastal cities or beach towns like what I experienced in the DR, if any?
Much appreciated.

Posts: 161How to recruit girls to states
I am interested in starting an MP and have found a small group of interested partners to chip-in with start-up capital. How do I recruit girls from Mexico and other such places without running into the whole [CodeWord908] mess. Or is it something I should better set-up through a syndicate (which in that case I may as well drop the idea)?
I have meet a few girls in the US but most at fast food chains etc anyone who can give me a tip or info please PM or post.
I know that I can sponsor some for work in the US but again you need proof of qualifications. Also the marriage route can get sticky. I assume it helps to have a place closure to the broader but unfortunately where I am setting up is pretty far from close.
Again any tips or info please PM.

Posts: 3853Crossing the southern border on foot
Does anyone have any experience crossing from mexico's southern border into guatemala and back ? Can it be done in the same day like TJ ?
What did you see ? I read an article on "Tecum Uman" aka. Little Tijuana. I am pretty sure that it is on the guatemalan side of the border. Is this correct ? I can't tell from my map. My eyes can't focus on the dotted line too well.
*I am opening up a new can of worms. It includes Tapachula Cd. Hidalgo Tecum Uman Arriaga and other low life border town areas.
I've only done a little research. It seems like the action is centered around tapachula and the surrounding areas.
I know san cristobal. Mexico gets interesting when you get further south.
Can anyone add anything ?
Thanks

Talk to Felix Escobar or his brothers.
They have ways you can exchange your NMP.

Posts: 23Not a report but a question on mexican peso
I was unlucky enough to buy a shitload of pesos a couple of weeks before swine flu. I would be prepared to take the hit on converting them back to GBP or Euros, but what is worse, the rates that you get from the money xchange here in Europe is only about 75% of the actual rate that you see if you go to xe.com or the like. Anybody have any suggestions? I am considering taking a trip to New York if I can get a decent exchange rate there, or maybe to Mexico itself, DR, or Brazil. Or maybe there is a monger out there who is going to Mexico and wants to buy them off me? I've got about 35000 pesos.

This is the exact reason why you do not want to be consuming a large amount of machismo while here in Mexico.
You have to be dumber than a box of rocks to want to fight a guy with a loaded gun that has just shot another man multiple times. This logic is worst than taking a knife to a gun fight. I feel sorry for the man's family but stupid is as stupid does.
I am noticing and hearing of negative changes in the low-end and now at the high-end here in Monterrey, Mexico. An armed robbery took place near my friends house (he lives in a very exclusive area) in broad daylight. By police accounts, the first of this nature in this particular neighborhood. From my perspective, things are not getting better and it is going to continue to get worse.
Be safe.

Posts: 69Should have been in Mexico City next week but trip canceled due to company policy. I was looking forward to this visit.
Looks like it will have to wait until September.
What is the situation like in Mexico City? If bars and night clubs are still empty it is best that my trip is canceled.

So Mexico's Carlos Slim Helu, the 2nd richest man in the world who has the most accomplished advisers on his staff, is now predicting "unprecedented unemployment" for Mexico to levels in which "we have never seen in our personal lives". He is 66-years-old.
And the Mexican Treasury Department is forecasting just a one percent decline in GDP.
Incredible. Absolutely fuc_ing incredible.

"Any descent By Mexico into chaos would demand an American response based on the serious implications for homeland security alone."
Does this mean that criminal gangs and drug cartels are now considered Weapons of Mass Destruction?
