I just stayed another two nights, and I have some new information.

At Las Margaritas, they DO offer the rooms (cuartos) for a full hour, but they never advertised it. I had to specifically ask for it. Price is $160/3,200. I saw the same girl as last time, they didn't even give me a choice. They must really want me to be addicted to this girl LOL! Again, BBFSCIP, and she even let me go two rounds within the whole hour. I absolutely got my money's worth.

At El Pato, I saw Nayeli again. This time I remember for sure what the exit fee is: $25/500. I had her stay in my hotel room with me the entire night, and she asked me to pay her $100/2,000 the next morning for spending the night. BBFS, but I was too drunk for CIP. She had a ride pick her up just after 8 am to take her home to be with her kids until she had to be at work again.

A fair warning after I almost had a bad experience at El Pato this time:

If a working girl is with you and you are buying her drinks at a bar, be careful about other guys trying to get in on the action. A gentleman came up and was nice at first, OK with English and decent conversation, and then insisted on buying me and the girl a couple rounds of drinks. He then insisted that because he paid he could have sex with the both us, saying that he was paying for the drinks and for her as well. I respectfully declined (to her gratitude) and paid him back for the drinks he bought us. She dragged me away to sit somewhere away from him until he left. This is not something you will run into at the clubs, and I should have been more assertive from the beginning and refused to alow him to pay for the drinks. Sometimes I'm just a bit too nice and respectful.

Initial notes for Americanos:

You are not in the USA anymore. You need to know basic Spanish. I have been studying Spanish since I was in middle school and still found myself needing to use Google Translate to talk to the girls. People will approach you, and they will offer you all sorts of things that are illegal in the USA (Painkillers, drugs, prescription medicines, women, etc.) Be kind, be respectful. People will notice, and your actions will go a long way. If you don't want something, simply say "No, gracias" (No, thank you), but do not be rude even if you have to say it a hundred times to a hundred different people. Say please (por favor) thank you (gracias) and excuse yourself (lo siento is sorry, disculpame is forgive me).

Now for the good stuff:

I stayed in Nuevo Progreso for three nights at the Hotel Las Flores, on the main road right after the Oxxo convenience store. Room was $50/1,000 per night (from here on out I will post prices as $USD / MEX) and although it's a bit expensive for the lack of quality what you're really paying for is the ability to be so close to the fun. The three bars I went to which have girls were all very close to the hotel. My room did have clean bedding, fresh towels, a new roll of toilet paper, and soap. It did have a working TV, and honestly for the location it was better than I expected it would be.

My first bar was Vampiz. On the corner of the main strip and Calle Chihuahua will be a sign advertising the club, and men will be there passing out business cards and asking you to go check it out. Remember to be polite if you're not headed there right away (say "mas tarde" (later) or "no, gracias" because the guy you refuse could very well be doing security inside when you decide to go later or the next day! Girls here varied, mostly medium height, and level of attractiveness was very different between the girls. My first time was with a girl named Jenny who was extremely friendly (partly thanks to the guy I met on the main strip who brought me in and hyped up the girls for me). Started with some drinks and lap dancing on the couch in the main room. This goes for all three bars I went to: You are expected to buy the girls drinks, or they will leave you. For as long as you are drinking and buying their drinks, they will keep you company. She gave me a rundown on the rates for private dances and also getting a room together. I ignored everything except for getting an hour together, and while I cannot remember exactly what the room cost me I would say the total that I spent on two drinks each and then an hour in the room was about $180/3,600. Vampiz was the only place that accepted my American credit card for payment.

Now before I go any further, a little more about me. I am in my mid 30's. I work out, I tan, I diet when I have to, and I have good hygiene and also take very good care of my skin, hair, and overall appearance. I am a fairly attractive man, maybe a 7 out of 10, about 5'9 and 150 lbs. I hate to say it guys, but not all of you will get the same treatment I do. More about that later.

Getting back to Jenny, we started with covered play, but after I went limp because condoms are the worst invention ever she was more than happy to finish without it. We finished BBFSCIP. Words I would hear from her and some of the others were guapo (handsome), suave, and rico (smell nice). After I was done in the room with Jenny, I made my exit.

Next bar was Las Margaritas, which I noticed has been very highly praised on these forums. My first time was on day one, same day as I went to Vampiz and had Jenny. Main room is bigger, and the management is very involved. They want to make sure you are happy, and that the girls are doing things correctly. Girls in Las Margaritas all seemed to be taller, 5'6 to 5'9. There was only one girl at Las Margaritas I had between two visits, I will not share her name.

I spent hours with the girl at Las Margaritas each time, on my second trip the manager asked me if I wanted her specifically to which I happily agreed. We had many drinks, talked in my broken Spanish and using Google Translate, and she shared her cell phone number with me and even offered to hang out after hours. Unfortunately, Las Margaritas only offers the room for a half hour (media hora). Price for the room is $120/2,400. Same deal as before, started with rubber the first time but she was more than happy to finish BBFSCIP. The second time we didn't use a condom at all. The girl at Las Margaritas allowed me to perform oral on her front and back areas, which she enjoyed (I don't care if it's shared with other mongers, I was in heaven). Next time I find myself in the area, I will certainly be contacting her.

Funny side note: During my second visit to Las Margaritas and spending considerable time with this girl, there was a much older gentleman at a nearby table to us who was having fun with a girl on his lap. He must have been in his later 60's, God bless him. However, my companion and I were both reeling in laughter. I told her, via translator, that if I didn't come back that day and ask specifically for her that she may have ended up with him, to which she made an extremely horrified face. Also, the working girl who was with the gentleman made the most hilarious face to me and my companion when he was taking her to the private room. Again, I am so sorry guys, but not all of us get the same treatment!!

Vampiz, Day Two. Walked in alone this time, was told to sit at a table and was asked what I wanted to drink. On a side note, don't drink the fancy American beers. Do like the locals do and drink Tecate. It's a very good lager and it's cheaper. Anyway, a girl came and gave me a dance and sat on my lap. Name is Alexa, pretty short and had an amazing ass. Took her to the room after a drink or two. She was extremely fickle about protection, and refused to touch it except for HJ if it was uncovered. Nonetheless, she got the job done, and she let me eat her out so there's that. After the room, stayed for one more drink and bought her another, after I paid out the check she thanked me and got up, and I left.

Going into Nuevo Progresso, I had only known avout Vampiz and Las Margaritas. I was speaking to a pharmacist on the strip expressing my concerns about STDs since I had been neglecting protection. She said I had nothing to worry about if I was playing with the girls at the bars because they get them checked every Friday. WHEW!! However, the pharmacist also told me about another bar that sells girls that I hadn't heard of before then: El Pato. I wasn't planning on checking it out, buuuuuuut somehow circumstances brought me there. Long story short, I gave a homeless guy some pesos so he could buy himself some beer. He took me into a bar where we could get a couple cans, and lo and behold it was EL PATO!! The working girl they had available immediately took notice of me (kind of easy to stand out when you're the only Americano in a bar full of Mexicanos) and she was super friendly from the get go.

Her name is Nayeli, and she was SUPER petite and had braces. I saw some of the other girls they had upstairs and they were also extremely petite. So, if your thing is the petite Mexican girl then El Pato is definitely your place! In addition, El Pato had much cheaper drinks than the other places. While Vampiz and Las Margaritas are cleaner and actual strip clubs, El Plato was somewhere the locals could just hang out, play music on the jukebox, shoot pool, and bullshit. And they just so happen to sell girls there as well. Same deal as the other two bars though; if you want her company you MUST keep buying her drinks. And holy shit could Nayeli DRINK!! We spent a few hours drinking and talking with my broken Spanish and using Google Translate to help. She also gave me her cell phone number, and she mentioned that she was actually from Matamoros but she comes to that bar to work. Prices for girls were also cheaper at El Pato, but there's a kicker: You can pay extra to take her to your own room instead of what they provide!! Now I was pretty drunk by the time I was ready to take her back with me, but I'm pretty sure I paid $40/800. I'm probably wrong. However, we stumbled our way back to my hotel room and had some pretty sloppy, drunken sex. No cover at all, and she let me perform oral as well as doing a 69.

Quick side note! These girls care about hygiene. They are also weird about performing BJ after you have been inside them. When I asked Nayeli to perform, she told me I was "sucio" (dirty) because I had already been inside her. I was prepared for this, so I went to the bathroom and grabbed some wet wipes that I had with me in order to clean myself up a bit and make her satisfied. You will notice the girls at the clubs will carry wet wipes / baby wipes, and they will use them as needed to wipe themselves, you, whatever. If you plan on bringing a girl back to your own hotel room, make sure you have wipes!!

Back to Nayeli, the sex was a lot of fun, but unfortunately I was too drunk to really do much or even get close to finishing. She passed out next to me (snoring XD), and I let her lay there for a while, stroking her back and just appreciating how amazing her company was. After about 10 minutes or so I woke her up and told her I didn't want her to get in trouble, so I walked her back to El Pato. Still, she was a wonderful companion and I will certainly look for her at a later date.

All in all, the trip exceeded my expectations and gave me everything I dreamed of. I will certainly be back in the near future, and I highly recommend Nuevo Progreso for Valley locals and tourists alike! Don't fall for the "cartel paranoia" that you hear from people too scared to cross the border themselves. Everyone I met was extremely friendly and helpful, and my respect and generosity was always well rewarded. Still, make sure to be aware of your surroundings, be respectful to everyone you meet, don't flash tons of money around, and don't be an asshole.

Hey everyone. Have been in Nuevo Progresso two times. Both ended up in Margaritas. Straight down the main road after all the regular shops. I prefer a petite girl. LOL, the impression I had on the one (only) visit to NP I made in early Sept. I passed what looked like a dilapidated club on the main drag and a few older WG looking ladies sat at a table and I exchanged digits with the cuter of the two. Ok team, went back for a second Sunday funday. Here's a trip report.

Cruised across and went to Jessica's pharmacy. I had a list of things to buy for friends and they were more than accommodating. I wanted to buy some name brand cialis but the box they provided (from another RX) looked sketch and I passed on it.

I walked out onto the non main street and eventually spotted Vampiz. I realized I had been there once before and cruised inside. Super small place. Inside are the stats on a Sunday around 3 pm.

Vampiz is on a side street to the right once you go past Red Snapper off the main drag. There were 4 girls in the small place with crappy AC. All girls were maybe a 6. One older chica approached me right away and gave me the run down.

Checked things out on Sunday 9/26/21 around 3 pm. Senorial has closed. The same owner has opened up Las Margaritas. Its about 1-2 blocks further down than where Senorial was. Right side of the main strip about 2 blocks past the Red Snapper restaurant. LEO, the doorman from Senorial is the doorman at Las Margaritas. He remembered me from 5 years ago, haha.

The set up is the same. Chicas just lounging around when you walk in. Rarely do you see anyone dance on the stage. There are tables and a couch in the back. The place is cleaner and more well lit than senorial.

A girl will sit with you and you can buy her a beer for $6. Regular beers are $2 or $2. 50. They have a private dance area inside the dressing area. 2 songs (quick ones) for $15. Apparently they also have rooms but I didn't inquire.

Chicas looked just ok. Single mom club. Most kinda thick / thicker.

LEO mentioned that the best days are Thur-Saturday. No girls on Monday or Tuesday. He also mentioned that the "after hours", meaning after 7 pm, is a bar called Palenque. Its one block down and one block over. Its where the girls go once they leave Las Margaritas.

I didn't see signs of Vampiz Bar and I was looking.

Walking around Nuevo Progreso today of course got asked for regular massages walking down Ave. Benito Juarez. Most of the places were well lit and not looking like hanky panky places but a little further in some of the massage chair areas the lights were out but still open to the street. I like to ask the masajistas 'Que tipo de massage" and 'Donde"? One of them looked at me grinning like she knew what was on my mind but I didn't task her about a privado room which I think I saw further back in the store. Hey the worst that happens is ask her for a private room then inside inquire about a "rato" and she gets offended but this one looked like could be in on the action.

Also the one place I visited 5 years ago called the Inferno Club was shuttered and different name but saw on the sidewalk a nice sign for Vampiz Men's Club.

I checked out the two strip clubs Vampiz and Senorial on a Thursday afternoon. They're both about a ten minute walk from parking on the US side. Senorial is on Avenido Benito Juarez on the right, and Vampiz is a half block to the right just before, I believe on Chihuahua. There were hawkers handing out flyers for Senorial so it was hard to miss.

Beers are $2 and the girls sit around scantily clad (wearing less at Senorial). You buy a $5 drink for a girl and they sit with you for a few minutes before you have to buy them another. There is a guy in charge who you pay. At Vampiz he said FS was $100 US, but then dropped to $90. That includes the girl and a room for an hour. The girls at Vampiz said only CBJ was allowed, but I think you could work out BBBJ for a tip. Senorial is a bigger place and has a few more girls. FS there is $80 US. You get a free lap dance when you enter and they continue at Senorial as long as you're buying drinks. Private dances in a booth behind a curtain cost two-for-$15 where you can fondle the girl with her top off, and she may let you finger her and stick her hand in your pants if you tip her a bit ($5). I thought Senorial had the better setup overall, though I did not see their rooms.

I like my ladies thin and in their early twenties. Of the seven at Vampiz, two qualified. At Senorial I thought three out of the ten were doable. Attitude is everything, and I got lucky with good service from a 23 year old in Vampiz, who said she had only been working there a week.

One other thing regarding money: everyone in Progreso assumes you are paying US dollars. I thought peso prices might be cheaper (I don't know if that's true), so I waited to get money, but for the life of me I could not find an ATM in town. Fortunately I had sufficient dollars. The clubs didn't have any trouble making change. There is a US ATM just before you cross the turnstiles onto the border bridge, which doesn't give pesos. To return I waited 20 minutes to cross back into the US. Be sure you have proper documentation. A simple US drivers license is not enough any more.
