I heard you have been through Celaya Gto. and i was wondering if you can share some info on the scene down there. Any brothels or places to get laid. Also how do the stripclubs work. i would like to say that while on business in Qro. I just happened to pop into la Yegua about 2 weeks ago.

I ended leaving with a (very!) beautiful girl from Veracruz, an 18 year old, who looked like the actress from Dark Angel, Jessica Alba. Well actually, i would say that this girl was prettier.

It seems like it must have been a Wednesday night about ten or so. Usually Cherubino expects to see those 40-50 girls you saw, but there must have been a big convention in town or something like that. Very slim pickings, thats for sure.

Over the years La Yegua seems to always be predictable. The thing I observed with many of the Mexican guys is that they come in a small group and share a bottle. First of all, it seems the proper name of the place is "La Yeguita SA de CV" because that is what is printed on the cash register receipt now; address says Heriberto Allera #4 (even though there does not appear to be a #1 or #2 or #3 on that street).

Thursday night Cherubino saw something never before seen at this address... fewer than ten girls and all of those the older residents. There certainly were dozens of genuinely lovely young latinas there three months ago, but not tonight. The girls know a seller's market when they see one and the asking price of pussy was up $300 pesos over last May. The price of the obligatory first drink is up from $100 to $105.

Some more info on Queretaro ;
I tried the Holiday Inn - full and expensive and the Fiesta Inn next door. Fiesta wanted 1100 peso +tax = $128 US a night. That is a bit much for Mexico plus they are located on a very busy street a good ways from el centro. I stayed at Hotel Amberes at 350 a night, no tax. Very clean, nice people, very Mexican and a good/ cheap restaurant as well. 3 nights plus my food was about 1300 pesos =$135. Try it. A good location near Hidalgo Park near el centro.
As to La Yegua, I believe every woman is available, you just need to ask her. I was told to make eye contact and wave or call out "Chica, Ven aca!" They are NOT playing hard to get - only following the rules. Also, I was told that the girls NEVER rip off a client in any way for fear of losing their job. Same with waiters. The white haired matron - who was there at the bar - runs a very tight ship, has political connections and doesn´t want to screw up a good thing. Any problems, tell her and she will fix it.

Sounds like you might have met Veronica. A nice lady, and judging from Cherubino's own experience as well as what he has heard, she is okay if you go for the more mature type. She has been there off and on at least 10 years.

Finally made it to La Yegua Friday night. Despite excellent instructions on this board, I walked by the place twice without seeing it. It is a half block down the street from the big avenida (Contruyentes?) and the amber lights are blocked by a street vendor selling tacos.
Some more info: The place opens at 8:30 pm and is closed every Sunday. 1st drink is mandatory and is 105 pesos. All other drinks for you and the girls are 55 pesos. The layout has been described here before. Two walls of women in chairs - about 25 on each side with the men in the middle sitting on very low chairs. The quality of the girls amazed me. Most were 20-30 and all (almost) were VERY attractive. The thought that I could sleep with any of these women made my head spin. The weird thing was that all the women were by themselves as were all the men - like at a high school dance. Very strange! I sat for a long time alone before an attractive morena approached me - to buy a raffle ticket for 100 pesos. She expained that none of the women were allowed to approach men, you had to call them out. I wanted to walk over and check each one out, but didn´t. Soon I was joined by the oldest woman in the room - over 40? and several levels below the others. We talked and drank. Why was she allowed to approach me? Don´t know, but the only two older women in the place were working the room. Special rules for the elderly?

You can probably guess what happened. I went with the oldest and least attractive woman. She was a good talker and had some interesting "assets" for me to check out. I thought I´d get a good deal. She wanted 1200! No way. 1000? Sorry. 800? OK I went with her and enjoyed the ride. No rush and very sweet.

Some observarions: Many of the girls were blondes, more than half! I like the traditional morena look. Also too many giant shoes (hate them) and fake tits (hate them) along with the hair dye and wigs. But that aside, these women were very attractive, surprisingly so. I was told that this is one of the safest places in Mexico. A doctor takes blood samples and gives exams every Thursday. Rubbers for everything. Will accept 700-800 but won´t bargain much lower - unless a real dead night. Some women may want more. Average 2-5 tricks a night. Do the math - thats about 50K US per year with NO taxes. A lot of money here, a fortune in Mexico. Check it out. Next time I´ll hold off and try the younger talent. Total cost is about $100-$125 complete for a night of entertainment. Not cheap, but worth it. Check it out . . .

Absolutely! The Holiday Inn there in Queretaro is nothing like those in the USA. A great place to hang out even if not staying there and the patio bar always seems to be a popular gathering spot for couples with a few singles thrown in.

If your interest is proximity to Queretaro's greatest monger's attraction La Yegua, then I would prefer the Hotel Flamingo. It is close and there is no problem bringing a girl back to your room so long as you paid the double rate when you checked in. Further down the street, the Hotel Impala is also good, no problem with girls in the room, secure parking, etc. but you and your girl have to enter through the lobby. The Fiesta Inn near the Holiday Inn is also good. Downtown there is a rustic old place Hotel Hidalgo that will make you feel you have stepped back into the 19th century, though I have never taken a girl there.
