Could be something, could be nothing. It's the end of the month, end of the year. Cops are looking for stoopid gringos to fleece and so there could be some of that going on. It would be unusual to block the street off if there was not a shooting or murder but remember, this is the ZONA. People get killed there just like they do in Orange County.
