I meet them just hanging out in bars and walking around Old Town especially at night. They will approach you and say hola or they will be sitting around in door stoops and whatnot and you approach them and just say hola. It helps a lot to speak some Spanish so you should learn some, it will be worth it. Also met one at Playas del Este when I was just laying around on a lounge chair and she was nearby and signaled to me. Also some of the pedicap drivers can hook you up with girls they know, just take a ride ask them. Most of them speak English. Some will have pics on their phone of the chicas. They are not pimps they just know the girls but you can give them a nice little tip if they deliver.

Very good advice. I second everything APF said here. Newbies should learn Cuba in Havana first. You should actually be able to find a casa where you can sneak in chicas. And you should be able to find a bi-lingual helper on a pedibike or just walking around.

Also I am looking for a lighter skinned girl who is more of a sugar baby than a real prostitute. I was considering contacting them through Latin American Cupid, or just walking around Holguin and with Google Translate picking girls up and seeing what works out.

Viazul is the government's bus line and I traveled one end of the island to the other and I do NOT recommend it. If you want to visit Holguin then fly there from Havana. You can buy the ticket after you arrive in Havana at the Cubana Airline's office. I don't believe you will be able to find a casa particular where you can bring a chica unless the chica is willing to register with the owner of the apartment. And the chicas are not willing to do that because it's puts them on a list of prostitutes which is not a legal profession in Cuba and they can get into much trouble with the police. As I recall a third offense requires jail time.

Stick to Havana. Everyone there is practiced on how to play the cat and mouse game around the police. Find a bi-lingual helper and pay him a couple CUC each time he helps you. Good luck. I can't wait to read the reports from you and mid life.

IMHO Havana is where its at. There are tons of smoking hot light skin Latinas all over the place plus lots of sexy mulatas not to mention the beautiful black women. That is where I spend most of my time. There are all sorts of cool things to do and see with great beaches 20 minutes away. I also like spending a few days in Cienfuegos and Veradaro but nothing compares to Havana.

I'm not in the loop, however I strongly believe there was an agreement since the days of the ride in the open motorcade in Dallas to let the island decide upon its future without intervention. Anyway, Cuba is a massively complicated topic. There are three things that deter me from more often trips, a) regulated and undeveloped accommodation situation b) expensive, unreliable and undeveloped communication infrastructure (mobile, internet) c) lack of stores or markets where you can buy food. All this makes Cuba a non-competitive proposition given other options in Latin America.

Well at least we managed to knock off Castro in 2016. Good riddance. Cartagena here I come.

My idea was to visit Holguin, rent a nice casa particular, with a private entrance, maybe an entire house, and then walk around in the evening and ask pretty girls to come up to my apartment for a beer and a meal, a little fiesta perhaps, and see how it goes.

However if I am understanding this correctly, this will not be successful because the police will come running out and grab the girl. Or the girls will not dare speak to me to begin with. Also, even with a non-US credit card loaded with dollars, I am not going to be able to load my shopping cart up with good quality food products.

IMO, it can't be replaced, all that can be done now is a monetary settlement. Which BTW, Cuba doesn't have. EDIT; or we can invade Cuba and reclaim our shit!

What do you do with all those who have blood on their hands? How feasible is to return the confiscated property to owners or their heirs? How to incentivize the minority who holds the power to share it? How to make sure the accomplishments remain and the evils don't resurface?

I have this fantasy of arriving in Havana as one of the first tourists since March 2020 and being greeted like a rock star by thousands of screaming, nubile, gorgeous Caribbean girls starving for dollars.

It may be tough coping with that, however I will have to manage somehow, for the sake of male travelers world over. I am ready to be the tip of the spear so to speak.
