Cuban gov just announced that they will start to open its airports from 30 June 2020. Hopefully things will get better in the country. Daily new cases are low and they have passed its peak. Perhaps its a good call then. Shall wait and see.

As of Saturday April 11, both urban and rural public transport will be suspended. The licenses of private taxis have also been suspended, forcing them to stay home.

I spoke to my casa host in Matanzas this past January and he told me this news was bullshit. He says the government needs our money and locking up tourists would be a stupid thing to do since this is the main source of income for them. This is from a guy who used to be a general. He still has lots of connections in the government.

I don't doubt you; I'm just "a word to the wise is sufficient" kind of guy. When something is not working, I change it up and try something different. I had no luck whatsoever getting chicas in Havana and Holguin city. Mayari was a jackpot however.

I always have reservations about business owners advice nowadays. Its business owners in Sosua who are saying please come, everything is good. Meanwhile PN is closing their business. They put on happy faces for the business.

Cuba has a choice coming up: Either accept the tourist dollars with a few mongers thrown in or play hardball and hurt the citizens. No cruise lines, no flights and limitations on money sent from abroad will make Cuba make a decision.

I met a couple of really nice non-pros in the smaller towns in the province of Holguin. The cities were a solid wall of frustration. What new rules? When did they make them?

From past experience last year, most Cubanas use IMO to communicate. Its just like Wassap but I got rid of IMO. Too many girls from the island kept bothering me. I mostly like to reach out to them when I want, not have them become a bother.

Yes, Cuba is weird but I don't think there's a law against all nighters, Once a woman goes with a foreigner, what difference does it make how long she stays? She breaks the law by going with you (it's illegal) not by how long she stays.

She probably had somebody home waiting for the money and she had nothing to gain staying with you once the deal was done. Did you have a computer that she could use to surf the internet? That could be a good hook to keep her around.

I was able to get an all nighter from a girl that was working at an eatery during some type of festival at the Malecon and calle 19 in 2018. But granted, she didn't get off until late at night. Besides her, I never had an all nighter. But I enjoyed the females and their passion for kissing.

The Provincial Defense Council of Havana approved on this date "the strategy to increase the social isolation measures of the El Carmelo constituency, Vedado, Plaza de la Revolucióand". The closure of access to the area will start on 3 April from 8:00 pm This territory has the highest number of people infected by contacts with foreigners and with Cubans who came from abroad in the province of Havana; altogether there are 8 positive patients to the disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. The necessary resources will be guaranteed for the resident population in the area in isolation. In addition, care has been provided for vulnerable people, through the work of social workers who will be selected from among some teachers and specialized personnel in the area. As indicated, safe-conducts will be extended only for some residents that are essential outside this area, who must undergo a COVID-19 screening test. No bus may pass through the neighbourhood, which will have four to six entrances and exits.

That's a good point. They probably make more money on volume. I didn't bring a laptop with me but I did have WiFi in my airbnb. I really didn't use luxury items to my advantage on this trip. It was my first time out.
