I just returned from Havana last month and I have to say the pickings were slim on the streets. I didn't do any clubs, so I cannot comment on them. But the overall scene at La Rampa and Malecon was very weak. The hardest time I've ever had locating action ever. I put in a lot of walking miles on my Fitbit, LOL. The chicas were present, but very few and the ones present were either not desirable, asking for too much or would be gone before you knew it. The police presence has obviously had a major impact on the FL scene on the streets.

Other than maybe hitting the clubs for better luck, I would advise to either invest in a cheap unlocked cellphone or make sure the apartment you are renting has an available phone to use. I say this, because the way the chicas disappear from the streets, your best bet is to collect numbers as you go about your business and call them to come through as needed. Other than that, the prices were pretty much the same $30-40 cuc's, of course some will ask for more. Most will go down, but some won't budge. Also make sure you negotiate payment only after the session, a lot of the chicas want it upfront, more so than anywhere I've ever traveled to. I managed to barely get one a day and they were cooler than usual, but far from great. Nothing outstanding to write about.

Havana is a cool place to visit at least once (more so for sightseeing), but a very challenging place to monger. The whole cat and mouse game with the police can be a headache and the scene is very inconsistent. Other than that, there are definitely some beauties out there and the price is mostly right. I can't say the performances are that great, but others swear that it is when you find the right one. That's all I can think about to report at the moment, feel free to ask any questions or clarifications.

Very accurate report. Havana is awesome, but things can be tricky such as the police and ladies, but there are as you said some amazing gems!

So, finally on to posting another report.

Interesting post about the bar on Neptuno. It is always good to get a heads-up about places like that. There's another bar on Neptuno, close to 'Casa de la Musica' Galiano, that used to be called 'Jaguar' but now is called Torro (has sign with bull horns). Daniela Bolanos Mata the scammer jinetera from my previous post, used to hang-out in this bar last year with her pimp boyfriend Yuniel Echevarria Dias (who everyone calls Ham). They are known to work together to swindle and defraud unsuspecting tourists. He calls her his 'malandra' (crook or thug). Having said all that, if you can keep the pimp boyfriend Ham at bay, Daniela is one hell of a bang. She is in the first photo wearing a white top.

The regular visitors to Havana will know of Johnny's aka Rio club. That is where I met Rachel (in the second photo). This was a couple years back. On my more recent trips, it was actually closed. But anyhow, I was at Johnny's and after contemplating talking to a cute petite white girl in a white dress, I changed my mind and decided to chat up Rachel. She seemed hot and had her ample bosom displayed prominently from her bustier outfit. I was hooked. I don't know what is going on sometimes because I was trying for a long time to make eye contact with Rachel or her friend but no dice. I remember the days when the chicas in Johnny's would grab at your arm as you walked in and you would have several vying for your attention. This time I had to make more of an effort. The cheesy show at the club finally wrapped up around 2 am and I had my chance to talk to her. We get to the casa and she asks me for a razor. WTF? Turns out she hasn't trimmed her Bush in a long time and needs to do some landscaping. She is obviously not a pro. I wait patiently and finally she comes out. On to the bedroom. And the action was forgettable, and I come to regret not going with my initial hunch to go with her friend. Rachel is in the second photo.

Raquel (not to be confused with Rachel) was a hottie I met in Cecilia. She was wearing a leopard print pair of pants. And who would not want to meet a chica wearing that? Back at the casa she was very friendly and nice. She had a crazy body and the session was great. Afterwards, we cuddled and chilled for a while. I told her I'd like to see her again in a few days and she said next time she's sleep over. That sounded good to me. I got my chance again when I saw her again at Cecilia a few days later. I kept my options open initially scoping-out the place for talent, but decided Raquel was the one for tonight. By the time we got to the casa it was already around 3 am. After another fun session she did stay-over and sleep, although I found it hard to sleep next to her. In the morning finally at 10:30 she got up and was acting very differently and having an attitude and being neurotic and jumpy. Maybe she had to be somewhere. ? If I didn't know better, your photos couldn't be hotter if the Cuban tourist board posted photos themselves. LOL.

I am tempted by your photos, but it seems the accessibility of girls has been severely restricted in Havana over the last year. When was your last trip? What are your thoughts about the changes?

Yes, that can even be true in hardcore scenes. You might be paying and the girls know you are paying, but some of the less hardcore girls like to have attraction and perhaps live the allusion.

Have to agree with you wholeheartedly. Have to say I'm not a young pup, nonetheless, a lot of the chicas that we crave are not the hardcore putas, so when they take a look at us it's not like the hard core jineteras who all she is looking for is $$s and would fuck anyone anytime no matter how disgusting looking one is.

Remember on one of my trips, I met up with a monger and we hit the streets / clubs. Finally had to tell him to DTI a bit since he had the appearance that most of the non hardcore gals would not go for. Finally, he updated his dress style and remembered going to Fantasix and him picking up not one but two hot cubanas.

I do keep in shape and try look "appealing" and have had no issues picking up chicas although as I have stated before I look more for relationships instead of a quick fuck. No luck so far finding that cubana unicorn yet. LOL.

Well maybe since you said you are a Cuban national they'd put your ass in jail. That I don't know, however, if you are a foreign national they'd put your ass back on the plane and sent you back where you came from. I know this first hand from someone that happens to have brought some recreational drugs and was caught red handed lying while trying to go thru customs.
Moral of the story: why risk your fun times in Cuba.....is not worth it.

Yours is a very lucky friend or Cubans are turning softies. In spite of your "friend's experience" my advice is the same, do not travel with drugs to Cuba or any other place because Mondo could be wrong, which would be very bad for you.

If you think jails are bad in your country, in Cuba they are worst, Alan Gross before and after picture would give you an idea of what a 5 years in jail there could do to you, but then again, drug users are not the sharpest tool on the shed!

No, it's not! The guy is telling what happened to him, and I believe him. Most of those in power there are prone to abuse their power, specially against black people. There was a case where THREE YOUNG BLACK CUBANS were executed ONE WEEK after they tried to hijack a ferry to come to USA and there was nobody injured! (you can Google it), you can bet that their skin color sealed their fate.

Of course that the police won't mess with you as long as you stay within the line but you can bet a few "pesos" that they know where you are and what you're doing all the time.

That said, I've hung around with some Cuban musicians who were smoking up almost constantly. But as a foreigner, best advice is to use caution.

As far as racism, it's very much present in Cuba. I've had several occasions where my Casa hosts said it was OK to bring in girls, "but no Negritas. " I'm not sure where the dividing line is on that as a lot of Cubans are mixed, but the statement struck me.

Unlike USA, in Cuba (and other countries), the mixed ones (with chocolate) are not considered negros / as (blacks), so the dividing line would be obvious, no dark skin.

I would never take any drugs into Cuba since I know authorities there would put one back on the plane to wherever they came from if found carrying drugs into Cuba. Having said that there is prolly drugs in Cuba, nonetheless, nothing comparable to here in the USA or most developed countries.

Racism? Yes, there is some racism in Cuba, but nothing like here in the States. Other countries, of course. Being black carries a burden in many places around the globe for sure.

One last thing, if I understood correctly he complained about being "questioned" for over 1/2 hour, right? Well, if one comes from Colombia via Mexico to visit Cuba that would set off a bunch of red flags for any custom agent who's handling you, being black, white, or any other ethnicity you can think of.
Guess you can understand where I'm coming from, right?

I completely agree with your post. In reality, I get asked the least amount of questions in Cuba, compared to other countries, including my own, USA.
