Maybe protesters will wait until there's plenty of tourists in the island and go for it. The situation for Cubans are getting worst by the day and those in control won't do the only thing that will make things better: open up the economy. Any monger there at the time, please, do not get involved, those animals do not care where you come from. It s not just nowadays. Police has always been like that with Cubans. As a foreigner if you don't do drugs and don't go with minors you will be fine.

I have never been to Cuba and was thinking about going in a few weeks. Other options are Santa Domingo, DR or Cartagena. Can anyone tell me if Cuba is a good place for the hobby and if so where? Thank you in advance.

I've watched before at Melia Cohiba hotel lobby bar, was a excellent scene, and sure these days other places will have, mostly high end hotels! Hope this helps!

Melia Habana in Miramar has a outdoor bar with a big screen. It opened like 5 or 6 years ago. They call it a sports bar and I see a lot of soccer games on. Maybe they will have the Super bowl. At night that bar usually has a few very sexy chicas but they ask top dollar there so I pick up at other places.

I will be there January 25th for 4 or 5 days. This will probably be my 60th trip or so. Maybe more than that. I lost track. Anyone want to tag along, your welcome to. I got Cuba down pat. I know the ropes real good. Its a lot of fun, at least it was before the pandemic.

Hold your horses player. It's a big protest coming soon so you don't want to be there with all this chaos. I was there for the Super bowl a few years ago and it was almost impossible to find the Super bowl.

Yes, they are opening 15 November but probably it is wise to wait a week at least. 15 November is the tentative day the nationwide protests is going to happen. Nobody knows what will happen on that day. Cuba is very unpredictable. january 2022 is another story altogether. they might come up with another policy next year!
