As I mentioned in an earlier post I stayed at the Hotel Saratoga which is one if not the best hotel in Havana. They have wireless internet in the hotel (free for guests) but it is soooo slow it is useless for anything other than email. I did try this site and it was blocked.

You can get girls into the Saratoga but it costs $50 for hotel security.

First night hit Salon Rojo. It was packed with girls at 1am on a Thur night. All seemed to be working and very aggressive, our table got surrounded by about 20 girls. Going rate was $100. $150 CUC.

Second night hit La Cecilia. This is about a 20min cab ride from the center of Havana. Started to wonder where we were going but got there in the end. Cost 10 CUC for the taxi but that seems to be the price anywhere you go. La Cecilia is an outdoor night club and again packed with girls (some I had seen from the night before). Long line to get in but I spoke with security and didn't need to wait in line. Great quality girls and big selection again. As soon as one started speaking to you it was difficult to shake them. Rates the same as Salon Rojo. Decided to try a Casa Particular (basically a private house) instead of paying security at the hotel. Cost $20. We literally went into someones house that rents a room out for this. Kind of strange, think I should have paid the extra $30 and went back to the hotel. Not a fan.

Third night was walking through the old district started talking to this girl and she invited me to her place for $50 which turned out to be a Casa Particular and cost another $20.

Now the warning: I am always very careful with what I carry and do, I never carry a wallet but I did have about $300 and an iPhone (for pictures. Can't use it for data) I had the phone in my pocket and money in a back pocket closed with a button. I never leave my clothes. Take them with me to the shower etc. And carefully put them on a chair in the room. The girl put a condom on the bed and started the action as things got more heated she looked for the condom and it was missing. She them proceeds to search for it looking on the bed on the floor, even lifting my clothes up and checking under them. Then goes and get another condom from the house. After the fun, I leave the house and am walk through old town and notice that my iPhone is now gone. Be very careful with your stuff.

She has never been denied entry to a hotel and has shown no fear in registering from day one. Does this mean she is not a pro, I'd say yes. Does this mean I can trust her 100, I'd say no. Does this mean she is 100% faithful with no cuban on the side, I'd like to think she is faithful, but most would say probably not. But, the control does work to our advantage in this regard, if she is registering with you with no fear, then she is probably not a jinetera. You are likely with a proud cubana that does not wish to be viewed as a jiniterea and she has committed to you as a tourist, but no guarantees regarding a cuban bf. This is all great right!

Excuse my ignorance, but how is the Hotel staff going to know whether she is a pro or non-pro? Just because a chica hasn't been picked up before doesn't mean she isn't a pro.

Non pro's would have no problem registering at the front desk, only after they get picked up for prostitution would they not what to register at the front desk. Most Cuban woman are DTF and like gifts of money and other stuff!

I also think it highly unlikely that you will be able to bring women in there. It is a high end place where politicians, movie stars and such celebrities frequently stay when in Cuba. Then again, this is Cuba, and the sneaking in of a woman with the assistance of hotel security is always a possibility (She will have to leave by 6 am, I guess). Chances are pretty slim here, though. With the cash you will pay to bribe hotel security you might as well rent a casa nearby. Let us know how it goes, it will be interesting if you try. Good luck!

Saratoga is a great hotel and a great location. I usually check my internet there.

I doubt you could get girls in. I might be wrong.

There is plenty of casa around there, just get a casa for your girls. Lucky you, you will have a great time.

I think the Panamerica disco is far off from Guanabo. It is primarily serving local cubans, or cubans living in the USA. When I went there they asked for a photo-I'd, which I did not have, so did not even bother and got out as most girls were coming with their boyfriends and very few singles when I was there for 30 minutes or so.

In Guanabo I was club hopping in four. The first one is on the right hand side as the road from the round about turns into Guanabo. It is a dining place and just during the weekends it becomes a disco. 99. 99% of the crowd was in the 18-24 age group, and they seem to have come with friends to have fun. I got a phone number from couple of girls, and called them next day but no luck. Further from this club if you go towards Guanabo, the Guanabo club is on the left hand side. It is full of chicas willing to come with you, and ask from 40 to 60, you can certainly bring them down. Some of the chicas are really good, most others are not bad either. If you wait till the time the club closes then the cost comes down quite a bit, keep in mind they are pros. Further on the road on the right side is a club called Tokyo. I did not find any good chicas here, infact when I went, it was mostly guys. Now, there is one more in Guanabo, it is not on the main street, I walked with a chica, so did not know the direction. It was full of locals, and had picked up a girl who is half Cuban half Russian for 35 bucks one pop.

Correction, the club "on the left hand side" you referred to is not called Guanabo Club. It's called Cabaret Guanimar. The club you walked to with the chica is most probably Guanabo Club, it's up the hill in a residential area.

Cabaret Guanimar and Guanabo Club are the 2 most popular spots to pick up chicas. 98% of them are down to "play for pay". If you go to Guanimar ask for Omar, he's a bouncer there and speaks fluent English. He'll very friendly and super honest and will sort you out with whatever you need. Please tip him properly as he will not ask for it but he would really appreciate it.

The last club on your list is the Guanabo Club. It is located several blocks up the hill from the Childrens Park. It is also a place where I have also meet chicas. Pricing would be the same.
