Can someone give the the run down of the scene and recommendations for a newbie to Cuba, I have a 1 week holiday planned for Jan.

Can anyone recommend a good casa in old Havana? The one I usually take is booked for the weekend I am looking to go. Girl friendly of course with the usual basics like A / C. Don't mind paying a bit extra. Just PM me you can help. Thanks.

By the way Cuba is not cheap, I go for 1 month and my budget for spending their is 6 500 Euros or 8 800 USD. This is not Thailand or the Philippines. But like I said for me it is an adventure, taking time to hunt.

You miss a lot at least as for this hobby if ignore top night clubs. However, realize that the top shelf share a minimum fee with boyfriends, security etc that's why they always have got a watermark. If they leave empty there is nothing to share and no sweat. This is so to speak a top club overhead. Deal with it. Consider it like EWR or a barfine, or salida or whatever you like.

This is not my Cuba expience, going to a club in Havana or a brothel in Thailand, Cuba is an adventure, hunting a Cubana that is hard to get and your reward will be a lot more then una puta de cien fullassss

I did go to the Casa de la musica and it was a complete turnoff. I guess there are some who enjoy the aggressive approach of the women in such places, but some of us do not. I personally don't care how how hot a woman is, I do not want my crotch grabbed.

Indeed, I don't like these places, just hookers you can find in every country, just the price is different.

As long as you understand the culture and accept it and not try to change them you can really have a great time no matter what your Budget is. Enjoy fellas. As long as it lasts!

I also don't like hardcore women, but the music at "Casa de musica" was exciting. We don't always need to let sex get in the way of having a good time in Cuba. Anytime its live music around I really appreciate it. Here in America the music is about making money never the passion of someone performing for little financial profit.

I don't know where "Salon Rojo" is and have no intention of going but to each his own. I just feel Cuba has so much to offer that I don't need to limit myself to the " Mongers hot list". Some guys are just lazy and refuse to learn even basic Spanish, but want to go to Spanish countries and bang hot Spanish women.

Also you are right about guys jumping on the poster. We need to thank him for posting and sharing then respectfully point out his mistakes.

Just got back from 4 great nights in Havana. Been going there for years and still love it. Things have changed over the years but the quality is superb. For me and my buddies, we don't mind spending a bit more for a Casa in the best locations with butler service, swimming pools and no hassles. Breakfast for champions, etc. Etc. But its not for everyone as most cannot afford it. I can so I enjoy it. Certainly I understand the way things work for these chicas. When I first came to Havana I was told there were three kinds of woman there: Pros, those who were Pros and those who will be Pros. I'm not dumb, I'm just don't care to haggle over 20 or 40 bucks with a babe I want to nail. Try it some times, you may have more fun. I like the way I run my program. Just be happy that I had a good time. If there is a guy who wants to nail Salma Hayek and he spots her twin in Salon Rojo, he's going to pay the 100 if she won't budge. And if he doesn't, so be it. Everyone has their way they like to do things. Some cats think a shithole hotel is okay, some guys have to stay at the Saratoga. Let's just be happy that we are all getting laid!

I agree with the above. It only makes sense to make a counter offer when a girl quotes you $100, but if she doesn't budge and you really want her, who cares about another $20 or $40. I'd rather sleep with the hottest girl I can find then spend the night bargain shopping. A lot of girls know where they stand and if they are worth it. I know a lot of girls that would refuse anything less than $60 or $80 out of principal. People think all Cubans are desperate for money, but the truth is a lot of girls can afford to go home with nothing and wait for tomorrow than accept a lower price.

I'm going to Havana in December. This will be my third trip to Cuba. Salon Rojo is a great place to have fun and you will find many very good looking girls. The girls in Salon Rojo are freelancers but I think the scene is organized. Taxi drivers, bouncers and the bartenders corporate with the girls. The girls also have room available. Some blocks away from Salon Rojo you will find El Gato Tuerto. It's more a Cuban style and not so hardcore. Was Salon Rojo very crowded this time?
