You can find girls anywhere in Havana, I usually don't like to pick up girls from clubs in Havana, because they charge double the rate than the girls on avenue 23 or Malecon. Yes it's correct. In Cuba you don't need to go to Clubs to find girls. Parks, streets, restaurants, events, markets, shops and other places are probably better to find normal and cheaper girls. Personally I have very good experience to find girls in the streets Avendida De LOS Presidente / La Rampa (Calle 23). In the area around the Hotel Melia Cohiba you also have some good places. At the Gas Station you have a meeting place outsider who attracts a lot of people close to the shopping center Galerias De Paseo. In the same street you also will find some restaurants, bars and clubs. Malecon is also a good place to meet girls and in the evening I like very much to have a walk at Malecon to feel the sea. In the city of Havana I personally like the street Obispo to find girls.

I've been to Havana before, about 5 years ago, but I plan on taking a "guy" trip at the end of this month. I've booked a package deal with a hotel in Central Havana so I have a home base of sorts. I am travelling alone and I speak little to no Spanish, and I have also read about 90 pages in this thread. But I still have questions about Casa's.

So Casa's. I realize I am going to need one. How do you find one when you are actually there? And what am I looking for, independent, private entrance, no sign ins, etc? Book for a week or daily? Suggestions would be nice, but I realize they are valuable trade-like secrets, and I don't want to be the ass hat that ruins something good for someone else.

I think Bolabana and Shangri La are the "hottest" places in Havana at this time? Both places have tons of beautiful girls that are looking for friendly tourists. Just be patient and use your time to find a girl you feel that you have a good connection with. Popular clubs in Havana also attracts "hardcore" girls that like to fool tourists. Just take some precautions and if you bring girls to your room that you don't know very well be careful with your valuables. Cuba is in generally a very safe country and probably the safest country to visit in South-America.

And they actually also agreed that they will screw it up if given the chance. Another Puerto Rico.

Don't know what is going on with Salon Rojo either. Last time I tried was during the Summit of the Americas. Cops were keeping the streets "clean" due to the number of television crews in town.

Guanabo is fun when it is hot out. That means nothing much going on Dec / Jan / Feb.

I went to Johnny's once and it was dead according to the bouncer, I ended up at something called El Turquino (Wow what a mistake). Is there a specific day of the week that you recommend going to Johnny's?

I think at this moment Bolabana and Shangri La are the most popular places in Havana? Don Cangrejo, Dos Gardenias, La Cecilia, Jhonny's, El Gato Tuerto and Casa De La Musica are also good places? Last time I visited Havana (March 2015) I was disappointed about Salon Rojo. Not so good it seems to be some years ago and a lot of hardcore girls visited the place. I also found the area a little bit unsafe? Questionable people hanging around in the streets and have a lot of things to offer you.
