I stayed with 5 chicas, all gfe (3 semi-pro, TLN 25-35 CUC) and 2 non-pro (internet). I tried to avoid the pros, but did some bargaining with them, I. E. 35 in Turquino; starting price 100.

Did you sleep with any of girls that you met in the discos (Turquino, etc.) ?

Did you meet all of your 3 semi-pros by walking around the streets?

The TLN Percentages vary depending on the category of the provider.

Hardcore pros:

The TLN Percentages for hardcore pros are small. The hardcore pros that I bedded all wanted to get done and get out. They don't want to seen leaving your place in the light of day. I doubt that TLN can be arranged with a hardcore pro. There is too much risk for them.

Semi-pro/non-pro:

The opposite is true for a "girlfriend" - semi-pro/non-pro. TLN can be arranged. But, even then, it is not always possible if she is fearful of the police or gossipy neighbors.

YMMV - but it will be difficult for you to find and bed a different semi-pro/non-pro every nite of the week. Once you have a girlfirend be prepared to spend the rest of the trip with her.

Only a tiny percentage of members on this forum report experiences of bedding multiple semi-pro/non-pros. They were able to sleep with a different non-pro/semi-pro every nite of the week. THis experience is an anomaly. It is not typical of Cuba. To get this result you have to have an illegal casa, alot of luck, knowledge of how things work in cuba, good spanish and alot of game.

Be considerate of the girl. IF she has registered her carnet in the book, she cannot re-register with a different foreigner the next nite. She can face jail time if she registers with too many foreigners.

Depends on the classification of the provider

non-pros / semi-pros:
Nearly 100% of this category did BBBJ.

hardcore pros:

50% did BBBJ. But my stastistics are meaningless due to the small sample size. I mostly did non-pros / semi-pros.

You just can't compare mongering in Cuba to Brazil or Colombia or even the Western world. These places have developed efficient marketplaces for providers. In Cuba, the Prices/Quality/Service/Number of providers are continually changing. Because of this, different mongers will get wildly different results. Hence, Travelling Gringo reports of 90% CBJ (although it seems a bit high) are accurate - however accurate only for [bold] TG's [/bold] sample. The next week another monger could experience 25% CBJ, with 75% BBBJ. The experiences in Cuba vary wildly from monger to monger. This is because the marketplace is continually changing.

To compile meaningful statistics, read the other posts in this forum and take the average of what the the other members are reporting.

In Brazil Colombia Thailand and all Western Countries (including those in which prostitution is illegal) - there exists an efficient marketplace for providers. In these countries, there are classified ads for escort, internet listings, massage parlours. None of these things exist in Cuba. In Cuba, to find a hardcore pro, you have only the nightclubs and the streets. Both of with are watched by the cops.

Don't got to Cuba and expect a Brazil-like or Colombia-like experience with tons of available women for "bargain prices."

Just a quick suggestion. If a BBBJ is important to you, get yourself a STD test a week before you go and show the chicas the negative (no disease) results. Better yet, get it translated into Spanish.

For enough money you can get a chica to break into a church and steal a nun's uniform to wear while she does you. Hence, for enough money you can get a BBBJ in a church from a chica wearing a stolen nuns habit. Especially if you have proof you're NOT a risk for disease.

I have followed this board and read all the posts over the last several years. I have found that Travelling Gringo and Beersterry as well as many of the other Senior Members on this board are very experienced and speak the truth.

There is more misinformation about Cuba than any other mongering destination. Frankly, many people do speak mistruths about how it works in Cuba. Not the above two members. Cuba is a complicated place to monger in. Perhaps the most complicated in the entire world.

I´ld rate theChicas 7-8, 18 – 26 years old, not chubby one definitely petite, b-c cup, morena – negrita (I´m not that familiar with the classificationsystem they were fair to darker skinned). Yes I´ld go back to Cuba, although it will be HAV and provincias next time.

1. I never told anybody 'don't go there'. I love Cuba. What I've often said is 'if you're looking for a full-time mongering vacation, don't choose Cuba'. read up on these boards.

Especially because theres a new outbreak of STD's in town. 9 out of 10 is naturally not based on statistical facts, but on a 'feel'. Might be 7 or 8 out of 10. Partially because I want to know what I'm getting into when I go to Cuba. But I also want to make sure that future travelers that use these boards as a reference (perhaps to decide whether to go) do not face inaccurate information.

If a potential Cuba visitor looks here and sees that bbbj is impossible with hot chicks, he may not go. If we all just sat around and deferred to anyone who said anything questionable on this board, it would be full of inaccurate information. If I have done nothing in this series of posts, it has been to raise serious questions about the claim. I obviously don't know first-hand, so I will have to wait until I actually go to post my experience.

I seek only truth; I feel that, though well-intentioned, some of your info is questionable given what I have read here and elsewhere. You should not take honest inquiry as a personal affront. I have read a lot about Cuba, and I will continue to read more. Your contributions are both useful and appreciated. However, some of what you have to say does not square with what I have read and what common sense tells me should be true, so I question it. Nothing personal against you.

Regarding the questions that you typed out but did not intend for me to answer (?), I will go ahead and anser them:

1) 1CUC = $1.08, but I round up to $1.25 for easier math.

2) I have traveled extensively throughout Latin America and the Caribbean...I've been to 7 Latin American countries in 2008, and intend to visit 3 more next month.

3) My perusal of this board and others (unmentionable here) indicates that 100 CUC is reasonable for TLN. I'm not dumb; I realize that many chicas won't do TLN for any money. They have kids, parents, reputation, scared of police, etc. I was merely using this as my pricing example. From what I have read, few Cubanas bring in 100 CUC for ST, though there are exceptions. In any case, I reiterate my assertion that, based on my experience and what I have read on the boards, Cuba is not expensive.

There is a recurring trend on this board and on others: Two people think they know everything, so they post back and forth telling each other why they're wrong. This evolves into what Jackson calls "serial antagonism."

I do not mean to antagonise you in the slightest; I'm merely seeking accurate information. I readily admit that I know nothing about Cuba first-hand...I have never been there!

I think we should raise the level of discourse on this board. Name calling (see: "smart ass" and "cleverboy") belongs on the schoolyards. We are adults.

3 questions, cleverboy:

1. Do you know the currency rate of the CUC?
2. Have you been much around in the Caribean or in Central America?
3. Where did you get the idea that the 100 (or 30 or 50 ot whatever) is for TLN? You may have luck and find that, but it's not the norm. When a girl quotes you 80 or 100 in a club or on the street, she is not talking about staying for the night.

You actually don't need to answer them, since I kinda lost interest in you.
