    What about the search?

Thanks for this information about La Rampa.

What can you tell us about the scene right now in Havana. What are some of the best, busiest areas for searching for a lady or two?

I have not been there in more than 2 years and would appreciate your input!

    Thanks again.

Bars and restaurants in the La Rampa (23rd) and L area are in operation. I had no problem getting bottled water by the liter. I couldn't find any local beers (Cristal, La Palma, Bucanero) all beers were imported. I did hear that there was a significant power outage before I arrived but no problems afterwards.

How are the restaurants doing? Power shut offs? Gasoline for taxis? I heard you can't find bottled water anymore, that's a big problem.

Ill have feet on the ground Sunday. Hoping to once again fall in love with Havana. Planning to mostly relax and get some work done.

Are there any locations anyone wants me to check if its still open?

Can someone whose recently been there tell me what currency is accepted in dutyfree?

Surely, somebody must have some intel to share about the current scene. Two years is not that long of a time, but Cuba is no exception to the fact that the world was utterly different 2+ years ago. So, I ask again, what's the scene in Havana these days?

    Cheers mate.
The lack of reporting tells me everything I need to know. I've been staying in contact with a few people who live there and they don't recommend I come now.

In fact I'm hearing more people are trying to get you. I personally know 3 people who have relocated to Europe.

Cuba is having a hard time now, so I really have need to rush there for now.

BTW, they just opened up to limited foreign investors.

Ok, but somebody must be there now, no?

I'm looking for insider tips about what's out there these days, what prices are like, experiences, and more??

Best bars for meeting chicas? Best neighborhoods for meeting chicas?

Any tips would be appreciated and I'll report back.

    Havana

Anyone that is savvy and confident can negotiate Cuba. Don't rely on and get hung up on what was in the past. Come to Cuba and adapt to the changing conditions. There is enough information out there (multiple sources) to make an informed decision.

Also does anyone have contacts of recommended girls in Havana?
So one of the girls was a blonde, slim; slender sent a photo of her minus the face on a sideward angle; and she sent a photo of her friend from behind on the bed. I also received a picture of both of them at what appears to be a club. They initially just gave me the rate in CUP; 7000 for overnight; 10,000 for sex again in the morning. Are these the girls?

I only really wanted the blonde, but she insisted on working with her friend; I mean, I've done worse but not usually when paying for it. Still mumbling it over at booking a last-minute trip; anybody in the area right now? I've got 2 5's at my best that want the cock for free; but I am not sure if I want the nightmares over it.

MongerHunger thanks for the info sounds like theres some work to do out there.

Is the 23 ave jazz club open with the english telephone entrance?

    How are the cigar prices?

Is anyone out there right now that can give an update on the electricity situation? How bad is it? This is my biggest concern about planning my trip.

I found a good article about Cuba increasing exchange rates!

LaGruta can make a regular night into heaven LOL.

Strongly considering a trip in the coming time, hoping for some normalcy out there.
