Wow. Cuba is a crazy place and is perfect for mongering. There are a lot of problems though with police so you will need to be creative, unless you plan on just picking a girl and staying with her. Without Spanish it will also be difficult because lack of communication skills will lower your ability to "problem solve".

Santa Lucia:

Essentially the whole scene is one long road which has two bars where all the girls go. Lots of problems with police. You can find houses nearby or you can bribe the resort reception (about $15) or you can register her into the resort. Talk with the resort and formulate a plan. Depends on the season and how full it is. Everything is negotiable in Cuba and that can't be emphasized enough. Don't go to Santa Lucia if you are looking for great options. The performers at the night shows are available (that goes without saying).

$40 is the max and is actually a lot. Be a gentleman and start at $25 and not $20. Haha. Don't negotiate upfront. The reality is that you are in control and she will be making good on her time with you if she gets $25+. I never paid more than $40 but never paid lower than $30 simply because the girl asked for the extra $5 and I figured what the hell.

Camaguey:

Some important information.

Bring more hard cash than you need but also bring a backup credit that works in case you run out of money. Lock up the credit card and passport somewhere safe so that you won't get trapped in the country.

Taxi from Camaguey airport to city is about $8-$10. Tell taxi driver you want to see about about 5-6 casas if you are not happy. Casas are everywhere. If you don't have much luggage you can knock on doors until you are happy,

Casas should never cost you more than $20. I found this out after paying $25 for a couple of nights. And you can get nice ones for $20, not dumps. You might pay $25 and get a shit hole. I got better quality when I finally landed up in one where they quoted me $20 per day. If you want to be super cheap and the casa looks empty offer them $15.

You might be best of getting a casa near Caribe (night club) which is near the Casino (zoo). Always explain to the casa owner why you are in Cuba and ask about the registration regulations.

Should be easy to also find random casas that will rent you out a temporary fuck room for about $10. Just knock on doors. Find one and then repeat with them or get new ones each time. Fuck rooms near Caribe are $20. Caribe girls are about $30-$40. Although if you are a cheap bastard and you bring her to a registered place you can simply give her whatever you want. I only recommend doing that if her performance is terrible because there is no point having potential problems and a potentially bad reputation at the club over a lousy few dollars.

Every girl everywhere in the city is available. Unless she is foreigner or part of the Cuban. 01 of the economically privileged.

Bici-taxis

These are actually some of the most gainfully employed "trabajadores" in Cuba. Some of them are earning about $500 a month or more, which is a killing for Camaguey.

Always negotiate upfront with the bici-taxista and always start low. $2 CUC should be more than enough per hour. I recommend finding a bici-taxi guy that is reliable and then offering him to be your chauffeur for your stay and pay him a daily rate or something like that. Have him bike you to densely populate areas where there are a lot of chicas and either he or you can simply flag down the one you want. It is that simple.

A lot of girls hang out and wander in the city center. You can venture out of the city center and head on down to where the zoo is and the park nearby there if you don't see anything you like in the city center.

Food is pretty cheap but honestly you can go to lonelyplanet for that kind of advice.

The synopsis is: Cuba has a lot of problems and also has a lot of solutions and a lot of hustling and a very materialistic culture.
