About 3 to 4 blocks past Casa Greca (google map in earlier comments) is situated Casa Amarilla, a full-on cat house. ST is 2 K, TLN is 6 k with rooms on the premises. My apologies for not responding sooner as I am in Medellin. Yes this is the place and the food is good and inexpensive. The chuletas, chicken, ribs, and sausages are good. The salad is also good. I cannot comment on the shrimp or steaks though but find the chicken and pork that is marinated to be outstanding and cheap.

Strolled up the hill today and located the place. Sign out front does not show it as Casa Greca. (pictures attached). Received directions and a recommendation from some girls working at a massage / spa place about 30 yards down the hill towards the beach. Figure it's a good recommendation as they have to be experts on greasy sausages.

The location if your walking from Hotel Garant and Suites is one block up the hill, turn left and go two blocks, then turn right and go about 4 blocks towards the main highway. They serve a Chuleta for 90 Pesos which is to die for, a really good salad with blue cheese, wings, baked potatoes, ribs, steaks but don't waste your time on those because the chicken and ribs are great. I'm sure some others know the name and can describe the location better. Just ask any local where is the Greek place and they all know it. Open I believe only for dinner from about 6 PM and gets very crowded as the prices are so low and the food so good lots of locals eat there.

As far as other places there is a seafood place that has been open for forty years that has a basic set menu with good food as well.
