Are you at the boat house on the beach or did you find the apt at the boathouse?
That is a great deal.

Just want to say thanks for all the accumulated info on how to (and not to) get it done in boca chica. Been a long time monger on the US site, but this was my first foray into the international scene, and you guys saved me a ton of headaches and possible problems.
I hit the yellow house three times during my stay last week, and it was worth every peso. I was able to negotiate well based on the info here (about 1800 pesos a girl). I had a great time with two gals, Michelle and Elizabeth, whom I highly recommend. I saw each separately, and enjoyed them immensely, especially Elizabeth. She has a rockin body, amazing young natural tits and some cute tattoos. Michelle was less on the body but more on the attitude. On my third visit, I tried a threesome with them, and that went well, but I found more chemistry with them individually than together. The girls are hot, into the action, and willing to go a long time without getting mechanical.
Thanks again, and I hope this info helps some other monger out to score big in the DR!

Santo Domingo- Boca Chica's small businesses association urged the authorities to restore the resort town's peace and security and will host a Tuesday morning meeting in the Hotel Hamaca to deal with the problems.
The business leaders cite the many sex workers, minors begging in the beach area, crime, noise and motorcycles, colmadones and faulty sanitation.
The Interior and Police, Tourism, and Environment ministers and the Chief of Police have been invited to the meeting called for the "Rights to Peace and Security," among other senior officials and lawmakers of Santo Domingo Province.
The business leaders say the magnitude of Boca Chica's problems require the most urgent solutions to restore order in the beach community.

I thought the food and drink prices were reasonable, and I can respect that you didn't like the food, I didn't think it was anything more then acceptable but I am in the food business.
Everyone has their own definition of GFE and the basic definition for me is no rush, kissing and BBBJ, none of which has ever been an issue at BBs of the 20 plus girls I had there. I never looked into the medical stuff you guys have been discussing.
I always felt like they were trying their best to please the guests and always friendly and helpful, and I thought they were making an effort, which I did not get that feeling often in the DR and especially in the hotels checked out in Boca Chica.
BB's isn't perfect, and I have my complaints about them, but I thought your opinion was way off compared to my experience and had to chime in.

Hotel Riazor is around $60US per night, easy location to find, about a 12 minute walk to zona colonial. Hotel Palacio is nice, in zona colonial, has a small secure parking garage if you have a car. Palacio has a small pool, cost is $80-$100US, might have a chica fee.
Bavaro Express bus to punta cana and bavaro can be taken from santo domingo.
Any questions, ask.

You need to figure what you want in a trip. Banging a score of women SD is a not that easy. You have plenty of brothels casas. They vary in quality and price. If that is what you are into you will be happy. The SW I saw were not hot chicas in most cases. I usually import some talent to hang out with. It like having someone to eat nad spend time with. If you are sport fuckung there is nothing like Sosua. I stay the colonal zona. There is talent walking around bur it is rarely top shelf. Do some prep work and SD can be great.

I'm headed down to the DR on Aug 4th and wanted to get some opinions on where to hang out. This is not my first time to the DR with my last time there being back in February in Sosua and LT, actually I've been on the island about 20-30 times over the last few years but I know places change so this is why I'm posting. After reading quite a few of the recent posts it seems that BC is kind of sliding downhill with the quality of the women and the increase in drama. I usually fly into SDQ but I mainly hang out in Sosua, Cabarete, PP or LT and sometimes hit BC but usually just on my way back to the airport. This time I'm going over to meet up with a group of friends over in PC but I will have a day or 2 to kill so I was wondering what to do for a couple of days based on current conditions and opinions:
1. Hang out in BC and possibly deal with drama or not so pretty chicas.
2. Hang out in SD in the colonial zone (which I've never done before) if its worth it, or has it changed too?
3. Do La Ramano?
4. Just drive on over to PC and skip the south coast all together?
Any advice is welcome, thanks.

I didn't forget about the pink house, I didn't know about it.
Where is it located? Casa Iraisa is a yellow house (I think) right next door to the 'Mozart' Hotel.
