Not sure why my response is not posted yet but yet again going to respond back.

I am fairly experienced in mongering and travelled quite a bit and can assess the value. I did received few contacts from few kind members which are in the range of 3 k DOP but they are not my liking and also they live in santiago which is out of my way to meet her as we have decided to drop sosua and focus on Santo domingo / Boca chica (landing and departing airport) and Samana area if I can find some to come along with us.

After reading few pages and watching few youtube videos and some contacts provided by fellow members, the quality of Sosua chics seems to be not my liking.

I am more into slim, light skinned, non hooker face. Not expecting girl next door type, but at least should get erected by looking at the chick instead of Cialis.

Anyways, my itinerary is 75% sightseeing covering Santo Domingo, Jarbaco, Samana (Las terrance), La Romana / Punta Cana in 5 days.

After mountain hiking and / or para gliding, wild water rafting, I doubt its worth to drive all the way to Sosua for pussy where the quality seems to be not that great.

Not to contradict you, but probably every chica out there is either someone's girlfriend or wife. We are not forcing them to do this. I just want to comment on those guys it's good to know you can vibe with them for me I really can't most come off as either fake or treat the privilege of living in that garbage country as a secret society. They are quick to let you know how wealthy they are and blah blah blah. They can come off rather hostile I think based upon how attractive you might appear to the local populations. Because it can't seem to be about money based upon what I'm reading from a guy like you. Well I'm glad you enjoyed your stay this time around.

23 year old guy who has been here in Sosua for over a week now. I've had some good experiences but after being here in sosua for over a week I did notice some small issues. Basically, if you want to stay here more than a week you will definitely need a car otherwise you will get bored. By the 4th day of being here I got tired of having to walk around everywhere and just started only going out to eat for lunch and ordering food online on the food delivery app for dinner. Have met some great expats and gained important knowledge from them.

The experience with the chicas was way better than my 1st trip but idk I've realized Sosua isn't a long term solution to my situation. Sosua is great for quick trips but if you feel like you need something more fullfilling long term it's probably not for you. The chicas were great but I think not being able to connect with them on emotional level much due to the language barrier can make things with them just feel strictly physical and not emotional at all which can leave to a somewhat empty feeling (at least for me).


At the end of the day though Im so glad I did this trip. The experience I had here would never ever be possible in the states due to p4p being illegal and 100x more expensive.

I rarely bring cash and if it is it's a small amount for an ride from the airport to my place of residence. Too many Americans bring cash with and I don't know why but to many opportunists views them as a easy target in Santo Domingo in the tourist areas the ATMs are always either broken or run out of money and the banks have no attentions on getting it service. I try my best to avoid staying in the tourist areas of Santo Domingo because of that. Locals put you up on game real quick and sometimes they require a pesos for information.

Yes well. You should know the exchange rate. You should be able to do the math. You can even pull out your phone and use the calculator. They won't mind- 2% to 4% as a fee is fair on USD. More than that you should decide how much of a hurry you are in. If you can't handle that or are not able to count the money. The bank is the place for you- honestly this is a fairly simple exchange. If you get fucked at this you are really going to get screwed on everything else.

That pretty much sums up my overall opinion of Sosua. Yes. I saw about a dozen women here and with the exception of two, I paid between $50-70. For those 9-10, I actually felt I was have done better staying at home and beating off.

Sosua is very unpredictable. First time I went there for 7 days, I cut short my trip to 5 days because it was completely dead. Even streets and restaurants were dead after 9 pm. Luckily on the last day of my trip I met two women exactly of my choice and they were both non working girls. That gave me an initiative to come back for a second trip. Had fun with these two girls and they introduced me to 2 other house wife's. This trip worked out very well. Did not encounter any street girl or anyone from any bars. Planning my third trip this month. Already have these 4 lined up and hoping to get introduced to more.

I was literally lucky to find these women, otherwise I would have never repeated there.

So it all depends on personal preference. The majority of street girls are not my preferred but there are really some good ones which are hard to get hold off as they are super busy. Again they are pricey but well worth it.
