I went by the Mozart every day for a week and it appeared open but I did not go in. The yellow house and the blue martini are right near the Mozart and they are both open. I went to the yellow house early one day and everyone was sleeping. I then began asking each place I visited what time they open and everyone but the yellow house said I was welcome 24-7 for me to just ring the bell or knock on the door after I found that out I would go as early as 9 am. Of course if you are a night owl they stay up until 5 or 6 am.

I was there on Weds.

On the other hand, half the girls in the street of Boca Chica are willing to go out on a date, and 90% of them will fuck you. Same with the shopkeepers. And, although I have nothing bad to say about the Mozart girls, there are some real beauties in the bars, stores, the park and in the street.

Just my little add on if I may. I am not advocating here. I'm just sharing my experience. I smoke ganja. The Dominican attitude toward it is one of disdain but periodic curiosity. I always score some from a motoconcho whom I may have known for awhile. They would be more at ease transporting an ounce of cocaine than they are with a gram of weed. LOL. Its funny to me. I smoke in the room and make sure everything is clean and have done so for years w'out issue.

You will eventually get your turn in the "legal system", doing so for years without incident. An illusion.

If you have a chica that you have spent time with have her get what you want. Not all chicas smoke but all know where they can get it. Bet on it. Weed is not a huge deal if you are not stupid. Yes it can inhance a romantic evening. Just saying.

If you really trust the chica I'm not saying it is difficult. Just that doing what the op is asking for and going out looking for it is insane in the DR as artisttyp confirms. For that matter having somebody killed is not difficult or expensive either. And will probably literally get you in less trouble than getting caught with a joint.

OK, fellow travelers I am adding my experiences and hopefully some useful information. I was there on 11/3 – 11/14. I stayed at the Hotel Zapata. The have probably the best location on the beach for hotels that allow Chica to CUM to your room. The have good security personal. Check out Israel (security at night)!
