Boca Chica

Perhaps it’s finally time to put the ghosts of Boca to rest. Bury them deep in the ground where I can’t find them. I tend to be loyal in my affections – being a Boston Red Sox fan for 40 years speaks to that and so while most folks have moved on to other locations around the DR I still find myself heading to Boca like a migratory bird with it programmed into my DNA. This last trip over Thanksgiving though should finally break the habit – if not, I get what I deserve. Boca is full of memories for me but little else anymore. Walking down the main drag at night is like a scene out of the "Night of the Living Dead" – nearly everything is shuttered, people walk aimlessly about without knowing where they are going, unattractive women work the shadows and the sense of decay is imprinted on everything. One place is open with chicas – the old Route 66 – it has some girls stationed outside looking for men with desperation and need written on their face. These girls though are the same ones I didn’t want to go with five years ago and the weight of every man they have laid under since then has broken their spirit and embittered their mind.

The male sex tourists who have landed here look dazed by their misfortune and their paucity of numbers makes clear that Boca is dying. Later in the night the “action” moves to the disco at the Burbuhas Hotel – on one night there must have been all of six guys in there fending off the advances of women frantically searching for their next peso but with the exception of one guy who left with three girls – all broken toothed hags – most of us gave up hope of receiving redemption by 2a.m. and walked the lonely frustrated empty distance back to our hotels. Going back empty handed in Boca always feels like a sign of defeat – a stigma – what you can’t get laid in Boca – what kind of man are you – one who wants to keep a modicum of self respect as I journey though middle age. I had a few phone numbers that kept me busy enough for the first two days there – a gorgeous mulatto from Santo Domingo with green eyes and a body that Playboy could publish except they are all real. The next day she brought her roommate and we played house together. Another phone number brought company for later in the evening, but after that I figured it was time to cut them loose and find some new friends – big mistake – I went my final four days in a state of hard on neglect – I literally didn’t see a girl that I wanted to trust my penis with. Maybe Thailand has spoiled me, but these girls feel like a different species to me – used up like an old worn tires in a junkyard. I would say 2 words describe 80% of the available women – grossly overweight – the other 20% are crack *****s.

But to paraphrase Shakespeare, “I come not to bury Boca but to praise it” because no matter what Boca Chica is today I have wonderful memories of it that time will not wither and I will always have a soft spot for it in my heart. I first made my way there in 1996 after reading some comments on the Internet. Like many newbies who don’t know better I made a reservation at Don Juan only to discover it was one of these dreaded all-inclusive hotels – the first time they tried to involve me in a group activity I nearly ran away screaming – worse of course was that I was soon to find out that no women were allowed to visit you for in-room activities. I recall the first night I wandered out of the safe confines of the hotel grounds to stroll down the darkened road – at that time it was dirt and had no street lights until you passed the park – and women waited in the shadows to ambush you with pleas of “suckee suckee fuckee fuckee” and would often ransack your pockets while doing so. It was as I also later found out much too early in the evening – 10pm – and the assortment of women was to say the least not impressive – scary is closer to the truth and I wondered what this internet writer was on when he wrote his article about young black women wanting men. After a quick walk up and down the main drag I scooted right back to the hotel with no intention of making that run again, but someone told me I had to try it again and go after midnight. Hmmm. Ok – just to satisfy my curiosity and make sure there was no reason to ever come back. There were girls everywhere. Hundreds of them coming and going - dancing, moving, shimmering, laughing. It was Disneyland in high heels. All shapes, sizes and colors – a smorgasbord of willing sex so in your face you could feel the heat spread over your body like wet warm honey. The women came from the towns all around Boca and filled it with writhing sensuous allure for the night. The main disco was Isla Bonita – walking in was like going through an obstacle course of grabbing hands and thrusting breasts – I would take them onto the beach and have them pull down their blouse to see if they passed the test – a few times I went a bit further down to give them an oral exam – no girl ever refused. In those days the peso was about 12 to a dollar and you could have everything you wanted including her mother for 300 pesos.

I quickly set up a second home at Villa Don – owned by a French Canadian with a fiery temper but a blind eye to what you brought back with you – unless he wanted to see it afterwards. It turned into a 3 year party at this hotel – the girls began arriving around noon and you could literally beckon one up from the balcony to your room. I had one fellow who became a good friend after he came running out one night in a search for condoms – he had 3 women in his room and had run out – I once saw him take 6 in – all scooped up at the hotel. I was a piker in comparison – 3 being my max when we played Russian Roulette with my penis – the winner squealed with joy and then went to gargle. Some of the girls became legends among the mongers who traded intel like state secrets – the statuesque Latina Wanda, her beautiful fresh-faced friend Wendy, Wiggle Bar Wendy who was so tiny you could wrap your tongue around her, cokehead Carolina, Rosy – still the best bj I have ever received in my life – so many of them. I wonder where they all are now. The nice thing was it was all about sex – no sane man ever falls for a girl from Boca – romance and tenderness never entered the formula – this was peso for puta and nothing more - it was just straight ahead sweaty sex until you couldn’t do it anymore and then you soon go on to the hunt for the next girl. It was for me a sexually releasing experience – I had done some hobbying in Brazil and Thailand but nothing as purely carnal as this and with so many configurations – I have done an entire family of five sisters – grabbed strangers and told them to go down on me together – never a moments hesitation – everything felt possible there - it made me feel silly for having led such a sexually straight life until then – who was that for I wondered – sexual morals that made no sense to me anymore. There was also at the time a wonderful ex-pat community full of guys who retired to the DR for cold beers and good sex and they were all extremely kind in welcoming us into their brotherhood – guys like Taxi Dave, Ronnie and of course Pat were just plain wonderful. I still remember fondly the party Pat had at his home in which many neighborhood girls dropped by and made themselves at home. When Pat died he took a large piece of the heart out of Boca with him.

Of course, nothing lasts for ever and the place became so notorious on the Internet and was turning into such a sex destination that a crackdown had to come and it did beginning at of all places Villa Don and Isla Bonita – both were closed, the cops began arresting the girls and over the past 5 years they have slowly squeezed the life out of the place. Some day soon I have no doubt that the entire street will be bulldozed over and something very nice will rise in its place all directed at legitimate tourists who bring their fat wives with them – but at least they can’t bury my memories and I have lots of them.

Well, it's now a done deal. I just made my reservation at the ElCandil for 1 week beginning March 1. ($48 US per night)

This is will be my second visit there. I had a nice time there this past Feb and met another member of this board (Willie). I enjoyed both SCUBA diving and muff diving. I promise to post this time since I was flamed by Zepplin for not doing so last time.

I'll be traveling with a scuba diving buddy, and would like to meet up with members of this board if any of you are there at the time.

I also want to branch out a bit more this time. I'll rent a car for a day and check out SanPedro DeMarcoris. I heard that SammySosa has a club there. Does anyone know about this place?

I'd also like to know if there are any worthwhile car washes along the way, as well as any other mongering attractions not too far out from BC.

I want to thank all of the veteran mongers on this board who provide valuable information for those like me who only venture to the DR annually.

Can someone tell me where is the hotel caucho, what is it near? I will be hitting Boca in Jan. TO contrast other reports I`ve alwats had a blast in Boca.

It is in Coquito. Go west from the Boca Chica Resort/Hotetur Dominican bay on the road on the south side of the resort, a few LONG blocks and you will find it. It is up the hill from the Dominican beach on the west end of the beach, where the Don Juan / Don Emilio are located on the water.

Boca Chica is even slower around New Years and Christmas. If you want to try something new and you want to stay in the DR, then get a hotel near the Malecon or El Conde in Santo Domingo. If you feel the need to head to Boca Chica take a gua gua or taxi on a Sunday to visit the area. You can even try a couple of days in Santiago and if you're not pleased you can always take a bus/cab to Sosua.

I will be in BC on dec 6 this is my first real time to BC. I went to SD last year but never got around to going to BC. SD is a little pricey and not as much fun as Sousa Or POP, but i will try it out for 2 or 3 days then make my up to Sousa thru pop and Santiago. I havent picked a hotel for BC yet i have heard of a couple on this thread that sound ok. I just hope the chicas are in abundance. If not it is a long god damm way to pop any suggestions on stops along the way to pick up chicas. I will be cabbing it any way cause i got a decent driver in SD.

It is not my intentions to flame you but if you RTFF you will see that Boca Chica is really dead these days and that is why you very rarely see any new posts made on this thread. I have been there two times in the past 5 months and the quality of girls is low and there is not a lot of action. There are girls available during the day sitting in various bars along the beach and at night they are all in the only disco in town "Babujas," but from the posts that are being made you might want to return to Sosua or go to the El Capital and maybe spend most of your time there with the exception of a night or two in Boca Chica. Please checkout my report from approximately July 26th. You might want to find a girl in Santo Domingo and take her to Boca Chica for a day at the beach. Just a thought. If you do decide to go to Boca Chica keep within the price structure I posted in my report. If I was you I would probably go to another destination but that is all a matter of choice.

El Caucho is very reasonably priced, excellent management and is chica friendly.

There are ladies onsite but they will not approach you. It is a very laid back atmostsphere.

Just returned from 8 days at Elcaucho payed $30. a day. Air condition,double bed, safe,cable tv, nice pool, and bar on site. There were some local chicas available at the hotel and you can bring a guest at no charge as long as they have there ID. Owners are great guys and will help you out with whatever you need.

El Caucho is fine for what you have in mind - I was there last January and will be returning over Thanksgiving weekend - unless it has changed a lot it is almost all single guys with the same thing in mind. I had been a big Costalunga fan but they were booked last year and I ended up here and though a bit further away than most hotels from the center of town I ended up liking the place a lot in terms of the layout and the easy going mood of the place. Its quiet too at night which I appreciate.

The EL Caucho looks nice but also expensive, it also looks like a couples or a family place to stay, couldnt be further from what i am looking for in terms of accomodation when i plan on bringing the ladies back. IS it ok to do this at El Cauncho, and could anyone report back on how much it costs per night?

I just returned home-I had a great 8 days there
