I called that speedballing. The good thing about Charlie is he so petty he would cheat you out of 200 or 300 pesos when he could've gotten more. But Charlie aint in it for the most for the most money. Like 90% of Dominicans. He's in it screw you as fast as possible.

One time I was relaxing and Claudio came up to me. I call him the pimp with the limp. He walks with a limp because of his accident. He asked me can he get 200 pesos. I reminded him of all the times he ran game on me for years ago. I told him he made enough money shitting me when I didn't know. Now that I know I wouldn't give him a peso! If you need some money take it out of the money you hustled few years earlier. You have burned your bridge your bridge.

We met up with DCgogo while we were down there. He said his boy gave Charlie some money to run get him some cigarettes. Til this day he ain't seen his cigarettes, money, or Charlie. Nah I think he said he saw Charlie, but he had a story that he got locked up on the way to get the cigarettes.
