    Distinction report

I know exactly what you are talking about. I saw how aggressive and consistent they were as far back as 2008. Much worse there than Sosua IMO.

Thats why nowadays I try to help a lot of guys out (mostly in Sosua) by offering them tips on how to deal with beggars, touts, aggressive chicas, venders, motoconchos etc.

    1) Too much eye contact or acknowledgement when approached can work against you. Better to briefly acknowledge them, and just say no gracias. And repeat no gracias. Until they give up. Sort of like an indifference attitude. Then refocus on whatever you were doing or going to do. If you pay attention to chicas body language, they are a good example. When touts, venders, beggars etc come around, chicas pay them no mind. They won't talk to them, won't look up at them. Nothing. Thats the body language one should adopt. And for the most part chicas don't get bothered. Mostly it's men.

    2) If in the middle of a conversation with others, don't allow anybody to rudely interrupt your conversation. Sometimes I put up a hand to indicate I'm not interested and I just keep talking as if they arent there. Or I may let them know they are being rude. I imagine BC is tougher because they will just stand there and won't go away. Nethertheless, I keep my conversation on track. The body language I am expressing is that we do not appreciate being interrupted, and we do not want anything, and have nothing to give.

    3) I tell guys it's not in their best interest to tell anybody maybe, maybe later, tomorrow or I don't have money right now. Especially if the reason is you absolutely do not want whatever it is they are offering, or do not want to give anything. All of those responses are weak responses. And it often comes off as weakness to the individual trying to get something out of us. So, if you do not want whatever they are offering, just say no gracias. When they ask or say, ok later? Just say. No. No later. No gracias. My point. The reason why a lot of guys have trouble with touts, beggars etc is because their response language is all wrong. A common response for enough guys, say maybe later or tomorrow. Thinking they won't see them later or tomorrow. Another, is to give in, thinking that once they give up some money, buy the item, or pay for something the individual will go away. Instead that opens up the door to be harrassed even more. And eventually it becomes apparent that others they talk to will think that you are an easy mark. Thats why guys like that , sometimes get surrounded by touts and beggars, and opportunistic chicas.

    4) Some time ago I started using some of their own strategy back on them, and it seemed to work. 2 choices. Either you respect me, or you don't. Most times, you'll be approached by someone acting friendly and sincere. In a few seconds the real intent of them approaching you will emerge. I may respond like this to whatever comes my way. I know you say you are my friend. Do you respect me? Of course they will say yes. Ok I'm not interested. I do not want it. If you respect me, you will stop asking me, and stop bothering me. If they protest, or try to plead their problems, I cut them off reminding them that they said they respect me. If they continue, I let them know that they do not respect me, and I definitely do not want to listen to anymore of what they have to say. What choice do they have, but to keep it moving.

    5) generally speaking, Guys need to be mindful of how these folks try to take the lead, manipulate your time, control the situation in that moment. Guys need to recognize small minor things that they do. Like yelling at you from across the street just to get your attention. Touts, aggressive chicas and motoconcho drivers are good for that. Sometimes, people will come up to you and start engaging you catching you off guard. One needs to be aware of these tactics. It's somewhat designed to exploit your weaknesses. Get you to react without thinking. Thats how a lot of guys are getting pick pocketed in Sosua and elsewhere by chicas. A typical local wouldn't even stand there long ebnough to listen to some con / scam. But an unsuspecting tourist would. And trhats who gets preyed on the most.

    6) Chicas that approach, begging for money or to buy them drinks / food: I just say no gracias. As if I assumed they were offering me something instead of trying to get something. I repeat as many times as deemed necessary. Another strategy is just to keep speaking english. Works well on those who can't understand a lick of english. Or, sometimes, I tell chicas right off the bat to requests for money or drinks, food etc. I'm cheapy cheapy. I used to say, I don't have money. Or some other excuse. I don't do that. Now, I just tell them I'm cheapy cheapy. If they insist I am not cheap. I insist that I am cheap. That I am muy malo. Reason being, once they realize you aint falling for their insincere request, they are going to get pissed anyway. Maybe call you some names. Cheapy is one of them. So I beat them to the punch. They can't shame a dude who has already labeled himself cheapy cheapy or muy malo. Besides, I think its good to let them get mad. Then you get to see how they really felt about you, behind the facade. And who wants to do favors for somebody who really has contempt for you or thinks you owe them because you got something they want?
Great report, should be read by everyone and be in Reports of Distinctions.

A closed mouth don't get fed

This should be a Hustler's anthem. Keep asking until someone says yes. In Boca Chica especially. That is the cheat code. They will ask you until you break. They will come at you every day because they have nothing to lose. Up and down Durante you will see this and experience it. From the shoeshine boys that will offered to shine your flip-flops to the guy that sees you with chica and ask for money because he knows you just want to get away with your girl. Some will shake your hand and speak cordially Hello, my friend until they lowered the Boom. They will not stop. Once they say they have your attention they go in for the kill. Hey can I talk to you. You my friend you supposed to help me. Can I please have a cervesa. I don't have money to pay child support. My children are starving. No leche for my baby. I have no gas for my Moto. I will be a fool to say I heard it all. But I've heard a lot. I wish that I can save all the newbies. But the hyenas have to eat. The strip on Boca Chica is full of them. If you sit back stay quiet and observe the scene it's like animal kingdom. If you think you're a Tarzan you're right but you're not the king of the jungle. Just another Gringo like Tarzan was. I like Boca Chica because it didn't kill me but Made Me Stronger. After a good week or two you are ready for the hustlers of the world. Boca Chica strip is 1/4 the size of sosua. But it has 10 times the number of touts and beggars on the strip. If you are new or returning after being away for awhile everyone is coming at you. A closed mouth don't get fed is the only thing ringing in the back of their mind while they're dealing with you. If they can get you to look into their eyes and listen to their son requests the Trap is set. No today means yes tomorrow. Even if they can get you to say manana. They know you probably don't mean it but they still will be in your face come tomorrow. If they can get you to recommit yourself again so be it. I've heard some say okay how about tomorrow. If you break down and give in that means you're weak and they were right about you . . They will forget everything you did for them yesterday except for the fact that they know your weak . I've seen New Yorkers home I thought we're used to dealing with beggars fall victim . Mr E we need to make a shirt that says don't ask me for s*** in Spanish. Then again what good would that do in Boca Chica.

Damn brother, that really cut me; deep too!

I thank the father of jesus that I have the Coronado bridge at my disposal; just in case I decide to take the jump!

Besides that, I do plan on a trip to BC in January; if I live that long. Great hearing your reports.

I ran into Mr. E. in Tijuana recently, always a good time with ones that think alike.

And it probably works 1 out of every 5-7 guys she comes across online, which would encourage her to continue begging.
You can't knock the hustle. Many of us stay online meeting chicks. Same thing goes. It will work out with every how many out of how many, which will encourage us to continue looking for chicks online. It is all a numbers game no matter what angle you are shooting from. Same goes for the Nigerian prince emails. Every now and then a fish is going to take the bait.

Yeah, an interesting phenomenon. You've got simps out there literally setting these chicks up with a form of welfare system. "Why go fuck this gringo for 2000 pesos when I can three suckers to send me 2000 all while sitting on my ass?"

So Gogo, this was the other side of the equation I was referring to with your favorite. She's probably got enough guys incentiving her to where she can make more staying at home than she could going out to actually work for it.

But like my man Charles Tyler says, the further you get away from "The Matrix" (USA), the less of this you see. I've fucked well over 30 Colombian chicks to-date and practically keep in touch with all of them via FB. I've only had two ask me for money. A few asks for gifts here and then when I am on my way down. But none of this "my child and I will starve to death if you do not send $50 within the next few hours" begging bullshit, LOL.

It almost always came up during the second message exchange once you moved the conversation from DC to messaging (it was Skype for me a while back). I realize it is usually a tug at your heart strings to get you to open up your wallet, but I'm like "Damn, have you no shame?

The ones I would get were about "la luz" being cut off, needing to payback money borrowed from a relative, or money for school books. Oh, and of course "no hay comida". It's like they are saying "Papi, you don't want this pussy to stave to death before you get here, do you?" LMAO!
This is why I don't do Dominican Cupid unless I am in the area. All that long distance shit for the birds. Talking to a chica for a Time before you go on your vacation only leads to her request for money. On An average of 4-6 message transactions. Some chicas make DC their full-time jobs. They can get paid without getting laid. My top distributor had five guys and to girls that I know of. Listen up newbies Okskool was just talking about it. There are enough 1000 + 1500 peso chicas running around needy in the DR. If you import excuse me transport hey chica to your location you are stuck with her. You have to feed her and cater to her if you are a gentleman. On an average I spend anywhere between 2500 to 4000 on a transport. For me DC cupid is good if I'm in an unfamiliar territory and need to make a connection. Even with that I still have to filter out a lot of chicas. If you on a short vacation dealing with transporting chica is very time consuming. If they do so they are rarely on time. They need babysitting fees transport fees and all of that is a Gamble. That even applies to girls you've already dealt with in the past. There are some success stories. I've had a few. But when things go unclaimed I usually work better for me. I like them RAW. Of course in sosua it's a different ball game with me. 60% of my chicas are repeats.

I haven't found one chica that told me calamity was about to befall them actually have anything bad happen to them when I told them no and just continued on about my business. The chicas were surviving before you arrived. They will continue to survive afterwards.

    Take a chance

I hit Batey and stroll the strip shooing off the tramps. I decide to walk a side street for home and see a girl by the park arguing with the police. Something about a rambunctious chic that turns me on so I linger. She sees me and stops arguing as I walk to the side to get the chance for info. She says it's nothing and says she wants to go with me for 500 pesos. I know this is probably just a hustle to get to my crib and start some shit so I walk away with her saying "que pasa poppi, yo quiero, hablame ". I leave her and head up the hill as its now 2 am.

I walk up on a Colmado and it's a guy behind the grill and three girls. I walk over to look at the food but I have a side agenda. I know the girls are checking out the gringo in a white tee, Roche Nikes and jeans with a tennis / fishing hat on. It's a cheese burger and fries for 200 pesos. I'm still deciding and one of the cute girls says sit down. Now it's on. I sit down but this is a 200 pesos investment as I'm not hungry. One girl is fat and her brother is on the grill while the other two are sisters. The slim one is and black with perfect maroon nails drawing my attention plus she speaks English and is from Puerto plata but visiting relatives here. The sister is a little chunky but gorgeous. I eat half my hamburger and offer to buy them a big presidente. You will be surprised what a 150 pesos can do to chicas. Me and the slim girl girl with the pretty nails are vibing as I size up the situation. Is the guy behind the grill in play with these chicas? It becomes a wait game.

We drink the big beer as the guy behind the grill tells stories. I want to force my hand but I got nothing to do so I hang out. Everything is good and it's a party on the side street. If you haven't been part of a party on a side street at a Colmado in the DR then you haven't experienced the real thing. This is what they do.

I tell the girl I have a nice crib and she can watch TV and sleep and and air conditioning but she refused. She is a good girl.

I can't leave because I got to finish this or cock block. The grill guy eventually starts putting up the white plastic chairs as I cheer inside.

It's closing and it's happening but the good girl says she is going to her mothers with her sister. We exchange what's up numbers and I kiss the girls and head off.

As I'm walking the ten minutes to my crib three skanks proposition me but fuck that I'm not Tomjackin LOL.

Get to my crib at 3:30 am and what's up slim Chica whose name is Carmen. She hits me back. I beg her to come sleep with me but she declines. We plan a date got Tuesday.

My arm has stopped hurting and I've been walking a lot and eating good. Life is good.

    Man,

Some Italian probably locked her down for a couple days because I'm on the strip now looking. He probably told her she is the one for him, took her to Juan Dolio beach and fed her lobster and dick later at the hotel. She will go back to Santiago with about 200 usd in her purse. Then he will show his boys his new girl and visit her in Santiago. Sound familiar fellas.
