All the places you mentioned are "spoon fed" environments. "Spoon fed" is favored by those who want everything pretty much handed to them (chicas, surroundings, food, etc.). Sosua and other unstructured venues are favored by those who like "the hunt"-negotiating prices, large selection of chicas and party central.
BBs (http://www.blackbeardsadultresort.com) is the lowest cost and highest discussed of all the "spoon fed" options you have mentioned. Pricing is set on chicas (1300 pesos ST 1-2 hours, and 2500 pesos for TLN, all night). Not all inclusive and you pay for what you use (hotel, food, drink, chicas, etc). Most of the girls are 6-8 in looks, all local chicas and a very laid back atmosphere. The place is pretty isolated being in Costambar and away from Puerto Plata and Sosua.
Mustang Ranch Resort (http://www.mustangranchresort.com) is a newcomer to the scene and used to be the old Field of Dreams Hotel, sold a bit ago to the owner of Cristal's Nightclub/Strip club (read- wh*rehouse) in Puerto Plata. For a set price you will be picked up at the POP airport and given a form of All Inclusive experience. Room, food, house drinks and one chica, all local girls, for 4 hours are set at one price (currently $179 USD). You are transported to Cristal’s to pick out a chica. Anything over 4 hours or multiple girls are extra. It is not been extensively reviewed yet by senior ISG members and current trip reports are spotty, running from negative to positive. It has been reported here that if you mention to the owner that you are an ISG member and promise to write a review, you will receive one more 4 hour session on top of what is published.
Oxygen (http://www.oxygenretreat.com), Charli’s Angels (http://www.charlisangels.com), Vikings (http://www.cat69.com) are all considered the ultimate in “spoon fed” venues. They are all “the high priced spread” with packages starting at $900 USD per day and way up from there. Extra girls and better accommodations cost extra. Oxygen uses top end local Dominican chicas, and the other two tend to go with Eastern European, Brazilian and Venezuelan chicas. These venues tailor themselves to the more affluent professional punter. Packages include most everything and are very discreet.
If you want to see another thread discussing some differences and preferences on these venues, check out the current General Info thread in the DR.
IMHO you get the best “bang for the buck” at BBs vs. the other options, but then again, to each their own. I'd like to see some more posts on MRR as I think this place has some possibilities. Every once in a while I think about going to a place like O2, but then I talk to some guys who have been to both and they think places like O2 are way overpriced for cost to value of services rendered. Take a good look at the local Photo Galleries to make sure you like the "island look" of these girls. Some guys just want light meat and don't appreciate the bubble butts on these local girls. Personally I cannot get enough of them. Language can be a problem at all these venues, but don't worry too much about that, you will always be able to get by.

Which resort should I stay in to get better access mongering?
I'll be going with friends so need to sneak out from them to go have some fun, so how does it really works there, I mean can you take a girl to your room or does the security not allow any action?
What do you guys thing of Bahia Principe San Juan or Breezes Puerto Plata?

Posts: 11I stand corrected. Ponderosa, I do apologize. I posted too soon. I did finally get the hang of this site and read thru the posts. I have never been to PP and I am planning on going soon. The popular spots to stay are Blackbeards, Charli’s Angels, Oxygen, and Mustang Ranch? Did I miss any? It seems that BB is the general favorite.

Fragments, bullets or sentences...please just make sure its easy to read. Its okay to read like you talk, but please, don't read like you think. We all have a million thoughts running around in our heads (if I wrote like I think, I'd never get a paragraph finished), but please try to remember those sentence diagramming lessons from 6th and 7th grade.
Again, definitely not trying to be a jerk or anything, just trying to help...everyone.
Thanks,

I am hoping to hook up with some one, either at MRR OR I will meet, you at BB on April 23rd thru April 27, The thing with Mrr. If you are by yourself that place is real lonely, its idea for groups, unlike BB is geared toward single guys, It seems like a cool place the meet and "shoot the breeze with other mongers. So if I don't stay at BB I wasnt to at least hang out and ST a chica, I love the pictures you guys put up. So let me know when you guys are down there. Hopefully the same week is myself.

LOL Hey Mangu is a fun club, If you go there, The place is real crowded, but its fun. You will see alot of tourist, then magically after 12:30am the free lancers flood the place and pros they are, (mango)at Dorrado Playa. Is a blast, Its kinda funny I aint use to partying with a bunch of 18yrs old. They are allowed in that disco.
I am use to 21 yrs and up, here in Portland, Or on the The "Left Coast" I was excited flying over the Atlantic for the first time, we are use to The Pacific ocean and that time change was a *****. I was up, when every one else was, fast a sleep, but when the morning came. Damn that was a ***** 8am is 4 am on the west coast. Like I said the pros they are, This one chica I had to have, while holding a freebie from MRR. And she was worth it" so I bought the cow "while having a gallon of milk in the fridge"sorta speak. My trip is fast approaching, I probaly will stay at the Mrr, but I.

Posts: 43BB vs O2 - thanks for the comments
Appreciate the reports from EHunter and Insanedc. EHunter, I was there the Mar 8 Bikini contest and we have spoken and I recognize your photos, particularly the one of Joanna taken from the ground! Anyway, I am a frequent visitor to BB and love the place but have been considering a visit to O2 for a change and I think you guys have convinced me not too. It is important to be able to go outside and have some fun with the girls as well as just banging them all day/night long. I visited Viking several years ago and had a good but very expensive time. Hope to see you again in BB in the future.

Not sure of the hours but believe its open 7 days a wk.
Problem for the complex residents is they charge exorbitantly for anyone that wants to bring a "guest' to his room.
