at bb's it is all about keeping the customers (and girls) safer. they check to make sure that the girls get tested for std's etc. every month. it is not a law but it is bb's "law". regular exams by a doctor are part of the std testing. charo is the one in charge of checking and recording this information and has a copy of all of the girls id's on file. additionally, the board of health comes in several times a year and does mandatory trainings (bb's insists) for the girls on safer sex practices and precautions.

i love the fact that bb's (charo) does not bend the rules. be tested or be gone. violating any of the rules is grounds for suspension or dismissal.

i have heard and witnessed first hand guys trying bring back a girl to bb's only to find out that the girl does not have an id. it can get loud and ugly real fast late at night....but in the end the girl is not allowed entry. simply, no id no entry period end of discussion for outside girls. the security guards check id's in fact they even check the regular girls until they get to know them and even then most of the time they get asked to show one. it is like in the us with **** people in a bar.

i have been to the dr 18+ times in the past two years. i have been offered to be "set up" with a girl(s) that someone knows who is not a full time working girl or is need of money you name it i have heard it. i ask two questions: 1. do you have an id that i can see? 2. do you have proof of std testing that i can see? a no response to either question ends the conversation!

if you have sex with an **** girl and get caught by the police....i can only imagine what happens next. the stories are not good for more minor infractions. if you do not get caught by the police but get caught by her family (do not think she won't tell if she thinks she can get more money from you...its like winning the lotto for them) you should be prepared to help design the new house you will be buying for them....along with a car....ok you get the point.

i love that the bb's girls are "safer" (there is no such thing as safe) with monthly std checks and id's. there is a certain comfort level knowing that bb's girls are being held accountable for their health / security and the quality of their service to the customer. it is a win win any way you look at it.

Always been germany fella, fkk, treffs etc, but decided to get some sun and go dom rep 15th feb for two weeks, flying into POP, no accomm booked yet, considering a few nights in bb's, then chance it alone/hook up with fellow hobbyists in pop/sosua.

Need some advice on apartments/ girl friendly hotels and some travel buddies if poss, obviously time is of the essence.

I would advice you book if you want to spend time at Sousa or BB''s.

There are not many vacant rooms here. Puerto Plata seawall you will find a nice apartment near Long beach.That has apartments vacant always for 1200 pesos per day.

When I arrived at BBs on Sat Jan 19 I met a guy who had a sick novia in his room. He paid this chica 700 dollars to be with him for the week but she be- came sick after a few days and couldn't or wouldn't cooperate.

I understand this situation since I got hungup on one chica during my first visit to BBs last April. I didn't make the mistake of paying her in advance but I had some problems. So this time I was determined not to make the same mistake.

I stayed for 8 nights and managed to bang six different chicas. I had two short times and 6 toda la noches. I tend to prefer the toda la noches. It's better for an older guy like me and the girls usually are more at ease. I enjoy cuddling up with them while watching TV or while sleeping. For the most part I hooked up with some good ones. On two nights I told Charo what I wanted and she helped make the arrangements. The other nights I just hung around the bar or the discoteca and let things happen.

I must say here that almost all of the chicas that I was with had very good BJ skills, one in particular. Maybe it's because I'm deprived of this benefit at home but I was very pleased. They must have classes on this at some of the chica meetings. Whew!

I had a lot of fun playing volleyball with the girls. We played on two evenings and it was a blast. Quite a few of the guys came over to watch and some of us joined in on the fun.

As usual I enjoyed the camaraderie of hanging out with my fellow mongers. I met some interesting people- the English tax collector, the country boy from Illinois, the postal inspector, and the railroad engineer among others.

I took his advice and had a kickass toda la noche with her my last night. I came close to keeping up with her. She turned out to be a sweet one.

I didn't stay with one chica more than two nights in a row and had a much better time than my first visit to BBs. So that is my advice to you newbies-keep it fresh while there, don't get hung up. There are some sweet ones and they all need some loving and pesos or dollars. And definitely don't pay in advance. Enjoy your vacation.

Hey chichchaser, the web address for Charlis Angels is, are you ready for this, www.charlisangels.com. Another one you should look into if interested is Vickings Exotic Resort. The address for them is less obvious, it's www.cat69.com. I've never been to either so I don't know anything except what is on the web sites and what I've read here. (you can find some great reports by Trippstadt and others).

I also have a business card for the mustang ranch. The web address is www.mustangranchresort.com. I did stop by there a few months ago just to see the place. It's nice but the rooms were like prison cells, dark, with few windows, no real separate bathroom, just a low cinderblock partition wall with the toilet on the other side and no door. But you don't go there to sit in your room and watch tv and the outside grounds were nice and well kept. I think Antoekneeo is going there in June so maybe he'll post a detailed review in a few months but I'm sure others have been there already, I just don't recall ready any reviews of that place.

Is that just BB's policy or a law?No argument here. I just would rather have protected sex with someone without HIV or the clap or herpes than protected sex with someone that is infected.

I can't say about the law, - "the law" in the DR, is a very intrustworthy thing.

I do know it is BB policy, and one of the benefits of the place over prowling the streets and bars, l trying to find a 500 peso lay.

Thanks for the insightful report Ponderosa. No worries about not being able to check out Mustang Ranch Resort, I bit the bullet and will be heading there for a 6 day 5 night stay (June 19-24). Being in this hobby for 6 years now I my negative experiences have been few and far between, although this will be my first time being an International Hobbyist.

I don't want to post a detailed report for my recent trip, but there are a couple things I ran into somewhat worthy of a post.

First the normal stuff. I was down for 4 nights/5 days. Spent 3 nights/mornings with my novia and I played the field the rest of the time. I am liking this novia thing a little too much, but I think I am going to let it run its course and see where it goes. I am glad to report she made enough money to buy a "house" down there and is only part time now at BBs. She hopes to fully retire from there shortly.

Sunday there were a lot of chicas at BBs, but mostly regulars. Still not a bad selection. Afternoons on all my days had more chicas than normal. Monday evening didn't impress me at all. Not many girls and the few good ones were taken. Thank goodness I was with my "Dominican esposa". Tuesday was a different story. BBs had their disco night and the girls came out of the woodwork. Probably 30 to 40 chicas with both regulars and some new faces. Man can these chicas move their bottoms. At one point I counted 8 chicas within 10 feet of me that I had boinked at one time or another there. Heck the last time something even remotely like this happened to me I was in college, but only this time I didn’t have to duck out the back door to prevent a cat fight.

I really hit it off with one chica I had not run into before. Her name was Angelina (either that or Angela - sorry). I checked out a new hotel as I might try to be close to BBs but not stay there on a later trip with my novia. It is called L’oase and I went there to just take a look one early afternoon. As I pulled up to the place I see a guy who looks like David from the back who retired as manager from BBs. Sure enough it is him. It turns out he and another guy are buying this place and doing some renovations to it. I did not see the rooms, but it looked clean but a little worn. Then again they are doing renovations. David said he just wants to have a nice place that is quiet for regular clientele as well as be chica friendly. Rooms started at $40 US and up, with this room being pretty basic and nice rooms starting at $65 according to David. He said he would be willing to “work with his friends” on pricing though.

Elizabeth is no longer there as Charo’s assistant and a new lady, Jennifer has taken over the position. Paco and Javier seem to be doing a nice job there, but time will tell.

I found two more restaurants on this trip. One is right in Costambar and it is in Atlantic One, catty corner from Solo Mia’s. Me and my novia ate there for dinner twice. I had sea bass one time (delicious) and a sea food concoction with rice another time. Total bill without any tip for a couple cervesa’s, an appetizer and main course for both of us was 960 pesos one night and 740 pesos the other. I was quite pleased and it was a bit more formal than Solo Mia’s (although I still like that place). The other restaurant is in Las Rochas just past the Pizza place there. Just ask Paco about it. It is not your typical chica restaurant and is a bit more upscale. I would recommend making reservations though as it was packed. I had a really nice steak dish there and it was the first time I had steak in the DR and it actually tasted good. About 1600 pesos for some fine dining. I was happy.

All in all I had a great time, with the time spent with my “Dominican esposa” being the highlight for me. Like I said, I am enjoying this novia thing a little too much.

In general, in my experience Dominicanas expect to provide the same kind of lovemaking that they would with any lover, but they don't really want to negotiate individual sex acts on an a la carte basis. That is my two cents; possibly others will disagree or have had different experiences.

Actually if the answer to #1 is no then I do not want #2 (at least the first part). 1300 ain't bad (around $40?).

Anyone else know of any going rates at other places or TLN rates? DR is sounding more and more appealing. I like Rio a lot but what it costing lately it may be better to stay closer to home.

Guys would take pictures as they visit, after a short while, we would have a compilation of all or most of the talent available at BBs. Most girls won't object to a clothed picture. This would give us all a reference for what/who guys are talking about and build the picture database.
