Of course, we do have members who think their shit don't stink and would only make the journey by private taxi, but I know you are not one of those, Oakie, as you you have posted amply on how ordinary Dominicans are the salt of the Earth and how we are honored to rub shoulders with them. Indeed, I imagine you would even forego the chance to buy double seats, so that you can benefit from the full experience of a sweaty crush.
My chica can get me from Sosua to Constambar in a modern taxi private taxi for 700 pesos ($14 US) he'll even pick us and bring us back at the end the day. The regular taxi fare from Sosua to Constambar is at least $45 US.

Multiply that saving by two for the return trip, and THAT"s "saving a bundle". in my book! If you are lucky she can get a "cousin" who has, or can borrow a car, and he'll take you anywhere for gas money!

That's how I got to the airport yesterday.

Trouble was the trunk was so loaded with my stuff and two chica's stuff for home in PP, that he could not get the trunk open. Aye yi yi!

We had porters, Cessturs, Taxis drivers involved for an hour, trying to help and giving advice! I even went online and got a video of how to get into a locked Camry trunk. Finally a Car rental guy came and stripped some wiring and reconnected and it opened. I got my luggage. Made my fight, and the chicas were on there way home to PP.

Some 12 different Dominicanos tried to help, and spent a fair bit of time. Nobody wanted a propina.

Matter of fact while they were working on the car I put a 50 peso note into a coke machine. A minute later a young chico comes over with the 20 pesos change I'd left in the machine.

    Love Sosua, love Dominicans!

This did remind me of a funny Pto Pta story from my early days, when I was staying at the old Field of Dreams, which at the time did not allow putas to hang on the premises.

The handy-man arranged for a recommended chica to visit me from Cafemba (near Costambar). Eventually I saw his moto mate drive into the car-park with a very pretty and very young chica. They disappeared from my sight behind the outbuildings. I waited with a hard-on. And waited. And waited. How long does it take for her to pay him and walk twenty yards to my door? After fifteen minutes he drove off and she knocked on my door (by which time I had gone flaccid again).

"Where the fuck did you get to?" I asked. "I had to pay the driver" she said (wiping her mouth with the bottom of her T-shirt) "and it's a long way from Cafemba".

Perhaps that is how Oakie's chica "saved him a bundle" in fares?

This area (and Costambar) has replaced Sosua and Cabarete as my favorite place to take a good friend, and spend a day.
For many years I have been urging mongers from both Sosua and Blackbeards to try an afternoon on the Malecon for a change of scenery. Delighted you have now discovered it. When there, I usually hang at Hans' caseta (caseta no. 9 opposite Zona Acapella bar and disco). Except on Tuesdays when they are closed and I move to Big Lee's (the next caseta going east). I hope we will meet there one afternoon.

This part puzzled me. To reach the Malecon from Sosua by publico will cost 55 pesos (by day, 65 pesos after 6 pm). Probably worth paying double to have the whole front seat to yourself. Get out at the baseball stadium and take a motoconcho (30 pesos per person) the rest of the way. So even if you have a chica and buy the whole back seat (4 places) it will only cost you 280 pesos each way.

Even if a chica could negotiate a discount, I cannot see how that would amount to "a bundle". But in fact, she cannot. Publico fares are fixed and strictly adhered to. Neither God nor Presidente Danilo could prevail upon a driver to give a discount. They would be more scared of their cartel and of the other passengers.

I do not know how convenient Uber is in Sosua. That would be another economic method, but I do not think any local chica could negotiate Uber better than a gringo.

When I recommend condoms, its not as necessary for oral sex. That said, Sir Charles is right about DFK. Do you really want that from a prostitute who gives BBBJ? Are there such things as mouth condoms?

Seems you are describing Playa Dorada, or something comparable. As Sir Charles said earlier, you could experiment with Oasis (formerly Field of Dreams) just across the road from Playa Dorada. Reviews have been mixed on its quality, but hard to beat for convenience. If you go trolling in Sosua, you'll probably want a short term room there. Consider Hotel Europa Plaza, a long time mongering center. Also, possibly Blackbeard's or Barba Negra, as the locals say, in Costambar.

Also, consider Barba Negra for your next trip. For a new monger in the DR, it has the convenience, controlled environment, and quality control that you may like. (Girls screened for behavior, regular health checks, etc).
In my youngest years I used to play Russian roulette, I think I over pass those years. Similar experience I have in Mexico last year, I FDK a chica before returning to the Estates, I got really sick with the flu. Coincident or no I blamed it to the hobby. This time I am planning to play save as much as I can and not be able to bring anything back home.

Now I thrive on the food, and those upset stomachs and the runs are a thing of the past. Forgot I even have a stomach! Not even a hang over from a night of Presidente and mamajuana! Never felt better! Always bareback with my regular chicas.

I agree we are (or become) immune to most of the stuff the locals suffer from.

How many pictures do gringos send from hospital beds to chicas? Lol!
The logical explanation is that the food you consumed eventually developed a strong tolerance against the local diseases.

Most of these guys are eating these chicks out anyway so what is the difference? As one monger once wrote on ISG, "Give her a shower and brush her teeth and she is good as new!"

DFK is not widely available and is more dangerous to your health. As you are obviously a valetudinarian (health nut in plain English) I am surprised you would contemplate it. I would gladly accept it if offered (provided the chica was not a smoker and if she had eaten garlic then so had I) but it was rarely offered. They save that stuff for their real lovers (usually some contemptible tiguere).

I am willing to blame what passes for humanity in the DR for most things, but not for dehydration.

Not sure what you mean by "all-inclusive" in PP. If you mean scam artists like Playboy Vacation or DR Nights who provide bed, food, drinks and chicas for the price, you may be in for a massive disappointment. See the recent posts in the (misleadingly titled) Oxygen Retreat section below. You would be far better off at Blackbeards or even Field of Dreams (now operating as Oasis Adult Resort).

If you just mean a holiday hotel where your flight, food and drinks are included for a package price, that is different. But you do realize you can only book in one chica throughout your stay?

    Where or what is PT?

Occasional bouts of diarrhea, which I attribute to food consumed. Mosquitoes were a problem, but repellent solves that.

No comments on escorts, but you have not mentioned what your travel plans are. All inclusive resort, Sosua trolling, BB visit, etc?

I am very sure protection + blue pills I can get at the local pharmacy in PT / PC.

Still I need to ID escorts for the Gingos versus escorts for the locals. I have noticed is a huge diff between prices and services.

I heard some people expend up to six months before they immune system get comfortable wit the new environment. I only going to expend two weeks so I better wear a giant latex glove around me.

There is no vaccine for Zika yet, but its greatest threat is to pregnant women and men planning on fatherhood. In my opinion, the best prevention is bringing plenty of mosquito repellent. For the diarrhea, use bottled water for consumption, and be careful where you eat raw vegetables / salads. They should be washed in chlorinated water. Oh, and most importantly, USE CONDOMS.
