It seems to be the worst time for a mongering trip but that is all I got this time around in December. So I know that is a sucky time for it and I would very much like to hear from folks that have actually been there at that time than folks guessing what it will be like. Hey, everyone. I'm heading to POP in mid-December. Wondering if anyone knows of reliable in-call indies / agencies in the city and not Sosua. I won't have the time to make it to Sosusa, unless there is a a specific in-call situation I can pop in and pop out without having to hang around the bars and work. And I'd prefer an indie with incall over Blackbeards.

You couldn't pick a better time. Even the non pros need money to make miracles happen. Remember this is a catholic country, holidays are BIG. Anytime before Christmas and Easter is the best time to go! Other dates are Mothers Day (diff from USA) and Independance Day (basically every weekend in Feb till the 27th). Thank me later!

As indicated in my post itself. I know it is a bad time. So no free advice needed here on that front. If you have been there in those times prior then your comments are welcome as to what the real situation was.

Forgot to mention between Christmas and New year. Dec 26- Dec 31 - that seems to be the bad time.

I never went to some Canadian side every time I've ever looked it up. It worked fine for me. Maybe he was having an issue finding it or he was having problems with the web browser but as far as I know the websites working, I click on the link right there and it still works.

In my experience, night time is much better. If you are in POP for a month, try it on the weekend, especially if there is a bikini show (best time) or even the lingerie or Ms Universe or whatever they call that.

Ok, staying in POP for a month, and FINALLY made it to Blackbeards to check it out.

Arrived Thursday around 1 pm. 10 Dominican chicas lounging around in different shaded spots around the pool. I didn't see any mulatas.

I ordered up a beer and some food and wandered around a bit. Sat with a group of 4. None impressed me at all. One was old, one had super rough skin, one was super gutter (calling out dudes "when are you going to come and F* me") and one was kinda decent with her mom belly. I would say 90% of them were single moms. Only 1 or 2 dudes lounging around the pool, which actually was very nice. Clean.

Food was also great.

Chatted with a few more but they all seemed super lazy. Just no energy. Most of them were 6's and 7's and not in good shape. One chica said that they do see some cruise passengers on occasion but they mostly wait for the gringos that come to party in large groups. One large group was checking out that day.

All in all, not my scene (better at night?) but for the dudes that are just down for a piece, go for it.

I am sure you will have some taxi waiting outside the cruise. Just take one and ask him when you get in if he can hook you up. You likely will be paying gringo taxi prices / chica prices for the cruise traveler. You can also ask the taxi to take you to BB and have them wait and drop you back. With BB at least you know some chica will be there when you go and Costambar is not far from the cruise place if I remember correctly.

I was thinking about bb, but it was hard to get up-to-date info on the girls / prices. I would hate to show up for a few hours, spend money on getting in, and then no girls be there. What's in Costambar? Never heard of that place. Do you have a taxi guy? I like to plan. I don't want to be at the mercy of some random taxi driver you know.
