Even in the US, it wouldn't be the case.

If chicas are paid directly by customers and only rent a room from an establishment. Just like in Germany and Austria for example.

Why are we talking about cases in the judicial system of the US in relation to Punta Cana?
I'm holding up a sign that says Off-Topic and calling a flag for logical fallacy violations against Old Kool. Never let an off islander speak on a subject they really have no idea or experience in. This discussion has occurred over in the Santo Domingo forum. Search over there for background information.
But let's start with Robert Kraft. An individual with the resources (over four billion of them) to take a full hit from the State of Florida and keep rolling. I'm sure his dream team of lawyers are making OJ's look like college ball players.
The main evidence against him (the video evidence) has been thrown out. The State of Florida is making an appeal to get it the ruling overturned. If they don't get the evidence in, my money is on Kraft beating the rap and walking away with only a hit to his reputation. No jail time. And this is in my country of origin. A nation that prides itself on being a nation of laws and nobody being above the law.
Let's now let's review things in Republica Dominicana:
In all my time on the island all closures of facilities that provide sexual services have all involved physical locations. The agency that I quoted the prices for does not have a physical location where the girls are being housed / held that I am aware of. In fact the girls I know that work for these high priced agencies live in apartments way more expensive than mine and have lifestyles where they spend way more money than I do.
The locations that I know of that have been closed had the owners and those running the operation arrested, the girls were given their freedom, and customers? Never heard a thing about the customers being arrested. Now, Old Kool if you can give me specific examples of the things you are speculating about when it comes to human trafficking, I would appreciate it so I can update my knowledge.
Does it have to be said that I do not approve, condone or promote human trafficking of any type. And I don't appreciate out the side of the mouth implications.
When it comes to the law, the law is what the juez or fiscalia says it is in this country.

And they are the ones that consistently get into trouble when the government decides to take an interest in this aspect of activities with their borders. You can Goggle this shit to your hearts content for the opinions and academic papers about prostitution in Republica Dominicana.
Most of these high priced prostitutes are not Dominicanas. And therefore they are in demand by high level officials in business, government and the military here in Republica Dominicana. In addition there is the demand they have from off islanders with the means and desire to pay them who seek a certain look (and we know what that is now don't we gentlemen). If you are not one of those just stay in your lane and don't hate. Who out there thinks that these agencies are going to be messed with by the very people they are suppling? Not going to hold my breath on that one.

Yet, definitely something worth considering. In a worst-case scenario, I wonder what might have happened in DR.

Billionaire arested and charged for soliciting in a massage parlor. Anything is posssible. What you pay is not a factor. Jeff Epstien was paying big bucks. When you are involved with something ilegal do not act surprised when the walls fall down. Are you shilling for these guys.

They probably paid much higher than an average Sosua chica, so it's a great opportunity, not trafficking.

Prostitution is legal in Republica Dominicana as long as a third party (have you read the law in Spanish?) does not benefit. So, that means only direct contact made with a girl to set up P 2 P is legal. But what exactly is your point OldKool? Everybody on the island should get girls exactly how you do it? But you still haven't shared with us how you do it my man.
Now, a real point of order. Check those cedulas (Dominican National identification cards) gentleman if you are not doing business in a place that checks them for you. Do I have to tell you why?

Are they based in Punta Cana where tourism drives up the prices of everything? Quick example of that: Last time I was there with my #1 we looked at a menu of in restaurant for Dominican food located on resort row in Bavaro. This is where people who have already paid for their food in all inclusive resorts exit the resort for a more "authentic culinary experience". A plate of food I can get in Santo Domingo este for 100 DOP was 600 DOP in this restaurant. And the tourists were eating it up. We passed choosing to eat a place on the side of the road run by V's.
So, I ask you again, were you really making an apples to apples comparison? Do you tell the people flying in first class on your flight to Republica Dominicana that they paid too much for their tickets or quote them your ticket price and tell them they paid too much. Or do you simply state that you can't pay the first class ticket price? I have seen the pictures from these high priced agencies, seen the girls in person and even tried a girl from them. So, at the very least I can speak from experience. They serve a market and I was just passing on information to those who might want it. I'm not going to decide for somebody else on this board what their price point should be or the attractiveness factors for others. If someone is sneaking out from their travel party (business or family) they may need someone that is going to show up on time. Perform at an exceptional level and be a straight ten to make the risks they are taking to do it worth it. If you have the time to cultivate a harem and keep prices you consider more affordable to you that's great. But I've been looking for the detailed posts on exactly how you do that. Check my blog for mine if you happen to be curious.
For the record, all over this island I pay 2000 - 3000 pesos for unlimited time and attention from lovely chicas. Their mouths are open and they are putting their tongue places and taking it where some pros won't do at any price. So, on that we can agree. It pays to cultivate your own harem. But don't get it twisted, it takes time and effort. Some people don't have it or don't want to do it. But someone wrote: There is more than one way to get pussy in Republica Domincana. This forum is about sharing information on how to do it. It's something I do with regularity.

I pay 50 bucks for 2 hours and 100 for girls spending all night and giving GFE. However I have the time to cultivate my own harem. I could not pay the prices uou quoted for DR pussy.
