    Illusions

    Guys,
Illusions Is close by where jaosousa said in the report below. (Casa Blanca and Ilusiones are located on the same road, it is a road that heads toward Moca. It is a road off of Ave Estrella Sadhalla, I am fairly certain it is the road where there is a Texaco station (the texaco station sits on the corner of Estrella Sadhalla and Ave. 27 de Febrero), go east on Avenida 27 de Febrero. I am fairly certain Casa Blanca and Ilusions are on this road going east after the Texaco station.)
it seemed to be down the street further. I took a taxi and I saw the texaco about a 1/4 mile down the road. Sorry if this is not specific enough, I will have to get a biz card next time and tell you exactly.

The hermanos place is the name of the car wash? Will a taxi know what I am talking about if I ask to go there?

Took me forever to figure it out but here is the deal. You can bar fine them and leave or use the rooms they have in the back. Pay 500 peso for the bar. Then they use that to pay the room. 2000 for the girl (she asked for 3,000 then 2,500.) I also bought her drinks during this whole process. Depending who takes your order, beer can be 150-225. Overall the rooms are decent with a shower.

Hope to try another place tomorrow.
    Nce report my friend.

Try Passion Night Club top club in Santiago everyone knows it and also Casa Blanca after that car washes are places to pick up girls (hermanos gomez diaz for example).

    Waiting for your other reports.

    Good luck

I would love to find a selection of strip clubs from "anything goes", up to more classy that I can tour through on my upcoming visit.

My off hours I will definitely hit some of those open air restaurant bars for possible non pro chats.

    thanks again
MOMA bar in Plaza Internacional was nice, I saw some groups of chicas in that bar without guys. Monte Bar I believe is open every night, I saw some talent in Monte Bar. Monte Bar gets a variety of people. I saw a 65 year old Dominican guy dancing romantically with some 20 year old chica in Monte Bar.

Occasionally I have seen chicas hanging out in Montezuma Bar early around 5-6 pm.

Passions, Casa Blanca and Ilusions are the three places that I know of in Santiago, I have not been to any of them. Passions is on the main highway when coming from to Santo Domingo or heading to Santo Domingo from Santiago. I have read that Passions is located next to Cabana Zeus (not a very glamorous cabana located near some electric power lines).

Casa Blanca and Ilusiones are located on the same road, it is a road that heads toward Moca. It is a road off of Ave Estrella Sadhalla, I am fairly certain it is the road where there is a Texaco station (the texaco station sits on the corner of Estrella Sadhalla and Ave. 27 de Febrero), go east on Avenida 27 de Febrero. Boricua Online has pinned the location of Passions on his sdq google map, just scroll up to Santiago using this link:

The place around the corner from Montezuma Bar, I don't know what goes on in there, I saw posters of sexy women on the walls of that place. Some bars only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

Compared to Santo Domingo, Santiago has much less open and available p4p action.

EDITOR'S NOTE: I would suggest that the author or another Forum Member consider posting a link to this report in the Reports of Distinction thread. Please Click Here for more information.

    Montezuma Bar & Grill

Montezuma Bar & Grill provides LIVE music on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
The place is classy, on 2 floors with good service.

An idea of the prices : a glass of red wine will set you back by 96 pesos plus taxes; I recommend their " croquetas de pollo " or 6 pieces for 95 pesos served with a thick sauce for dipping.

Location : Bellerw, Area Monumental ( by the Independence Monument)

Yes, there is a stripper club on the opposite side of the street called Obsession, apparently with nude male & female dancers. I passed it by , looked briefly inside and saw some tall fake blond chica but did not stop.

Ahi-Bar is listed on the google map for Santiago, It is on Calle R. Tolentino and calle restauracion, one block off the monument, around the corner from Montezuma bar. Calle R. Tolentino has several bars, one Saturday night a bar on Calle R. Tolentino had a bunch of people outside, almost blocking the roadway. There is some kind of bar 20 feet from Montezuma Bar, that has pictures of sexy women on the outside it is on calle beller. .

AHI-BAR is in the area around the Independence Monument and does carry food and drinks at reasonable prices 100 - 150 pesos; I am glad to report the service is fine, the clients a sympathetic crowd.

Chicas seem to come alone and visit the place any weeknight.
The Santiago chica wrote Aybar in msn messenger, she probably meant Ahi-Bar. The night I went to Francifol, the place was packed, lots of expensive cars parked outside. I had no room to move inside Francifol. There weren't any single chicas there that night, the chicas were all partnered up, I had one beer and exited.

I have had pizza at a place on Ave. Juan Pablo Duarte, about 3 blocks north of calle de sol, cross street could be Independencia (about two blocks below the monument). Pizza was ok, the price was reasonable.

    Francifol bar

Well, I did go on a Saturday evening at 10:30 p.m. to check Francifol bar .

Four or five waiters were out on the sidewalk leading to the bar. The place was dark inside, no light, no TV, no music.
One waiter informed me to come back a little while later to meet sexy Dominicanas.

I waited patiently at the park nearby for half an hour and returned to find Dominican couples getting out of their cars to get in like me and would leave immediately on discovering like me there was NOBODY in.

I have to say the place looked plush and comfortable but for some reason the managers and the waiters did not decide to light up the place, put on some exciting video music.

I would not recommend the place for lack of patrons that particular night.

Is there ANY way to avoid ONE of these taxes as it really adds up to your final bill ?

A Santiago chica told me this place has a good variety of food with good prices: Restaurant Rancho La Carreta, Ave. Estrella Sadhala, tel. 809-724-5460, she told me it is near plaza hache, which is just north of the El Gran Almirante hotel, cross street should be Ave. Bartolome Colon. I use the link for for boricua online's google map and then scroll up to Santiago. The google map for Santiago is a little weird, it does not show the road around the monument.

It is a long and large terrace that can accommodate 200 people ; plastic chairs and metal tables with about 12 TV screens on mainly sports .

Many couples and groups of girls come to be seen and to see ; from 18 to about 35 years old , tight jean pants, high heels and ready to smile back at you if you indicate some interest.

I ordered a small Mediterranean salad : 290 pesos or 8 American dollars ; really expensive in Santiago. Add the taxes , it comes to 363 pesos or more than 10 U.S. dollars.

To be frank, the salad was not worth the price but you get to see and admire a number of Dominican beauties all ready at a sign to join you at your table or join them.

It's in the area of the Independence Monument.
I couldn't find the intersection of Daniel Espinal and calle de sol on the google map for santiago. The google map for Santiago does not list all the names of the cross streets that intersect calle de sol.

On calle de sol, I know Francifol bar and Tette Bar. Tette Bar is a nice high end type of place, up calle de sol from Ave. Juan Pablo Durte on the right side of calle de sol, about two blocks from the monument. Francifol is at the other end of calle de sol, further away from the monument.

I was told a place called Jardines is nice in Santiago, I am not sure of its location but I will find out.

Empanada stands throughout Santiago, depending on the area where they are located, prices vary (15-30 pesos for empanadas). A few Santiago chicas told me told me you can get a dinner of rice, beans and chicken for 80-100 pesos. Prices at places near the Monument are always higher. I will ask my Santiago friends for the locations of low cost eating places.

Good posts, after reading your posts, I now have more places I want to visit in Santiago. Thanks.
