I have a 7:00 am flight out of Santiago. Any idea on what hotel would work best? Probably meet up with a Dominican Cupid Chica, back to the hotel for a few hours and off to the airport.

Are you on a shoe string budget? In which case, I would recommend Alberto's Suites (but there is a new name now) - about 1000 pesos (corner of Calle Santome intersecting with Calle Vicente Estrella). Very close to the Monument and so cab ride will essentially be highway.

If not on a shoe string budget, you can try Hotel Matum. Next to the monument. It has a casino etc.

I can't fault that logic. Nonetheless, and despite the drama as well and at times the tardiness, I just cannot bring myself to work with women on the road looking for business. Not in a land so blessed. Just my idiosyncrasy.

OK, so we agree on the logic. That said, I am the first to admit I got taken. An old monger like myself should know better, but so the rest learn from my experience. I found three ladies this evening spaced an hour apart. Service requested and agreed to was for bjcim. However, once at the cabana it was interesting to note the request for beer, telephone cards, and even a disposable razor. For others, don't let the chica have access to your room phone as she will order and charge it to you. Those are not expensive items, but it's the idea they'll squeeze you for all.

So, Temposcorto wins on this one. There are plenty of chicas and SWs tend to have a specific and undesirable needs less desirable than the plethora of other available chicas.

Glad to hear that Sabor affirmed my report about a prime SW location. Temoecorto is spot on with how easy it is not to rely on SWs; however, my personal observation is that they are less needy of both time and money. Tap and go!

There are some hot chicas that hang there. And if want the thrill of checking out the merchandise beforehand, park down Estrella Sadhala a ways and walk back to the corner of Sadhalla and the autopista. Grab a seat on the 4 ft high wall there and watch them roll out of the conchos as they come to work. They dress to let you know who they are. A smile and head motion caught my dream last night. An easy 1000 "todo incluido" before she went to stand with the competition about 150 yards away.

An observation for others interested in this area. You can drive by and check out the merchandise first, and then have to continue down the autopista to the first traffic light, do a you-turn but stay in the right lane to head back to the strumpet zone. You can also take the PUCMM exit on the right and pull up the cement staircase that connects you to the autopista. The chicas hang at the top but keep a watchful eye for clients at the bottom.

It was an easy scoop-up with full satisfying service.

Not sure I understand. Thanks to the Internet or just by saying Hello, at random, you should be able to generate plenty of leads that will see you through for months. I only visit Santiago for 3-4 days and never need to look for casas / street walkers. Living there it should be a cinch for you to get the real ones unless of course, you have a penchant for street walkers and car jobs which of course is an entirely different thing.

I spent two days in Santiago and had a blast. Got in late and went straight where FlbMac described. Sure enought there were about 7 SWs hanging around. Picked up a skinny chica and off we went. Hit a cabana called Villas del sol. 595 rsd. She was GFE. Spoke to her for a bit and did the ahuh I understand, your hair is lovely blah blah blah and she was wet. 1500 rsd. As I am there I told her to call and see if I can stay till morning and the front said said sure for another 100 rsd. Cool! Made it clear I will be in and out a few times. There were a few putas in the casino but I need to get some grub. Ate and then cruised down Sahdalla till I hit 30 de Marzo. Went over the bridge and there were 4 SWs hanging there. I didn'tlike any in particular but one stood out. You can tell back in the day she was a hottie. Struck a conversation with her and she said 1000 rsd and you can do whatever. OK! I did not expect anyone as it was about 9.00 PM, but there were three women close to where the street bifurcates. One to go down towards PUCMM second gate. I stopped and spoke with the women, 1000 pesos plus cabana etc, but none caught my fancy. Living there, you should have a lot more options I would think.

Must have been just too early at 8 PM or the cooler weather, but last night was dead. I usually drive down one access road, cross to the other side at the traffic light, return and make the trip again to be sure they're not back in one of the unoccupied buildings that border the access roads. What my brothers are teaching me is that the 2-3 door gig is way out of line.

I must not be hitting the right time of day or night along the Autopista. Last time I ran the route there were at least 5-6 girls on the sidewalk advertising themselves. Tonight, nothing. Crap, I had the car for 4 hours and didn't see squat. I ever drove down around the Monument and it was bleak. Anyone have recommendations for a better location?

Aparta Hotels are not for overnight stays. Just a few hours to get it on and split. And they don't offer any of the other expectations of a US hotel. Like hot water.

Not true at all. I stay in aparthotels in both Puerto Plata and Santiago. The one in Santiago my friend was actually living in and paying by the month before he moved to the Philippines. They come complete with kitchens and all. The one in Puerto Plata I pay 1500 pesos for and the one in the Los Pepines section of Santiago costs 1000 pesos. I will say though that the one in Santiago you have to call downstairs to the desk to get them to turn on the hot water. Also they turn the air conditioner off by master switch during the morning hours.
