When I was working one of the best supervisors I ever had used to have a debriefing after every movement our shift made in the field. Our entire shift was new and it was our first time in that type of assignment. After we were back in the truck he would go over what we did well and poorly as both a team and individuals. My knowledge of how to do my job accelerated exponentially that year. He could be critical, but he was always constructive never harsh. He used both humor and examples to teach us. He was a great guy with tremendous personality. He would segue way into a different subject seamlessly and sometime it took us a minute to even realize the debriefing was over. By the end our team was performing at the highest level and it was a good thing as we wound up in the big time and we were being looked at closely by upper management.
I would like to see your break down. I know I will learn something from it. And I'm sure others will too. Well at least the non veterans and veterans with open minds will learn something. Critics, nah, but they don't matter anyway.

Is San Pedro de Macoris non pro heaven? Sounds like it is for you when it comes to sourcing quality girls that you like. You compensate them how you wish. And you don't pay any attention to those who might tell you how to spend your money but don't have your money. Like me you are not a "alligator arm" brother. In fact if I remember correctly somebody once called me "Santa Claus". LOL!
You post confirms what I have always believed and experienced here in Republica Dominicana and that is when you are working with non pros it pays to treat them well if they are treating you well. Just because money is exchanging hands does not mean they think they are a prostitute. Grownman hit the definition right on the head. And I find there is a difference in the experience. Grownman has a great post in my blog about the difference between girlfriends and Ho's.
It's funny. Grownman and I were talking about actually rolling to San Pedro de Marcoris. I've never actually been there although I have met a few girls from there when I've been in Boca Chica. And I'm still pissed about that 50 DOP (.94 USD) that moto guy got me for. LOL!
Live long and may the pussy be with you!

I'm not going to tell you how to spend your money because obviously you are aware and / or don't care what the chicas do with the money you get them for taxi. If you don't mind, I like to quiver for the newbies with your post to give my perspective. The average Dominican would never Pay extra for a taxi when the gua gua is a fraction of the price. They have been raised culturally to devote their time navigating the cheaper less expensive traveling route. They have the extra time budgeted in their daily routine. However if someone else is footing the bill they have no problem jumping in a taxi. If you give them the taxi money and tell them to choose they going to take the gua gua pocket the extra money.
Newbies look at it like this. You want to go to the DR so you use sky scanner. There's a flight that can get you there in four hours one at for $300. That's about what you are used to paying and you've been traveling back and forth for years. Then you see there's a flight on a jet that can have you there in 45 minutes, however the flight is $1300. What if someone tells you they will pay the jet flight for you. Or tell you we will give you the jet price money and you do as you see fit. IMO That's how the chicas view The situation.
The Dominican's have learned to take advantage of our dick hard - More money - less time situation. Sub had a good example in the Boca Chica section on how the Moto Concho Guy took advantage of him. However in your case it's not that you're being taken advantage of. You were well aware of what you were paying and have it in your budget of enjoying your vacation.
Mr. E use of the word Hoe was more comical with truthism. (my word). The term Hoe and prostitute is like hotel and motel in our culture. Let's be honest they're not having sex for you for fun. If a Chica that you paid to have sex with, brings you her friend, family member, or stranger so you can exchange money for Sexual favors that's prostitution in our eyes and those girls are generally called hoes.
I think I understand what you're saying. That these are not SW constantly looking for new clients on a daily basis. If it wasn't for an introduction they may have never met you. That's what I love about the DR. My friends constantly asked me about the prostitution in the DR. Or the Hoes as some call them. I tried to explain to them yes there are SW all over the country. There are also women who wouldn't dare sell their body on the streets to strangers, but if they meet and / or are introduce to man who is interested in them, they can be enticed with money, cellphone, hair Or other commodities for the exchange of sexual favors. These Hoes don't consider themselves prostitutes. Dominican culture somewhat bolsters their outlook of it not being prostitution. Smart Chicas try to keep your money circulating within their own circle of friends and family members. Some vets have been introduced to chicas through their own mothers or grandmothers. They don't see it as prostituting their love ones.
I have a question? Why don't you use the same driver that brought them to take them back? I understand you give them 2500 for a cab when they leave. How much do you pay the cab driver to bring it to you?
Your New interest in being closer to the area is one that I have talked to Gogo about many times. I've Hung out in San Pedro many times. I've never found a place actually in San Pedro ideally for me to stay. Juan Dolio 15 minutes West of SP and 12 minutes east of Boca Chica was a more comfortable and controllable environment. Like you, I love the vibe of San Pedro women. They seem to have less drama. My friend who visits his Novia there says there are so many beautiful dark skin women in SP. I've yet to find them in abundance. But my time is limited when I'm there.
When you're introduced to a new prospect through an old acquaintance, I see a correlation of less drama and more fun with the Chica. Is that your same experience?

I give them money for transportation when they leave, but I am certain that the majority keep the taxi money (2500 DOP) and take gua-guas or buses back to San Pedro.
BTW: in my view, these are not "hoes". I doubt that any of them consciously prostitute themselves to anyone and they do not consider fucking me to be prostitution (even if the average mongerer does). They are not afraid to ask for money, but they NEVER mention a price up front nor do they ever ask to be paid (occasionally a girl will ask for a gift, but this is always the girl whom I did not fuck when two girls showed up when I only had energy for one). I always give the girls money, generally $100 for "todo la noche" and $50 for a couple of hours. When one factors in the taxi money, it is not cheap, but not terribly different than the Casa Teresa except they stay all night and do whatever I wish (BBBJ, BBBJTCIM, masturbation shows, etc). Maybe Mr Gogo and Mr Enternational can get 6 girls for that price, but I am lucky when I empty the chamber with two girls in a day. So I don't need to save my money.

It cost under 300 peso to come from The capital to San Perdro by bus. It’s a little time-consuming but the Dominicans are used to it.

I have a large number of chicas in San Pedro. They are all young and pretty, and very willing to spend time with me. Indeed, each one has brought me a friend and as a result, I have done more than my fair share of "trios". These friends can entirely fill my time in the DR. I haven't bothered with a casa in years.
The problem is that I end up paying a fortune to bring them into Sto Domingo. Even Uber costs as much as the girls. I usually have one or two days and would love to spend them near the chicas.
Does anyone know of a nice place in San Pedro (or even Juan Dolio) that is very chica friendly (ie, won't blink when I bring back 2 or 3 girls)? I absolutely need good wifi and I am fond of clean.

I'm going to be on the island in a couple of days and was thinking of going over to Monte Christi and Dajabon. Any mongering info on either? I haven't seen much current info on this site.

Just curious if anyone has been to Constanza (1:15 west of Bonao). Large Japanese population. I would love to bang some large breasted Japanese-Dominicanas. Best of both worlds. Cheers.
