Don't know if this is the right place to ask, but has anyone any experience of mongering on board cruise ships?

The Caribbean cruise ships I have been on stop at places like Aruba and St Martaans, These ships all have fitness rooms, gyms etc on them. Some are state of the art. There are also very comfortable treatment rooms for facials, hairdressers etc and there are private rooms where a passenger can have treatment, massage etc. Anyone asked if there are extras in these circumstances?

The girls that work in these services generally are not part of the crew and are there "on a self employed basis". The ones I have seen are hot on looks and and would rate 8+ in anybody's book

That should not pose a problem. The bus terminal is near the ship. Just ask for a bus to San Nicolaas and then tell the driver you want to go to Charlies Bar. He'll let you know when to get off and point you in the right direction. At Charlies, you are in the heart of the action. (but no action at Charlies) Bus is 1 or 2 dollars and should take 30-40 min

Or find a taxi to take you. That will run about 20 dollars each way. It will be a bit quicker then the bus, about 20 min.

I have heard of a couple P4P places near or in downtown, but have never found or verified them. A taxi driver might know.

Or, for about the same money as a round trip taxi you can rent a car. That will give you more freedom to explore the island a bit as well as the back alleys of SN. The alley cruise is my favorite part. It's like a drive through shopping mall, especially during the day. (may be a bit slow until noon)

Aruba is a small island with good roads. You could get off the ship in the morning, explore the island, see the lighthouse and dunes, visit the collapsed natural bridge and still be in SN before noon. If you find something nice you might be able to take her to the beach or even make another complete circuit of the island before she needs to be back and you need to head to the ship.

Great report. I only wish it was posted 2 weeks earlier. Would have given me some useful leads. But anyway, here are my additions:

I found San Nicolas scene significantly diminished compared with last year. Some bars have closed completely, others stay open fewer hours and have 2-3 girls, while last year almost every bar had 4. Most bars are on the same street as Charlie's Bar (Zeppenfeld Straat? ) Back streets are deserted, windows are boarded up, no more girls standing and sitting in doorways. Whatever's remaining open outside of the cluster on the main street doesn't have good selection, I'the stick to the bars located on hte same street with Charlie's.

If you're 1st time in San Nic. , start with Chesterfield. There are parking spots on the street right in front of the entrance, and also in the perpendicular alley across the street. This is in the beginning of the street, somewhat apart from other bars. Locals do not congregate around it, no beggars and junkies. The reason I singled out Chesterfield is becasue there are at least 8 chicas there (the only place I've seen with more than 4) and you have some variety to choose from (a mini-St. Maarten bar if you know what I mean.) The bar fee is reasonable, girls in general are not pushy and good performers. Karina was great (going back to Bogota in September)

American Bar (the first one you see when you drive from Oranjestad). Had a chick from Cali with russian-sounding name (Natalia? ) Clock watcher and rushed performance. Basically demanded drinks and propina.

Lina from Pereira (the bar with parking lot in the backyard, with entrance under the arch, located on the corner of one of the alleys and 2-way road on the north of the district). Lots of DFK, lots of action, but she didn't completely remove her dress. Hiding something? I gave a florin to a "lot attendant" junkie, but even that wasn't necessary.

Ingrid, a good looking blond with great behind (my own subjective opinion) from Java bar which is near the end of main street. Great performance, closest I've come to GFE on the very 1st ''date'' with a provider in San Nicolas. She's often standing outside Java.

Cost is $40 plus bar fine (or drinks for the chicas) so the total comes out to around $46-50 for 30min.

The best way to get a gfe in my opinion is to repeat with the same girl, be nice, shower and shave, and maybe have a small gift on the 2nd or 3rd ''date'' One girl offered TLN for $300, I declined. Another said she had to be in the bar every night except one night when the bar is closed. A third agreed for TLN, but not on Friday or Saturday, when she said she could make more $$ in the bar than TLN (she said it before even discussing the fee! )

Overall, the average talent level is below last year, and slightly below St Maarten top establishments. But this is ''low season'', I'm not sure about the talent level in SXM in September.

Escort scene:

Most if not all hotels are hobby-friendly. The service arrives in 15-20min, $100/hour. Some try to charge $120 after 12am. The biggest disappointment is TLN. They charge $100 per hour, so 10pm to 10am comes to $1200. Sounds rediculous, this is after all Aruba, not NYC! I guess there are people who pay that much. One service did offer a ''discount''. $80/hour for multiple hours, and only during ''low season. ''

The escort ads are in Yellow pages or in the Aruba Today (a free newspaper available in the hotels) or http://www.arubatoday.com/ Download a copy, there's a full page of escort service ads.

The quality (looks) generally is good, but the performance is hit or miss. Called every service, but did not continue with ''pushy'' operators. It's a major turn-off for me Had a rushed session with a girl from ''world's best'' 567-7007 and several good hours with Valerie (paisa, in AUA until December) from ''pure and sensual'' 561-5515 (not quite gfe, no dfk, but a lot of kissing and licking other parts, 2 shots on goal every time)

So, for $100 with an escort you can have same 2 shots that you have for roughly the same price in San Nicolas, but you don't have to drive 35-40 min in each direction, search for parking, worry that your car gets smashed by another (like mine was, I had to straighten the bumper myself) and fight off beggars. For a short-time I found escorts totally aceptable, but TLN for $80-100/hr is totally rediculous. San Nic. Chicas are the only choice for TLN.

Would I pick Aruba over other places like St. Maarten? Probably not, unless you like escort in your hotel for a short time, which is hard to come buy in SXM. The quality of talent is comparable, but you have to spend more time in AU to find it. Also, TLN is simpler and slightly less expensive in SXM. I didn't investigate San Nic. Scene during the day, but it can't be better than in SXM as well. So, SXM would be my choice 9. 5 out of 12 months a year. During the peak of hurricane season from Aug 15 to Oct 30, it's a 50/50 for me.

it actually takes a lot of work to write these reports. others have laid the groundwork for me, so i want to contribute something back to the community. these comments are combed from talking to a few other people about their experiences. i realize that most of you would likely not come to aruba until the winter, and all of these specific women will be gone by then. but the general principles may be helpful, or hopefully at least, slightly interesting.

there are probably three main areas to know about in aruba. the bars/nightclubs with the chicas are in san nicolas, the southeast corner of the island. the "high rise" hotels (generally more expensive) are more on the northeast side. i chose to stay in eagle beach at a "low rise" hotel that was cheap, had wireless internet access (the signal is a little weak in your room) and seemingly chica-neutral. you can also stay in oranjestad, which is only about 20-25 minutes from st. nicholas, as opposed to about 35 minutes to drive from eagle or palm beach to downtown st. nicolas. give yourself an hour the first time. during busy times, you may want to detour slightly around the main drag of oranjestad, which the signs direct you to do anyway. it can be difficult to find the clubs the first time you arrive. there are signs to st. nicolas, but it’s still confusing. the bars are in the "downtown" area, somewhat in a cluster, near the valero oil refinery. the signs on the road from the airport to st. nicolas (a1) never really tell you when you have actually arrived in st. nicolas. when you get close to st. nicolas just ask where charlie’s bar is. (no chicas there, but a good starting point for you.)

a good way to go about this is to meet these women during the evening (after 9:00 if possible, to ensure that all the bars are open), have a test date with her, get her phone number, and call her to meet her in her room during off hours the next day. during the day, you can drive or walk around the alleys behind different closed bars. occasionally, the women are sitting or standing outside and you can see and talk to them. you save a little money this way because you don’t have to pay the bartender or buy drinks. also, there is probably less supervision over timing. less rushed. there are, unfortunately, a lot of other unwanted people standing around. outside. some will constantly try to panhandle you or even sell you drugs. they watch for rental cars/tourists and can be verbally aggressive, and even if you give them some change or money, they always want more. just prepare yourself. first, i would give them nothing, then i started giving them change of a dollar or two, but only after i am safely in my car, and then would roll down the window. you can reduce the panhandling by parking a little farther away and walking a few blocks so they don’t see you cruising when you come in. the locals tell me they are harmless, but when they try to stop you from entering your car or leaving, that’s not entirely harmless. if you buy one of the hustlers a drink, which they claim as compensation for having shown you where to go, he may claim to order it for you, then exaggerate the price, then keep the money anyway. if you fall for it, you could end up paying for all the drinks twice.

enough about the hustlers and panhandlers. it’s worth the hassle, believe me. it’s exciting to see the gorgeous chicas during the day or evening. you never know who you might meet. but there is not much room for chit chat during the day. if you stop and talk to a chica during the day, she’s expecting you to come in quickly, and if you stand outside too long, you’ll start getting harassed. sometimes they have chairs where you can sit and talk outside of the street, but not always.

i don’t suggest bringing a chica out for the day, or if that is your thing, you may need to have some reduced expectations. it’s a lot of driving and you’re paying for it one way or the other. they view themselves as working all the time. they view time away from st. nicolas as time wasted when they could be making money. however, one suggestion, you could take her out to lunch near st. nicolas (at no extra charge to you, just buy her lunch). food is expensive for them. i see them eating wendy’s or kfc and fast food is more expensive here in the states. she might appreciate a quick lunch more than a longer drive to a beautiful beach.

gfe is a challenge. as somewhat average looking guys in our 30s, who speak various levels of beginning/intermediate spanish, gfe is still hard to find. the closest i got to a gfe was paying double ($80) for an hour, getting a massage first for about a half hour. without paying extra, you’re likely not getting the extra attention. another thing, it seems like they are always trying to get you out of there in 15 or 20 minutes. even if you try to negotiate gfe upfront, it does not seem to change anything. if you are looking for gfe, you may have better luck with a more experienced woman. they are virtually all very nice and sweet. in st. maarten, the competition between the girls is much more direct, like a reality tv show such as the bachelor, where you are the bachelor. in aruba, each bar has about 3-6 chicas, usually 2 of which are hot. in curacao, by contrast, there are so many women and guys that there is not much direct competition either. on the whole, curacao (campo allegre) is probably better for pure mongering, but aruba is better overall as a vacation destination. a final note on gfe: if a woman approaches you first, smiles at you and talks to you, without trying to rush you off to her room, there is a higher probability of gfe. if she doesn’t kiss you before you agree to go to her room, she probably won’t kiss you after you are there.

here’s some ironic advice. when you see a drop dead gorgeous girl and start talking to her, hold back a little on the compliments. don’t be too effusive of compliments during the first date. of course, be very kind, polite, smile a lot. but you don’t want her to think that you are hooked on her. get her price before you go to her room, (which should be $40), otherwise if you wait, she might say $50, and then you put yourself in a situation where you just pay it because the mood is great. (pay her the extra $10 as a tip (propina), but not because she highballed you after you went into her room. remember, in theory, the economics of the situation actually favors you. you have the money. there are gorgeous columbianas all around. then, after a good first date and a tip, when you see her again, she might be all over you, and you can let her build the intimacy. these women are real women, very sympathetic with real lives and stories. they deserve to be treated kindly and with great respect. just don’t be a sap on your first date.

there are some bars that are open-air. they don’t have air conditioning (presumably there is ac in the girls’ rooms) and tend to be open earlier in the day. these might be worth a quick peek and there are diamonds in the rough. but you may have to look a little harder, and the bartenders generally don’t speak english in these places. these are worth checking out after you have a feel for the main drag. knowing even a little bit of spanish will enhance your enjoyment. bring a pocket translator or pocket dictionary if you have to, but making a minimal effort will help make the woman feel more comfortable with you, and helps to create some minimal level of intimacy. i recommend getting a pimsleur audio cd set and teach yourself some basic spanish. if i had only known this in high school, i would have studied spanish! know some basic geography of colombia, where major cities are, so when she tells you she is from medellin or cali, you can talk about it with her.

i often hate it when people say "your mileage may vary" but here, because a half-hour "date" with a chica is so inexpensive, you may need to meet several before you hit the proverbial "jackpot. " but with most women, she’s going to give you oral for about 5 minutes, then have sex in different positions until you have an orgasm. the best ones will treat youespecially kindly after it’s over, giving you a little massage or cleaning you off. i make mental notes of three categories for the women: attractiveness, personality and performance in the bedroom. the quest for the holy grail is to find a woman with all three.

if you are thinking of coming to aruba, here are some recommendations on specific women:

(3)marisza at fantasy (gentleman’s club? ) this bar charged $12 (probably a mandatory drink for the chica) then $40. she is incredible in bed! she does more than the standard positions, and is eager to please, and unlike other women here, she doesn’t rush you. i wish i had more time to spend with her. looks 7, personality 8, performance 9+.

(4)"jennifer lopez" at bongo. if you speak a little spanish, you can have a great time with this woman, who would not give me any name other than indicated above. spending time with her is like being with a stand-up comedian. she has a great personality, very pretty with a curvy body that guys like. but we were laughing so much, it sort of interfered with the sex. i couldn’t help it. unfortunately, after talking to her so much in the bar, she rushed through things. i think she might be receptive to a guy pleasuring her, more so than any other colombianas i met here. the performance could quickly shift from low to high if you are able to really turn her on. looks 8+, personality 10, performance 5 (but huge potential upside under the right circumstances).

(5)natalia (black and white? ) natalia deserves special mention because she can rock your world. she really knows a man’s anatomy and how to rock your world. looks 7, personality 8, performance 9 (oral a 10).

on the whole, you are likely to have a positive experience with most of the women you meet. if you decide to come to aruba, you should run, not walk, to meet diana and gina. all the women listed above deserve special mention. we intend listing their names as a complement, not an objectification.

one final note: one advantage of aruba is that because there are so many bars, you are less likely to run into the problem of chicas being territorial over you if you return to the same club. however, if you cruise the alleys, they may notice you, and they do talk with each other to some extent, especially if the bars are close to each other. so if you are day cruising, and didn’t stop to see her, don’t lie about it if your chica calls you on it later. she probably saw you and knows what your rental car looks like.

I have been to Aruba twice before, but I have never been to SN during the daylight hours. Is this $100. 150 for the day even on days that the bar that a girl is working at is open? I guess I just assumed that they were responsible to the bar that they work at, to show up on days that the bar is open. Or are you saying $150 for the day, but you have to have them back by the time the bar opens? I may have to look into this, as I would like to spend a day at the beach with my own chica playmate.

In answer to your question, the chicas in my photos are probably back in Columbia as it was many months since I was there (sorry, as they were good) and I have no idea which bars they worked. Unfortunately in Aruba there is no way around it, you have to put in some time. As another poster accurately described, Aruba requires visiting many small 3 chica bars until you find what you want. The best bet is to visit as many as you can the first nite and make notes (bar name, location, chica's name and what the bar looks like from the back door because when you return in the morning that is where the jewels can be found. Dont worry about being overly polite by ordering a beer in each you stop in. It would be very difficult/fun but would waste time. Just stick your head in, step in and look around and if nothing appeals to you juat say thank you and leave for another bar. There are dozens. In the morning you can negotiate the best rates and longer take out times as most chicas would rather spend all day with you for $100-$150 then nickel and dime with short times.

Had a 8am to 3pm layover in Aruba. Went acroos street from airport to rental cars and started at the end. Carnavele. They rates on the brouches said 45 FOR THE DAY. The girl let me have a small car for $25. Took off to St. Nick. It took every bit of 20 minutes to get there. At 9am drove through the town. Stumbled onto the area near the refinery.

There were girls already in the door ways. Tried a older Columbian good service 40 florin. Saw the cops take a black pimp away, they left the girls alone. Then went with a smokin Columbian, who said she was 20. big breasts every thing firm, great attitude, no rush again 40 florin. Both times was asked 50. Going to St. Nick is a piece of cake. I can only imagine what that place is like at night.

There are more Chicas to choose from in SXM vs. having to visit several bars with only a few girls in Aruba. The quality seems about the same, with the nod towards SXM due to the quantity and concentration at about 3-4 great locations.

A real advantage of Aruba is that the girls freelance in the back alley during the day. No bar fee and so for $150 you can spend all afternoon with a girl at the beach or your hotel or her room. A girl I saw had a very nice room.

Aruba is a nice island for other activities besides mongering. However, all in all, I prefer SXM for mongering, but Aruba is pretty good.

I have been to Aruba, and am thinking about going to SXM this summer. You like SXM over Aruba. Why? Quality of chicas? Quantity? Beaches, hotels, food, shopping, expenses, etc.?

I plan on staying in Phillipsburg and will be renting a car. This will be alot closer to the chicas than the hotel area of Aruba to St. Nicholas, correct?

There should be a larger choice, and better quality provider in SXM I am told?

I recently had a quick visit to Aruba and visited the bar area down at San Nick. I initially visited in the afternoon and found the town to be very quiet with very few people out and about. The bars (except Charlies) were all closed so I cruised the back alley area. This cruising was initially a little uncomfortable due to some shakey looking dudes hanging around. I found that driving by the few visible girls just did not give me a good enough opportunity to really see what was available so I parked and walked down the back alley. I ignored any bums that approached me and they left me alone. I came across a few cute girls and they wanted $30 for 30 min. I chose one and she led me to her very spacious room for a nice time.

I then went to the Astoria to check out a room for the night. Well, it seemed like a decent place but I wanted something a bit nicer so I ended up at the Mill Resort in the hotel district on the north side of the island.

I went back down to SN around 10 and visited a few bars. I chose a girl at Chesterfields where the selection seemed good. $40 plus $8 to the bar. We had a nice 30-40 minutes.

I went back to the alley the next day and had another nice time with the first girl I hooked up with the day before. $60 for 60 min.

All in all, Aruba is decent, but I like SXM better.
