I was a regular at Pachi's years ago. I used to try to plan my 2 week dive trips around the changing of the gaurd so I could choose between 2 different groups each trip.

There has been a severe information deficit pertaining to Bonaire for quite some time here.

I have had some luck at Citi Bar and Karels but I don't want to count on other tourists and having game. Sometimes I just want to point znd click. Pachis is a sure thing. Please share info if you have it! Thanks.

The Elparisio or sissy bar. Nope tried to use Google took me to a place where there was no "life". Meaning none in the chairs out front and didn't seem to be any sounds inside so I moved on.

Did find a bar on the main drag called Hua Hin I thjink. If that was where I was supposed to look there was an older Asian lady at the bar and an older Asian fellow sitting in a rocking chair in the entrance. No activity to speak of at all?
