Pools around the island are not that popular most people here are just not used to that. Most hotel has a small pool to accommodate the tourist of course but nothing fancy. Lionsdive hotel has a lap pool but I do not know if day have a day pass use for that you probably need to make a call or inquire via there website. There is still SDK which is a local sportcomplex and the piscina Bennie Leito you can try to get a lap pool tho.
