Went to Campo last night the first time. The number of chicas was not overwhelming, neither the quality. I arrived 11pm and stayed till 1am. I did 2 black Colombian chicks. Couple of remarks - 1) you always pay the girs upfront in Campo, that's the norm

If you chat the girl up beforehand and establish trust, most likely she will not even mention the "regalo" (they do not like calling it payment...a present, rather) until well after the deed is done. I personally have not paid in advance more than once or twice in all of my trips there. However, once again, TIENES que hablar espanol!!

What's guest friendly mean? (lol) You're in Curacao, Netherlands owned, Netherlands attitude. They are all friendly. You couldn't stay in business long as a hotel proprietor in Curacao and be restrictive on chicas.

Oldironsides - great report mate! I'm looking forward to round II of your report. Yeah, you'll need Spanish in Campo to improve your experience. In all my trips there I may have met 6 girls total who could hable inglés.

Plane lands at 3pm and visit campo by 3:45? Hope there are not many people at the snack bar that I have to ask if they are OldIronSides

Ok so this will be my 3rd time on the island.

1st visit was with the USNavy stay for 2 months, dont know why i didn't goto campo then, might have had somthing to do with topless dutch stewardesses? Yes, 2 months at that hotel care of US tax dollars! This makes the best sea story I ever heard.

2nd time was with a g/f. Turns out, I did mention campo to her, and she said this week said she would love to have a campo girl muchin on her! This girl is now and ex.

3rd time, well its tomorrow!

20 minutes? Hmmm. To me it's kind of a trade off: stay farther from Campo and pay less money for your place, or stay close and pay a lot more. I mean, I guess gas will add up a bit more because of the farther drive, but I think in the end, staying farther and driving a bit more, you will end up saving in the end. I mean, it seems Ceri Neger's is like $36 a day. If I'm staying for 5 days, I think staying there and driving to Campo (which is one of the main reasons for me to go to Curacao) would be much cheaper, instead of paying like $150 to $250 per day for a place close to Campo. Is my logic flawed?

Also, what is closer to Campo that is cheap?

It is around $4.50/gallon - so, if you drive to and fro twice a day it will start adding up.

This is how it worked last time I stayed there:

12 noon or so - drive to Campo, pick up chica favorita
Drive to reestaurant
Drive to beach
5.15 pm - deliver chica back to Campo to avoid late fines for said chica
drive back to Ceri Neger , shower and change
Rest
7.30 or so - drive to Campo
Have fun
3 am or so - drive back to sleep

It is a lot of driving!!!

As I said - if nothing else is available for a reasonable price, Ceri Neger works.
