Posts: 62Yep. Is sadly true, they raised the prices and people aren't willing to pay that so it might be the final blow for Campo if things stay that way.

Posts: 417Can someone confirm this? I am in Europe at the moment but a friend from the island emailed me that Campo has raised the current price from 50 to 75 and now Campo looks like a ghost house because most of the visitors are locals and they are not willing to pay the 50% increase.

Marchena city located close to the piscadera area or sambil mall. Plenty of small bars where you can find non pros that will do for a tempting offer.
Mambo Beach and Zanzibar. Lots of fine ass non pros mostly dutch trainees staying short time on the island and locals that will settle for the right price!

Not a lot for me to do during the day, other than beach. Wish the girls came out during the day.
All the girls are in 1 location. After you were with a girl one night, you go back the next night, and she sees you again. Sxm, you can go to different places each night.
Found it hard to interview the girls prior to going arriba. In a bar, you watch them, have a drink, and ten decide if you want to go.
What I did like:
Lots of girls to choose from in 1 location.
Cheap. If the girls a dud in the room, abandon ship, and find another one. My leche is limited. Don't want to waste a load on a bad girl.

I also did a Curacao / StMaaten double-header back in April. Of the two, Campo was my favorite. They key thing is: everybody has their own preference. So while I respect the opinion of everyone who has posted recently stating some shortcomings of Campo, I thought I'd mention a couple of things that I think are better about Campo. Just to balance things out for you guys who are considering your first trip. Like PartyBoy said, YMMV.
- ClubTed mentioned how he likes the "club-hopping" on St Maarten. I preferred the ease and time-saving of having just one destination on CUR. Different strokes, I guess.
-- I always felt safe at Campo, because they have quite a few security guards on campus. I can't say the same for StM, where every brothel is in a bad neighborhood. To be fair, I was never victimized in StM; but boy, Suckergarden is sketchy-looking place!
- At Campo, all the ladies have their own rooms, so there's no knock on the door 20 minutes into your session. That has only ever happened to me in StM.
- I like the fact that most of the ladies at Campo are polite and they waited for me to make the first move. Other guys might prefer a destination where the ladies aggressively solicit you, but that sort of thing makes me uncomfortable.
- Price, price, price! Three ways are especially affordable at Campo.
And now some quick rebuttals to the negatives that others have mentioned. Again these are just my opinions, I'm just trying to present an alternate viewpoint.
- Yes, a few of the ladies at Campo are ugly. But so what, right? I don't party with them, so it doesn't affect me. As long as there a 20-40 hot women for me to choose from, it wouldn't matter to me not matter how many ugly ones there were. During my trip, there were a few more 9's and 10's at Campo than there were in StM but both had enough; perhaps there is some randomness to the mix as ladies come and go due to their visa expiration. There don't seem to be as many TLNs at Campo, which might mean that the best-looking ladies are more likely to be on-campus most evenings. Whereas, in StM, the top 3 or 4 chicas might be out on a date. P.S. I'm not sure how the ugly girls stay in business either. Maybe they have "special" skills; I didn't ask. I've found a similar concentrations of ugly, odd, or exotic women in Nevada and Amsterdam. Some guys must like that sort of thing.
- Yes, Curacao is boring during the daytime. And yes, Campo doesn't really start hopping until after 10 pm, especially during the summer. Here's my technique for maximizing your mongering. 1. Your first night, go to Campo after 10:30 pm. 2. Talk to as many ladies as possible and get their room numbers. 3. For the rest of the week you can visit Campo earlier in the evening and go straight to a ladies room. If her red light isn't on, you can knock. I was told that all the ladies are on-duty starting at 6 pm, but most of them don't bother coming out that early because there are so few customers. You should have lots of choice!
One last tip: if a lady seems uninterested, stand-offish, or rude in any way, just move on. No matter how pretty she is, she'll probably give you a bad party. There are plenty of fish in the sea. I only had one sub par party at Campo, and also one in StM. In both cases, the problem was with that one specific chica. I had 8 great parties at Campo this spring, so I still tend to think the odds are pretty good.
Hope all that helps. Everybody have fun!

Do not despair. Campo is one of the great mongering places on earth. There is lots of choice from open minded chicas at good prices. Have fun.

Things are a little slow at Campo right now regarding new chicas. I heard this is because there is a delay with the working permits but as soon this is sort out (probably next week) they are getting around 50 fresh chicas from Colombia and DR. Stay tuned.

If you are looking for something new, and haven't been down there in that neck of the woods, I would suggest a trip to all three of the ABC islands. Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao. Aruba is a travel hub -- lots of flights there. From there, you can easily travel to Bonaire and Curacao to break things up. The three islands are very close together. Girls are present in all those countries, though not to the same quality as SXM. But from a daytime tourism perspective, activities at those three islands far surpass that of SXM.

Thanks Manny, my concern about a visit to Campo is to get to Curacao spend a day / night at Campo having planned 4 days in Curacao and be disappointed as all hell with the place and then be bored out of my mind for the remainder of my stay. Guess I should have pulled the trigger with a visit years ago. I've noticed that Campo posts have somewhat slowed on the board as well. Maybe I'll scale down the stop in Curacao to just a few days. I'm a long time visitor to SXM and love the "club hopping" aspect the island presents. It's like pinball, bouncing from Carolina's, to Hypnotic, to Crystals, to El Cap, to LE Petit, all within 5 minutes of each other. Then there are the 3 up the hill casas to partake in as well. Not sure how nice Mambo Beach is, but I find Orient Beach hard to top. Also, while in P'Burg, I travel light and if it's real hot, it's nice to be able to take a dip in Great Bay and mingle with the cruise ship hotties! Maybe Campo has become a bit complacent as of late, since it's the only game in town.

The decline of Campo is sad. Really sad. The fact that people are still going there even though it has sucked for years, all based on hope and memories, tells you how awesome it used to be. Like the Roman Empire, I am not sure how or why it fell. Every once in a while, I have posted that question, but never got a satisfactory answer. Someone once said that ownership changed a few years ago, but it was never confirmed.

The double header was not that hard to do and not that expensive. Just look for one way flights for each leg of your trip. I actually walked into Crystals and El Capt and walked right out. Nothing interested me in either of those establishments. Definitely don't let my experience of Campo dissuade you from checking it out. Every experience is different.
