Just curious as to why you didn't check out the other casas while in SXM. The two you went to, probably have the best talent, but Crystals was right across from Carolinas and sometimes there are hidden gems there and at the other clubs. Final analysis: My trip only lasted 2. 5 days in SXM and 2. 5 days in CUR. Many will say that is too short but to be honest, I felt it was enough. I realize I have about 2-3 sessions in me per day. In SXM, I like the changes with a more lounge feel to the two casas I visited. I was also impressed with the numbers at Carolinas and Hypnotic. Both clubs had over 20 girls and it's low season. However, there were no smoke shows like there were in the winter. Mostly 6's - 8's. Not a bad thing, as you can always get a great experience from a girl who looks like 7 but a 10 in the sack!

I finally got to experience Campo, something that has been on my bucket list for years. In all honesty, I was little underwhelmed. There were no real stunners, most of the girls were 6's and 7's. There are some there that I felt were hideous and I wondered how they made any money. I could have gone back Saturday afternoon for one more encounter before my flight, but I just wasn't interested in anyone. Now this is just my opinion, but Campo to me felt similar to walking around the Red Light District in Amsterdam where you are on the prowl till you find one you like. And has a big Amstel and Heinekin logo on it is right down the street from the Red Lion, which is open. For those interested if you put into WAZE Sta. Catharina Slopperij coming from the Renaissance hotel you'll find it no problem. The ladies, I'd say 10 at the most, were all coupled off so on we went to the Red Lion. The Red Lion hmmm. Don't know what was going on in there. Venezuelan chicas, about 15 but when I asked about barfines, one girl said to me that they don't leave there, they are just there to dance. Yes you can take the girls out but there is a fee involved of $420 each if you are taken them after 6:00 pm (which $300 goes to the girl and the rest for Campo). So if you don't want the fee try to negotiate with the girls to take them out during the day. Not all the girls do this right away tho. Most of them will after they are more comfortable with you or at least know you a little bit. During the day they can go out without a fee from 6:00 am till 6:00 pm. But make sure you bring them back at 6:00 pm sharp otherwise there is a fee of $55 if she's late. I'm so surprised that they quoted you these inflated prices. I mentioned this in an early post but, just for the record, I was there for 6 days and only one lady asked me for more than 50 guilders. I've heard that some ladies will ask for more if you wear expensive clothing, watches, jewelry, or flash your cash; so those are things you'd want to avoid.

My advice would be to stay firm on your 50 guilder offering price. Also, don't let them talk you down to less than 30 minutes. (I was always able to get an hour simply by asking for it once. Negotiating was not difficult at all).

If the ladies still don't take your offer after the first few hours, you can always increase your offer to 100 g. (100 g=$56 USD) so it's still not too expensive.

Yeah, the Renaissance looked nice; I didn't go in the casino when I was there, but their parking garage is free which is super-convenient. If you're interested, there's a few good restaurants in the Riffort shopping plaza next door. The prices are a little higher there ($25-$40 entrees), but the food is excellent.

Anyway thanks for the response. We have been looking for other places to eat besides the hotel and spent the day at Pirate Bay Beach. Nice little spot, then had dinner at their restaurant, food wasn't bad. By the way for those interested, I don't know if anyone already spoke about it, but Club Havana is no longer open.
