i been living in san juan for rell long now. i know there is a salon that probably offer fs next to speedway autos, its next to the bridge after you pass speedway and cross the bridge. it's on your left if you're driving eastward on the eastern main road. it's in a small plaza downstairs to the child day care center. not too sure about the price and services there.

I'll be back on the island next week. What is the deal with Rich Gold? I drove by on my last trip, and didn't see any driveway or entrance for the place, just a closed gate where I would expect it to be.

In my experience, if the gate is closed, then the place must be shut. They used to keep the top of the wall lit up with multi-colored lights. You might pop down to Dad's Dan (aka Santa Rosa) in Chase Village and enquire there, that is if you want to believe what they say about their competition! Alan used to work the door there and might know something.

My intel is, admittedly, a bit rusty. Do let us know what you've discovered more recently - especially if it involves local Trini girls.

Couldn't agree more about action in Trinidad, although it's been a good five or six years since I was there with any regularity. Back in the '90s I would travel down several times a year just to monger. Made some really great friends in the process. Those were the days when you'd go into Villa Capri, Dad's Dan, Rich Gold, Limousine, Copa [and on and on. ] and find genuine Trini girls on offer. Now the *****houses are stocked with Hispanics and it's a different scene altogether. Then again, the economic fortunes of Trinidad have improved considerably over the last decade, a factor which may account for the absence of local girls from the pay-to-play scene. The last time I was in Trinidad, the only local working girls were walking the side streets of Woodbrook between Tragarete Road. And Ariapita Ave. Even the legendary Smokey's and Bunty's had slim pickins. What about the Latin dance club in Maraval that used to be called The Attic? And there must be some other spots that have sprung up over the last couple of years.

Let's try and get this board going again. Maybe I'll just have to go down and rekindle some old ties.

I have been going back and forth between the US and Trinidad for about 2 years now, and I still find it hard to get around. If any mongers new to the island are looking for a GPS map, Mora Systems can load maps on your US Garmin Nuvi or like GPS. They were easy to deal with, and maps are great with good Points of Interest. Just do a google search for mora systems trinidad and you should find them.

I guess things are dead on the board. Any new intel? I'll be back on the island in a couple weeks, and hope to contribute. The Rich Gold place looked and sounded interesting. I did a drive-by on my last visit, and it almost looks like a compound, with no obvious entrance with walls around it, but does have a sign. It was a Friday night so looked really busy around that part of the street, no obvious parking, etc so wasn't sure how to arrange things safely and headed back home.

Has anyone heard of the Rich Gold Hotel in Chaguanas? This by what I understand is a brothel, and I am told by a local bartender that this place is good with mostly Venezuelan and columbian chicas. I'm a bit nervous to check it out since I'm a foreigner, but it sounds promising by what I'm told. A quick google search turns up a phone number and says its located on southern main Road.

the quality of the girls varies greatly but is generally not so hot, at least during mid-day when i've visited. you'll often get a choice between 2-3 girls.

rooms and shower facilities are pretty shabby.

you can ask the girl for whatever and generally get it, but they'll expect to be paid extra for any extra services.

i personally don't like this place so much; kind of a shady operation in the way the owner brings in foreigners (guyana, generally) and how he treats his girls.

Based on the few times I've had a massage from Chyna. No happy ending. She's strictly massage.

Any new details on Chyna Tong? I plan to check the place out for a massage when I return to the island next week.information on prices, hours, providers, etc would be great to make sure its worth the drive from Westmoorings. I could never get an appointment, and when I drove by they were closed during my last visit.

'Miss Chyna', the owner (who also provides massages), is very pretty and intelligent. She provides all outcall massages, arriving with a driver and massage table, and provides strictly professional massages. If you're looking for anything but a massage you'll want to see if she has any other masseuses working with her. She has strict rules that are more or less followed (read = no sex.) Some girls are flexible about you touching them, or what they'll do for you, but there are some lines they won't cross.

She occasionally brings in 'guest workers' for a short stints, and has a few local girls that work with her. My experience is that all of these masseuses follow her guidelines pretty closely.

She still has the nicest, cleanest location for massages I've seen in Trinidad, but her services aren't as robust as some other providers.
