TT you are probably going to have to pay for a membership here to be able to PM Robin.

But well worth it, because it is going to be very tough finding any joy at the Hyatt.

A lot of the waitresses there were cute and friendly, but I doubt you can approach them.

I did not try the doormen either, who are usually able to help you connect, but I would not count on it in this case.

And the advantage of the girl (s) Robin might connect you with is that they are normal, classy looking women.

You could hang around the hotel with them, without creating a problem. Unless you are part of group and need to be discrete, like I was.

Also, just to reiterate from my post. Robin is just a local guy helping other mongers out. No ulterior motive.

But some of the girls are regulars of his and he cares that they get treated right.

Had a little taste of what is on offer in Trinidad. Spent a week there and in Tobago in early December.

I was staying mostly at the Hyatt Regency, which is part of a fairly new harbourfront development.

A very nice hotel, but pretty isolated from the "real" Port of Spain, wherever and whatever that is.

I wouldn't have got a nibble of anything fun if not for the assistance of Robin 2.

Robin set me up with a lovely young lady (ethnic Indian) for an overnight stay.

It took a couple of trys, because of his schedule and mine, but eventually he delivered the lady to my hotel.

Naturally, I had to be a bit cautious, because I was part of a large group at the hotel, but fortunately she did not being mostly confined to my room.

A very nice girl, with a trim body and lovely skin. But the best part was how friendly and fun she was.

I had arranged for an overnight with her, which allowed us more fun in the morning.

Cost was 700TT or about $120USD for 4 shots, or about $30 per pop! Good value I would say.

Unfortunately she had some domestic crisis which prevented her from staying another night.

Another day Robin took me off to a massage parlour.

Had a nice looking girl, but unfortunately she was like a dead fish in bed.

If I wanted that I could just stay home and screw my wife!

After 1/2 hour I gave up trying to have fun with her and just left.

That was 350TT ($60 USD) and definately not worth it.

Tobago was a washout, not that I had expectations of anything different.

I was diving with a lovely local lass I knew, but clearly it was going to stay platonic.

She was too well educated and well travelled to be good prospect for an older guy just visiting.

Plus the island is too small to be good mongering territory. Everyone probably knows everyone else.

However I was approached by a local inviting me to "Sunday School", some kind of late-night street party.

If I had a wing man and more time I might have tried that, but it is probably better for connecting with drugs than girls.

So Trinidad and Tobago are definately not mongering destinations, but if you have to go there you might want to try connecting with Robin and he can set you up.

Certainly he did a lot for me and for the lady he brought (driving her around, etc) and all out of a spirit of fellowship amongst mongers.

It is not that bad really. You just have to go underground. It is not at open as it used to be. With respect to the Hyatt, it is pretty upscale, however, for an additional $40 per night, the double occupancy option may not be that bad, no questions asked as well.

Hardcore mongering is really something that is best done if you know the places well. First timers may find it a bit daunting as the places are not that well advertised and are in some very shady areas.

Best bets sometimes is to ask the cabbies, however they mostly work from the airport, so you better get them when you get in.

PM me if you need a wingman, I am willing to dust off my mongering shoes and show you around at least for 1 night.

Sounds like Trinidad is pretty stoney ground for mongering.

I will be at a conference there in early December at the Hyatt Regency.

Anyone know if you can bring a working girl in there (assuming I can find a decent one)?

Any other advice on mongering. I am looking for much more than a massage with a happy ending.

I am wondering if a better bet is to bring a girl with me. A week in the sun for her, in exchange for a week of fun for me!
