I've been to San Juan several times over the past ten years. Frenchy's was my go to place primarily because of location. For some reason I usually found myself wandering around Santurce. There used to be this hole in the wall Dominican bar off Ponce de Leon which had four or five attractive Dominicanas stuffed behind the long narrow bar.
