I'm planning to be in Belo Horizonte and staying at the Mercure. Any one knows if there'll be problems bringing girls? Additional charges? Is the hotel close the key places like Sagitarus?

Sorry for not gettin back sooner, but I just saw this now. I used to stay at the Merit Plaza. Friendly, downtown location, within a few blocks of the rows of hotels of *****s. It even had a machine located in the lobby to help select things to do in Belo. One of the choices was escorts. Touch screen as well.

The bartender had a book of photos as well. Try a google search on Merit Plaza. It has been over 6 years since I stayed there, so I am not familiar with their prices.

I have been to Belo twice . I don't remember the name of the first hotel, but it was not to great anyway. I can suggest the Parthenon My Place in Savassi. It is girl friendly and not to pricey. The room has a cool set up also.. it has 2 floors . Have fun .. you can hit different venues there.
1. boites .. New sagatarius, sayanora, crystals. etc.
2. Cheaper boites.. New scotch bar and don't remember names of others.
3. escorts for incall to hotel.
4. Low cost and only if you have a strong stomach or get a thrill out of seedier scenes .. Street with three or four different buildings that you walk in and they have rows of doors with garotas inside the rooms. 20 reals for 20 minutes.. don't remember name of street or info, but taxi will know the street. Might not want to go alone either.

All the hotels are friendly. Some of the bartenders and guys behind the front desk have a book of ladies that will come over on call.

if anyone out there drives from sp to bh or vice versa on the main high way stay away from the streetwalkers they are chicks with dicks on the sidewalk, but between a town called betim and igarape there are 2 brothel boite azul on one side and fazendoa boites on the other would recommend fazendoa very cheap 5 brasilian real, i had a local lad with me hence the cheap price, well worth it.

My Brazilian Mongers,
Just wanted to report on my recent trip to Belo. Wow is all I can say. It was amazing, and I only had one night to monger. I have never been to Brazil, therefore I didn't know how beautiful the average Brazilian woman was. Just about all the women there are sexy and have a sex appeal that far surpasses American women.

I was staying at LA Place hotel on Cristiano Machado. I caught a cab in front of the hotel and told the cabbie I was looking for pretty women. I wish my Portegeuse was better b/c it took forever for him to understand that I was looking for hooks. He finally got me to Saggitaius in the downtown area. The club was the amazing part. I couldn't believe it, but I felt like I had just walked in to the Playboy Mansion.

I left the hotel with R$400 thinking that would be more than enough. Here is a breakdown of my night.

Cab Fare to Sagitarius - R$20
Club Fee - R$40
Drinks for my girls - R$28
Cab Fare to the Motel - R$7
Cab Fare back to my Hotel - R$10
Exit fee for girl - R$30
Motel Fee - R$20
Girl Return to Club Fee - R$7

So all in all I spent around R$362. Which isn't too bad, but I wish it would have been simplier. I asked the girls that the doorman put me with to find someone that spoke English and they got Linny, one of the reception girls. She spoke English, but not very well. The two girls both wanted R$300 for two hours adn I knew I couldn't afford that, so I was about to head out when Linny asked if I would want her. I told her that I thought she was a reception girl and that she didn't "play". She told me that she was horny and needed a good f--k. We agreed on R$200 adn hit the door. We went to a tall motel named Savissi or soemthing like that. It was nice.

All in all I loved Brazil, just wish I could be tehre more often.

Thanks for the info. I agree with you, the best girls are found in the clubs and other places, and not on the street in Belo. This goes back to about 1995/96 when I stayed there a lot for business.
