Posts: 4Sorry, should have added, or websites. I've checked the few found in the fourm, but mostly escort services.
I'll be in BH, SP and later in Bogota for a few trips, promise to contribute. Just need an angle to get started.
Best Regards!

Past posts list Sagitarius (http://www.newsagitarius.com.br/) and a few others. Also in relation to your hotel maybe (although I think there are one or two hotels with a similar name, eg Max S. Royal S. . . . and El Greco's price, even a couple of years back, sounds cheap for a five star hotel though maybenot impossible):

Thanks for the post. My friend lives near that hotel, hence the recommendation. I am not sure I'll have enough free (meaning alone) time to hit the downtown spots, but it is something I'd like to do. Also, I have heard talk of these Gentleman's Clubs in Savassi, but no names. Where can I find info?

the hotel is several miles out of the centre. if it's in savassi, that is a great area for many things. place to take a girlfriend, non-mongering nightlife and so on. there are some upmarket mongering options you might enjoy (i stuck to the cheaper stuff downtown as i had limited time) and it's a nice westernised, upmarket suburb - reminded me of the u.s. actually.
bh is a fairly big city so i'm guessing the chances people know individual hotels away from the main strips may be low.
bh on the whole is not 'crazy' like rio is. buses travel at a normal (safe) speed, it's pretty safe, and you don't get pestered. posh gentlemen's clubs were advertised in the tourist brochure last year.
if you like swank hotels, the down-and-dirty may not be your scene (you mention rio termas but there's a big diff between 4x4 - think posh savassi - and the 10r places or vm - think bh concrete knock-shops that are walking distance from centro).
if you're unphased by grubby, bh concrete brothels are quite an attraction: converted cheap hotels where each room door is left ajar (with ho beckoning) until you accept the business on offer. lots of 'em. almost next door to each other (see earlier posts).

Posts: 17Visiting BH for the First Time
I am going to BH for the first time next week to see a non-GDP friend of mine. I have been to Rio many times, and know the terma culture there pretty well. My friend has suggested that I stay in the Savassi Hotel in BH. Two questions; does anyone know this hotel, and is it permissible to bring friends back to your room there? Any info I can get would be appreciated.

I never went anywhere as posh as Sag. so cannot comment lol <g> (I don't think it matters where you go for the point Wizzard made. You take a risk every time you take a new sexual partner. That includes non-GDP back home, however much you might like to imagine they are 'safer').

Posts: 2345Iīm so pleased you enjoyed it Jake! One of the things I like about the place is its compactness - many great watering holes in a small lake of joy so to speak. Some of the girls offered me phone numbers as well but I didnīt have time to invite them back for the night at the hotel - might be worth a try if you feel a good rapport though.
Hot pickings,
Chris

Hot damn Chris - this place is great!
Stopped by twice today. Once this morning at 10:00 AM for an hour for a whopping R$60 and got bbbj and various positions with a 24 year old Mineira who gave a great massage too. Actually reasonable GFE believe it or not. I have had programs at Solarium that did not have as much GFE.
Came back at 11:20 PM but pickings were pretty slim. A lot of girls had gone home due to a slow night. Found another Mineira after wandering the hall for a while who was a bigger girl with a nice round bunda. Not my type really but she was a hoot. Really good sense of humor. Offered me a CBJ for $R20 or $R50 for the rest of the hour as they close at midnight.
I have not been to VM, but has got to be up there as far as value for dollar goes.
