To bad. I lived there 6 months straight. 2007. Centro had some other places as well. You can go the the bars in Logoa, lots of clubs and bars with single girls. I tried to look at the address. I roughly remember, not for sure. There are clubs and the water strip in Lagoa. It was a busy place at night on the weekends, there is a whole strip of bars there.

I think this is the slow season now, I stayed in a little hotel in Praia Mole. Small little suites, living room. Kitchen downstairs, small loft bed up stairs. Big gal named Solonge runs the place. I paid 1000 are per month, including breakfast. It was family owned, you can walk directly across to the beach. Keep traveling on that road to the very end, there is small fishing village, very nice, has about 5 restaurants. Huge beach starts there. DO not park on the beach road, as the car break in is high. Logoa is awesome to learn to kite board. Shallow, and warm water.

As you leave Lagoa to climb over the hill to Praia Mole, there was a nightclub that over looked Lagoa. Very cool place.

There is also action in Joinville.

When I lived in Floripa it was the best deal in Floripa, and even after living in Rio for almost 2 years I thought this place was amazing. I always had extra high service there.

I highly recommend this place, but probably closes at 7 or 8 pm.

Ibiza. May I ask how long ago you lived in Floripa? It's possible that Prive Doce has closed down and only Doce Cafe remains (Prive Doce website is down). Both website & locations were up when I was in Floripa in Nov / Dec 2013.

$R120 for 1 hour is better than I've done anywhere in Floripa. My best deal in 2013 was negotiated $300 for 1 hour with an 8/10 at a "after club" that my local friends took me to (Never caught the name of the place. But it's nearby Fields Night Club in Centro. We were there 4 am-7 am). Less attractive girls can certainly be had for less, but what's the point then.

P.S. I'm new to this forum and will be boots on the ground in FLN / POA / Rio / maybe BsAs this Dec-Mar! I'll provide updated reports. Excited to give back to this group.

Ibiza. May I ask how long ago you lived in Floripa? And do you remember roughly where PRIVE Doce Veneno is?

I spent time in Floripa back in Nov / Dec 2013 and couldn't get near are $120. The best value I found was at an "after club" that my local friends took me to around 4 am! (couldn't find a name of the place, it's nearby Fields night club) Prices were are $250 - are $300 w / no additional fees. I took an 8/10 for around are $280.

P.S. I'm new to the forum! Will be spending 3-4 months in Floripa / Rio / POA / maybe BsAs this December-March. Excited to give some value back to this group.

Bar and clubs get going here about 11:00 pm, the quality of the women here. Wow.

Setup is a small bar with maybe 12 girls, ordered a drink and started talking to girls. With the help of Google translate.

Quality of girls was between 6 - 8.

Selected a girl and agreed 1 HR for 300 rl + 70 rl for room, with 2 drinks total cost 420 rl.

Went next door to rooms, which were nice and clean.

Service was good. Not rushed.

The place is open until 4 am. I would go back.

I was in Floripa several years ago and thought Bakkara was a total rip off even by Brazilian standards. They have some smooth English speaking waiters and doorman guys who lure you into feeling complacent about the venue. The next thing you know your buying girls drinks, some very attractive, and it ends up being very, very expensive. To take them to the back rooms cost even more but the girls goal is to get you to buy them as many watered down drinks as possible.

Caveat emptor!

The two brothel clubs that are well known are Sexy and Bokarra. They are close to each other. VERY expensive by Brazil standards.

Be careful of girls buying drinks there that end up costing BRL 80 each etc.

This begs some bigger scope questions and planning:

FLN, POA all warrant a week on their own. POA is better for selection in the little bit I have seen.

The local airline that is best is GOL. This is for booking purposes alone (the other ones require a CPF to book travel). I suppose I don't mind this barrier to more mongers down here.

The best months here in POA are Dec to Feb. Right now it is raining, like a small German town, but the rewards are worth it for me.

Airbnb is the way to go. Crowdsource, set your parameters, check reviews, be patient. I had a bad experience in FLN with a landlord I picked too fast, but a awesome and better and better experience with a POA landlord in a awesome part of town.

The reward is the women. You can get your protein from a hot dog, and there are better and worse hot dogs. Rio GDPs are hot dogs, processed meat, from the most expensive one in MC to the bottom one in a Zona Norte prive, they are on the same script, literally have the same songs on their pen drive, and playing on the inter room audio. Or you can get your protein from poached salmon, the salmon being the blondes (gay-yoo-sha, the local pronunciation for gaucha) here in POA. The degree of difficulty is higher. This is not mongering entry level, but graduate level work. And it is infinitely more satisfying.

I was on my way out of POA, out of the top sauna about 3.5 days ago, on the last 15 minutes I got a number from the hottest blond in the club. When in FLN, I whatsapp'ed her, I am coming back for you, and she replied; I then booked my flight that day from FLN to POA; and 16 hours later, I was banging her in my apartment, the most beautiful woman in about 242 over 6 years in Brazil. I mean, Gisele Bundschen beautiful. Hazel eyes, blond hair, 5'10" long legs, and a responsive, loving, sensual fuck, long fingers. I mean, I don't know if Gisele Bundschen is a good bang or not, but this woman was awesome.

And I did actually make her poached salmon in the kitchen in my apartment. And we did watch porto dos fundos on chromecast. And then we banged again. And we're going to bang again today.

So, in summary: all the GIG / RJ experience applies; but POA is worth it. That said, stay away!

GIG to POA air (GOL airlines) on short notice was 850 r.

POA to FLN by bus was 75 r.

FLN to POA by air (GOL) was 350 r.

POA to GIG by air (GOL) 350 r.

Bus is most economical, but I found it too tiring.
