Ibis is also within walking distance (maybe not with the suitcases, it's uphill) from the bus station. The price is always good, but I don't know if you want something fancier and bigger room. The walls are thin, but it's the same thing in most of the more expensive hotels. You don't really need a girl friendly hotel, if you are going to check in at the same time. If you want to take her for lunch, you can go to the Mercado Publico, nice atmosphere with many restaurants. If you take her for dinner, go to Rancho Acoriano in Coqueiros, 20 BRL with taxi. Great fish and seafood and it's not expensive, considering what you get.

I failed at mongering here. The prives I used to go to have been shut down. I couldn't find the clubs around Fields. Went to infinity and paid $300 total for a girl that was not worth anywhere near that much by São Paulo standards, and the bar tried to charge me even more.

I realized that I left some important details out of my last report. Want to cover what is allowed and not allowed in my P4P experiences in Floripa.

I have programmed 4 times here total (twice at Sex, once at Bordo, once at La Rogue).

I made sure that my girl was friendly and flirt before talking business each time and all four times here is what was available:

- DFK.

- CBJ.

- DATO.

Not sure why this is, but I haven't been able to even negotiate BBBJ, CIM or anal (tried each 2-3 times).

Great reporting. I wish that I knew about these places when I visited Floripa several years ago. Also, spot on in your assessment of Bokarra -- a total rip off club. As you said, there are many hot and beautiful girls there but they are vultures for drinks and the place is best avoided.

There are a couple options for moderately priced spots in Floripa Centro. I'm an American who has been living in Floripa for a few months.

The prive scene seems to be in the "Kobrasul" area on the continent, but I haven't ventured there (don't see the need yet).

My local friends love these places below:

1) Bordo. Tiny club, but usually has 7-10 girls. In my opinion, there's some 7's and 8's, but nothing better. Party starts around 10:30 pm and goes to 6 am Monday-Saturday. Girls will offer R300-R350 but can be talked down to R200-R250 easily. The guy working there will tack on 1 drink and the room (about R150). My last trip there came to R405. Karol is my go-to girl, sweet girl I recommend her if you like huge asses.

The doorman might try to charge you between R60-R100 (depends who's working). I'm American, but my local friends talked 4 of us in for free about 2 weeks ago. Try saying "Eu sou Gringo (w / a smile). [Non-English text deleted by Admin]?

To find Bordo, drive or walk to the club called "Fields" in Centro (you can find it in Google Maps) then look for clubs behind Fields (further away from the highway, Avenida Beira Mar) You should be able to see two clubs with large, red lit up signs saying "Bordo" and "La Rogue".

2) La Rogue. Average sized club next door to Bordo. This place starts LATE, around 4 am. I'm not a huge fan of doing a program so late and the talent has been too many 6's & 7's on my trips to bother looking for gems. I programmed here 2 years ago (talent was better then).

3) Sex Club. Yeah yeah, this is one of the over-priced clubs but there are some 9's and higher if you have patience. You can find this club in Google maps or I'm sure most Taxi's would delight in the fee they receive for bringing you there. Entry is R100 (60 consumption), but you can look inside before paying "[Non-English text deleted by Admin]r?" I programmed with Kamila about 2 weeks ago. Blonde spinner, face of an angel, silicon see-cups, 00 waist and perfectly shaped, round bunda for a total of R550 (had to buy 1 girl drink and the room upstairs) I like bargains, but paying under $150 US for an hour with a girl that most Americans would consider a 10 is worth a little extra in my eyes. I have been texting her and can pass along her Whatsapp if you'd like.

4) Bokarra. I have only been once, but I can tell you it's not worth the hassle. Tiny club, but it's packed w / both guys and girls on weeknights (I went around 1 am on a Tuesday). There are super-hotties like Sex, but here you'll have to actually be aggressive for their attention. Girls here seem to be vultures for R75 girl drinks and many will walk directly to you and ask for "programa" with no conversation (gee, buy a guy dinner first! LOL). My local friend programed here and paid R800 after girls fee, girl drink, taxi and (affiliate) motel. There are some hot girls here, but the place was no fun and overpriced IMHO. Selection may be great, in terms of looks, around 11 pm, but I can't overlook the "all business" attitude the girls here have.

Closing thoughts:

My ideal situation with any of these clubs is to go with a couple friends, buy a round of overpriced beers and post up until I find a girl that's just my type. No way I waste money on girls who are all business, ask repeatedly for drinks, are under an 8, or won't talk sweetly, kiss, grope in the main area. I will eat the entry fee anywhere if the girls aren't right and about half of the time I look inside one of these clubs, I don't bother paying entry. Paying R600-800 for a ice queen, no matter how she looks, is comparable to putting your balls in a salad spinner, expect salad spinners are cheaper.

There is not much to do mongering-wise in Balneario Camboriu, where I'm now spending a few days, mainly to relax and enjoy the beach. Camboriu is a sizeable resort 50 miles north of Florianopolis. It is sometimes referred to as the "poor man's Rio". I wouldn't call it that myself as prices of comparable hotels, restaurants, etc over here are certainly not lower than in Rio. For a 'normal' beach holiday, this place is better than Rio as the beach and ocean are really clean and the place is super clean as well and safe to walk in even at night.

However, there is no mongering scene to speak of. There are loads of hot young women from Southern Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina and Uruguay on the beach and in the streets but there are even more young guys to chase them. I mean guys in their twenties who seem to work out all day. No chance at all for a dirty old monger who does not speak Portuguese. Oh well, the beach is nice and there are always the escorts. I had a nice dupla today with two blondes. DFK, multiple positions and CBJ were on the menu. The girls also kissed each other. Total cost: 400 BRL for one hour. Not too bad, but I could have had better looking girls for less money in the Rio Centro prives. Yesterday, I had a mulata for 150 BRL / hour.
