    Canoa Quebrada, update.

Canoa Quebrada, yearly update. The city is located 3,5 hours south of Fortaleza.

The good news: The beaches continues to be great, many good restaurants in the little town and Canoa is an excellent spot for relaxing.

The bad news: They managed to ruin this ex-paraiso even more. Canoa used to be the wildest party city in the nineties, with regular girls coming from the neighbouring cities just to get some gringo the*ck. Today it's mostly families or couples going to Canoa. They managed to close down more of the old bars and forró-clubs on the main street, Broadway. They turned into pharmacy, chocolateria, souvenir shops and a superexpensive restaurant (empty every evening).

Mongering: There are a handful of piranhas and pro's, that are way too old, that hangs out with the local gringo crowd (mostly old unfit alcoholics with sad looking faces). On the weekends a few younger women shows up to earn some money. Definitely worth trying to score some of the beautiful regular girls, locals and tourists. The problem is that there are fewer regular girls going to Canoa after they reduced the nightlife.

Safety: Beware of the thief girls coming from Aracati and other cities. They try to hook up with you and follow you to your place. After given you a Boa Noite Cinderella their male bandit friends will rob you.

*Summary: The monger scene has reach bottom low. Very few options. It's a very pleasant city with beaches and nice restaurants, but unless you are interested in regular girls you could probably skip Fortaleza.

    P. S The coconut price has gone down to 2 reais.
Thanks again for the update. I hope you had a good time, but it sounds to me like I missed the Fortaleza golden era. Oh well. I was having a great time in other countries back then. I still want to go to Fortaleza and explore the coast further up north, but I think I will bring my favorite SP girl along for the ride. It will be fun.

    Yes..Yes.. I do agree Cane!!

Until I get out there, I'll keep researching, in the meantime I hope someone can utilize this list and report back. There is a couple of promising links especially the one you referenced https://coelhinhasfortaleza.com.br/.

    Edit:
    I found a match. https://www.photoacompanhantes.com/a...-anal-id-weex9
Looks like the girls (that work at any of the four locations) also advertised on photoacompanhantes.

Mostly bars at Dragão do Mar and Rua dos Tabajaras. Dragão lost it's popularity 15 years ago. The only club worth mention on Rua dos Tabajaras is Pirata (on mondays).

    Fortaleza, update.

Just a short update on Fortaleza. Really not much to mention that wasn't mentioned in my report one year ago.

I came last Sunday and I'll be leaving in a few days. Very sunny in Fortaleza and lots of Brazilian tourists. Very few gringos.

    * Mongering in Iracema. Just the old Zipy Bar. I havn't entered, just had a few beers on the outside. I saw no gringos enter, just some very old and sad gringos on the outside. A handful of GPS entered.

    * Trash privées: The usual Trash privées in Centro, "Corredor do inferno" etc.

    * Privées, Av Monsenhor Tabosa 111. There used to be 8 privées. The pandemic killed the business and like last year it's only two left (second floor, sala 48 and 49). Both have 3 girls working. Two girls looks good. The price has gone up to 150 reais / hour. A bit overpriced IMO. Today I tried Kelly, morena escura, cute, nice tits, academia legs and large round ass. Usually I don't like horseasses, but this one was OK. She has excellent BJ skills and finished the session with BBBJCIM.

    * Note: There are plenty of privées all over Fortaleza. If you check out GPguia you'll find them.

    * Streetworkers. Some GP spread out on some streets. However no real concentration of GPS in Iracema or Beira Mar.

    * Regular girls: Like always there are lots of flirting regular girls in Fortaleza, locals and tourist girls. Those regular girls are really the only reason for me going to Fortaleza.

    * Beach girls: Praia do Futuro, Beira-Mar and Iracema. No hot spot for the hottest girls. They are all spread out.

    * Faveladinhas: On Sundays all the people from the favelas head to Beira Mar and Iracema. Jesus, so many hot girls! Most of them seems to be tough girls with bandida-look. If you flirt with them, be careful with their male friends.

    * Training: I love how people in Fortaleza enjoy exercising. I went running 10 km in the morning at 5 AM. I counted that I met 635 other runners. Many very fit girls.

*Summary: The monger scene has reach bottom low. Very few options. It's a very pleasant city with beaches and nice restaurants, but unless you are interested in regular girls you could probably skip Fortaleza.

    P. S The coconut price has gone down to 2 reais.

I personally enjoyed more visiting Bahia; Salvador, Trancoso and Morro de So Paulo. Salvador is an interesting place to visit, if you have not been there before. Also, found the beaches in RGN and Alagoas more to my preference.
Thanks for your advice on this. I want to go to Jericoacoara. The question I had in my mind was whether it was worth it go solo and have a little fun Friday and or Saturday in Fortelaza on the way to the beach or bring my favorite SP girl along for the ride. I am leaning towards the latter, but first I am going to see how she does on a short side trip to ilhabela this November.

I wanted to add a little info of what bm Sperto has said about the massive concrete expansion that has been developed since the pandemic along the orla in front of the McDonald's and near the oasis atlantico hotel where all the GDP's used to occupy the barracas where they hunted for punters. His description was quite accurate about the demolition of those the former "hook up" barracas and how they have been moved down towards the beachfront and closer to the water. What he failed to mention was that a giant complex of storage lockers has been built in their place where to old barracas operated. These ugly storage lockers house a multitude of small souvenir shops that seem to be selling all the same things. Little useless trinkets, dried fruits and nuts, some stalls are selling identical swim wear. Walking through these newly constructed metal stalls Is nothing but a total eyesore of redundancy and a shame to witness. Long Gone is the vibe of yesteryear. This part of Beira Mar. Is now the official black eye sore of the concrete jungle nearest the Mar. The flavor is bland and best to be avoided unless you feel like buying some over priced wares.

I wrote this for those folks who think they can find action away from iracema beach. It's all gone folks. Don't waste your time thinking you can find some action outside the old monger zones. The credits have rolled and the sexual saga is over. I won't be bore you with anymore negative reviews as enough has been said already.

Thanks for the update, which gives another stunning indictment or yet another "nail" in the proverbial coffin, that is the Fortaleza sex scene.

Interesting to note though, the last two (2) reports have the Italians, adapting, by the looks of things, just fine.

Wonder what they're doing so well, to adapt to the bleak Fortaleza scene?

And how is the Online Freelancer Market in Fortaleza?

Can you find chics through Badoo, Tinder or similar for P4P?

Update August 2022. The situation is getting worse

I just got back from 2 weeks in Fortaleza because I'm dating a girl from there. Situation worsened: the only prostitution clubs left are ZIPI, 20 girls present but few beautiful. And on Wednesday ARMAZEM, with girls different from the zipi, but little movement of people. In August there are only Italian men, while in September the city empties completely, even these two places. Request for sex 300 reais on average. At the end of the evening, some drop to 200 reais. There are no other options for sex, other than web ads (photoacompanhantes, skokka, erosguia). Unfortunately, in Fortaleza there is nothing left of the sex scene, which has been over for at least 10 years. After two days you are already bored. The prefecture has won the battle against prostitution. I recommend going to other cities. At most I recommend a weekend.
