But you're right. Remulos is still the number one place. Also the other club across the street (can't remember the name) , who belongs to the same owner has some good chicks.

R$ 70 is good rate, you'll never can get a real cute one in a Boite in Sampa for this amout. Normally I pay 1/2 h. But it lasts 45 to 50 minutes.

Time for another yearly update on Manaus. This time a lot of things have changed in Manaus. The ones who have visited Manaus before will notice that the city is going through many changes. The city has closed many hotels, pousadas, motels, bars and clubs. Some of the best clubs are gone. In centro several bars and lanchonettes that used to be good hangouts are demolished.

As nobody else bothers to gives updates on Manaus I don't bother mentioning all the changes. You can look at my update from last year and find out the changes yourself.

PRO SCENE *

* REMULOS:

Remulos was closed in the beginning of Decenber and opened 3 days later. Remulos was again closed last Thursday, big news in local TV. It opened one day later. Don't worry if Remulos is temporary closed.

I've been there 3 times the last 10 days, only sessioned once.

The quality continues more or less the same. A handful very doable girls, some stunners, and a whole bunch of heavy non-doable girls. It's a fun place, specially on Friday and Saturday.

Rua Lobo D'Almada. 363. Two blocks from Teatro Amazonas.

Opens around 7 PM. Closes late.

Entrance=R$20 (doubled the price since last year).

Girl=R$ 40-50/30-60 min (ALL the girls can be negotiated)

Note 1: There are two kinds of girls at Remulos. The "house-girls"/dancers and the freelancers.

Note 2: Negotiate all details before going upstairs. The time, BBBJ and anal or not.

Note 3: Because of better economy more local guys are sessioning than before. If you see a girl you like, grab her quickly.

Room=R$ 15 (big clean rooms with AC and some with jacuzzi). The rooms next to the reception are the nicest and biggest.

The famous Rêmulos strip club was closed by the prefeitura, in the operation Centro Seguro, in the beginning of December. Missing the proper permission, no fire exits and the police found drugs in some rooms.
The prefeitura closed the entrance with a large brick wall.

Without doubt the owner of Rêmulos, Lobo Mau (Bad Wolf) , will reopen the club.

I used to be a big fan om Rêmulos. However as the quality of Rêmulos declined and the supply of free p*ssy in Manaus is great I were not a big Rêmulos-consumer on my last trip. Still Rêmulos is just about the wildest strip-club in Brazil and it would be a shame if they closed it down permanently. I'll be there in Manaus in 9 days and I'll check it out.

Definitely not a lot of them. During the years I've seen some, very few, foreign GP's at Remulos. Venezuela, Colombia, Guyana and Surinam.

Also the fact that the value of the Real is attracting pros from Colombia. Also there is a wave of Haitians refugees running from misery in their country.

I've mentioned before that Remulos Strip Club have lost in quality. This year the quality wasn't worse than last year, actually the quality improved a little bit. Unfortunately more silicontits than before. Most of the beautiful girls are Remulos veterans, not many new girls. Lovely Paloma is gone. The Remulos queen Rafaela is back. Now with bigger tits (actually natural). The atmosphere is fun and relaxed.

* CENTRO CLUBS, VERY LOW END:

- Close to the port, next to the Banco do Brasil there are two side-treets with lots of bars and strip-clubs. Located behind the bus stop (look for the sign "Hotel Central"). Some of these places are for afternoon / evening action.

- All these places are extremely low end. They are fun to visit, but don't expect doable girls.

- On the first street you'll find 4 strip clubs:

# Natureza: Small place.

# Mistura Fina: Big place. Tabledances.

# Big House: Big place.

# Aquarella's Bar: Big place. Tabledances.

None of them charges a entrance fee.

- On the second street you'll find ho-bars.

No jungle-trip?

I did a jungle trip. Got to Manaus June 15 late at night. Next morning left for Juma river and stayed in a lodge for 3 nights. Did lot of canoeing. Including the standard evening and early morning ones as well as day time. Spent a night in the forest camping. Did some hikes as well. Saw tons of birds, two kinds of dolphins. 4 different kinds of monkeys, etc. Not a real roughing it in the jungle. More touristy. But I was happy for my first visit to the Amazon.

She did say one hour.but she was rushing it. It lasted 30 min anyway. One I got done, she quickly got dressed! So consider it 50/3o min!
