You nailed it. A girl I know makes R$650 / mo. Working at a clothing store. Before taxes. She visits me for R$200 a throw and seems to like to come over a lot! .

You did well. Most Remulos-girls would charge R$50/30 minutes.

    No jungle-trip?

Today is Friday, head to one of the forró-clubs. Yu could also try your luck in the bars in the large port-building.

Thank you guys. Unfortunately, I am about teave Manaus in an hour or so. I did go back to Remulos two nights in a row (Wednesday and Thursday). Actually did a girl on Wednesday. I think she said her name was Sao. She had a great body. Slim but not too thin and a great ass. Small tits. Face was not so great. About a 4. Way too much make up on. She claimed 1 hour for R$50. I didn't believe her of course. Anyway. Went upstairs, paid up and went into the room. Large room with porn playing on TV. With mirrors on the ceiling and a couple of walls. Well, once we got in the room, she asked for money. Given my lack of Portugese, could not argue. I gave it to her. Then she opened up her ass and asked me if I wanted to fuck it. I am not a big anal fan. But before I could answer, she said that would be extra money. And also mentioned CBJ (as it turns out) being extra as well. I said no. Was getting pissed but was horny. Anyway, dragged her into bed and started feeling her up. She did have a nice body but she was also lactating. Never would have guessed given how small her tits were. So. Naturally, she wouldn't let me touch them or suck on the nipples. Played with her pussy for a bit (pierced clit) and then she opened up a condom. She gave a brief CBJ and then hopped on RC. After a few minutes I put her on all fours and banged her from behind. Then did missionary for a while and finally finished. She had a pretty tight pussy and nice body. Overall, not a great experience. Very rushed. When we were done, she sprayed me with her milk! ;-)

Went back Thursday just to hang out and watch the scene. No intention of doing anyone. After 3-4 days, it becomes pretty routine. One stripper was pretty kinky. Putting fingers inside both her holes and licking them, pulling her pussy lips apart, etc. Wanted to do a table dance with her but could not find her later.

I find not speaking the language is a big barrier. Both in terms of establishing a chemistry and negotiating. Basically I felt I like busted a nut and that's all. Guess could be worse for US$30 or so.

I am back to Quito for a couple of days and then back home. To the land of milk and honey. But no sex! .

Thanks to all you guys (esp. Sperto) for responding to my posts. Sorry I do not have any pics to post.

    Cheers.

    Kiss

I am pretty green to the area. It definitely sounds like I over spent. But. It was a good time.

    DAMA the NOITE:

Just got back from Dama the Noite. What a shithole! The place smells bad. Kinda like a stinky pussy. I think you all know what I mean. I look up to the ceiling and there is mold. Went in there about 5:30. $R10 entry and $R4 beer cans. It was semi crowded with about 20 girls. Most were strippers and a few freelancers. Most strippers were either fat, ugly, or both. Two song dances. They also do table dances; did not bother. If it is even possible, this is a sleazier version of Remulos. Did not sample any merchandise on display. This girl with a HUGE ass. And I mean huge. Came up to me and wanted me to take her upstairs. I told her I did not speak Portugese. And then she asked if I spoke Spanish. I said a little. She went away eventually. This is a great ploy. Act like you don't understand and they go away eventually.

    Cheers.

    Remulos

Went to Remulos last night (Tuesday). Thanks to Sperto and others who put together some terrific information. Got there about 10 PM. I have no idea what it used to be like, but it seemed pretty sleazy to me. Quite a few guys and may be 25 gals. Both strippers and freelancers. The quality was pretty mediocre. In my own subjective scale, there were no girls above a 6. I got myself a Skol ($R4) after paying the $R 10 entrance. Sat down and watched a few strippers. Again none that hot. They seemed to be in their late 20s. Walked around to check out the girls. Most were just standing around drinking. Most guys seemed to be there just hanging. Gawking. At least my excuse is that it was my first time! Anyway, after a while, I decided to get a table dance (I had to wait and see the protocol because my Portugese is non existent). Approached one scantily clad stripper and fortunately she spoke a tiny bit of English. She wanted 30 and I said 20 to which she agreed right away. We went to a corner and she started dancing. Across a few tables, she noticed that some guy was taking pictures with his cell phone. She told him no and he would not stop. So, she excused herself and went over to the guy along with a bouncer. He warned the guy. So she came back. She was naked this whole time. She did one more song after apologizing to me. The great thing about table dances here is that you can touch them every where. Including pussy. Not bad for US$10! In the USA you cannot get anywhere near them for 5 times the money. Anyway. I groped her quite a bit and had some fun. Waited another 10 min and saw a black stripper (light skinned). She had a nice ass. So. Went to the same corner with her. She did a great job. 3 songs or so. She was rubbing her pussy in my face. Played with her tits and ass the whole time. She is almost doable. Actually for US$25 for 30 min, it's not a bad deal. Might partake tonight. Have not decided yet.

None of the freelancers caught my fancy, however. At least some of them are on drugs for sure. Will be checking out another club tonight and will post tomorrow.

    Cheers.

    Parintins Bumba meu Boi

One more thing: if any of you will be in Manaus June 15-22 or so, please PM me.
Crypton, if it is possible to you, change your schedule, and go one week later, or stay one week more.

Parintins festival Bumba meu Boi starts in 29:th of Jun until and ends in 1:st of Jun. Parintins is 400 kilometers from Manaus downstream. That is something really different that you cannot see anywhere else, and in my opinion Carneval in Salvador and Parintins festival are two best parties that I know.

It is not easy to find housing in Parintins, you have to know people. And it may be too late to get flights. Going there by boat is part of the fun, you are drinking and many people dancing in the top of the boat, but getting back by boat against the stream is slow.

But still, consider visiting there. You are already in Manaus if you went there in June 15, so you hear everybody talking about festival.

Mongering in festival is difficult, most of the girls from Manaus are bars go there also but how to find them, half of the Manaus is there.

But still it is fun, and lifetime experiense. They may rob your wallet and camera there, also all the thieves of Manaus are there.

If it is possible for you, go there. Maybe you can ask some travel agency to arrange flights / apartments in Parintins? But you have to pay gringo prizes of course. And very few people in Parintins speak english, so Portugueze is kind of necessity.

You can read more about Parintins festival from internet. Parintins is island with town, one hundred thousand people, during festival population double.

Thanks again for your helpful advise.
Whatever you do, don't hook up with any of the jungle-tours hustlers waiting for gringos at the airport. Check out the tour-agencies in centro.

These standard jungle tours are just too awful! You pass the meeting of the waters, stop at the eco-parque (walk on a short trail where thousands of tourists walk every month and take a photo of the same vitória-régia as countless of other tourists have done before), fish piranhas (no sport at all), go alligator-spotting with a torch-light (the guide will go in the water and pick up a baby-alligator (often tied up before-hand) so everybody can hold him), go for a jungle-walk (the guide will show you a rubber-tree and a "drum-tree") and meeting "native indians".

For sure you'll see animals, mostly captured ones; Sloths, snakes, monkeys and araras.

Skip one day of the jungle-tour and go to Remulos and check out amazonian strippers.
    Have fun.

The problems are too large groups, too large boats that don't enter the small rivers and just too touristy and crappy. I hate those trips.

To enjoy the wildlife in the Amazon you'll have to get far away from Manaus and into the small side-rivers in a very small group. I had (he has changed phone number now) a very good contact who used to train the brazilian army in jungle warfare. He did trips with up to three people. No comfort at all, very much survival-trips bringing almost no food, eating turtles, jacarés and other unmentionable animals. Great experience! With a guide like that you'll experience nice Amazon wild-life.

If you want to enjoy wildlife in an easy way, go to the Pantanal.
