i agree somehow with forest. being a regular of remulos i know a little bit about it.

most nights, and especially the weekends, remulos is the hang out place for the working masses working at the zona franca, workers, office boys and other help making close to minimum wage. however, when they get the money head straight to "remos" ( as they call it) and nail that one they have been waiting for.

sometimes, you see a girl chatting with these guys, catch their attention and call her without the guy knowing it. if the guy is negotiating seriouly,most likely the girls won't come.but if he is only wasting her time, she is more than happy to come to you.

tip from the locals: they say the best days are the midweek ( tue, wed,thur) before the 15th and the 30th of the month. that dates the working masses are broke and can't come out to exercise the sport. i tried it and it appears to be true.

in reality, with so much to do and go during the week, i am that concerned about remulos.it is always the last ,or close to last alternative for me there. plenty of forros, pagodes where you can find a hottie to fuck for free or for a fee.

with all of the fuss, i decided to take up sperto's advice and check out remulos this friday night. i have spent the earlier portion of this week in sao paulo and rio, and have had 7 different girls, including three duplas sessions over the past 6 days, as well as a night at a swingers club in sao paulo. the hormones are in high gear.

in any case, my first impression was not good. the place is smoke filled, empty beer cans are everywhere and the music is unbelievably loud. but, there was a girl dancing when i arrived who was a 10 in anyone's estimation, and (along with a beer), this lessened the pain. there were 3 guys to every girl, not good in my mind. however, i have discovered from numerous trips to the brazilian campo, that strip joints like these attract a lot of guys who cannot really afford to get laid. or, if they do, they will do a half hour upstairs in the "hotel" and then come back to the party immediately; thus girls are not really all taken up despite first impressions. the proof of this was that every girl i saw whom i wanted to approach was ultimately available for discussion/negotiations within the 2 hour period i was in the boate.

i had a few discussions with girls, and found out that they are asking 60 reals for 30 minutes, 130 for an hour and 300 for the night. i realize that sperto would stroke out if asked to pay this type of money, so i cautiously negotiated take out for 250 reals, insisting that the garota have 90 minutes of sex when we arrived at my hotel, that she have sex again with me at 7 or 8 am and again around noon before she left (in fact, we had sex 4 times, and i rewarded her with taxi and 50 reals). the speed with which my offer was accepted said to me that i could have done better.

my girl was a gorgeous morena, definitely in the top 10% of the girls there in terms of looks. despite her promises, it was hard to get her to give a bbbj for more than a few minutes. and, she hated kissing (but she finally gave in and practically removed my tongue over the next hour). daty was more or less refused. but, she was good in all of the other usual positions, and got nice and lubricated, so her performance was not as bad as this might sound.

as for the rest of the place, there are definitely more than a few beautiful girls there. indeed, some are stunningly beautiful. and, as i said, virtually all of them were available despite the fact that they looked all taken at any given time. if you want all night sex and/or sex the next morning, be certain to ask if they have kids at home. if they do, you can be guaranteed they will be off and running at 6 or 7 am.

first, sorry for the very late report, i am very lazy when having so much to tell and so little typing speed, i always had problems with typing.

the festival happened june 29, 30 and july 1st. we assemble a group of 5 guys: myself and nick (from miami), 3 brazilians from manaus: my best friend (46) and his 17 year old friend in his inaugural sexpedition, and afonso (43? ) who rented a house right across the street from the bumbodromo (equivalent to the sambodromo), ground zero for the party. a small 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom for are$ 2, 000 for 1 week, though we only use 5.

we decided to travel from manaus to parintins by ship so the other american could sail and see the mighty amazon. big mistake, extremely tiring and hot- 11 hours trip- and very expensive (due to demand) at are$ 180. a diminute, dirty bathroom for an overcrowded boat with 50 people and their luggage. lunch (if you could call it that) and beverages (water) were included: an slice of bologna between 2 slices of bread. i did not eat.

the only good thing i can say about the trip was the great ambience in advance for a 4-day wild party: a great happy crowd and a lot of beer. however, 8 hours into the trip even the ambient dies down due to heat and exhaustion

next time (if there is a next time) i will fly and so should you (are$ 500 round trip from mao, 40 minutes great fly) if you want to admire the amazon buy the are$ 60 tour available anywhere in manaus.

my friend decided to ship a boogie from mao to parintins, it was a good decision because it attracted a lot of attention from the babes, specially its 2000-watt sound system. are 450 round trip. also, we brought enough buzz for a whole army.

the city has this folkloric festival once a year the last weekend of june, it celebrates the jungle, people, culture and music of the amazon and is famous in brazil and becoming famous around the world.

the city is in festive mood, for me it compared to carnaval: multiple street parties all around town by live bands in stages, trios eletricos and lots of girls, it caught my attention most were very young: between 13-20 y. o. it looked like most of the visitors were from manaus, where they say the city gets empty during the boi.

i was told that in parintins the girls were very easy to get, that they actually throw themselves at you. i discover this was misleading, at least in my case. there were an army of girls especially in the street parties in the cathedral plaza in the town center, every night there were thousands of girls partying, drinking and dancing. however, you still have to work hard and do apply yourself to the task at hand to get the babes. of cours, for my friends’ 17 y. o. boy was different because he is young and very good looking. in his case the girls did really threw themselves at him, sometimes in pairs but that also could happen in manaus.

the days started at about noon in numerous beachside places by the river. one in particular call my attention, this is a club-restaurant-bar with a pier, this place was choked-full of girls in bikinis and tangas, impressive, all colors and flavors, with a live band and water skiing competition. i tried to hit on a couple babes but did not have time since the guys wanted to see other riverside place. at the end this was the best of them, but by the time we realized it, it was time to get ready for the night.

at night the eye of the storm moves to the bumbodromo and the surrounding streets. we had a privileged location in front of the entrances to the stands. a big crowd walking the streets, drinking, dancing and hanging around. a lot of girls coming and going in groups, as the traffic was shut down, i could go up and down the street inviting girls for a drink in our bar, which we installed right on sidewalk. a lot of fun, we had the party coming to our house literally!

a note apart is the bumbodromo show itself, it is just impressive, a display of color and creativity matched only by the samba schools parade, if you are in town you must go at least one night (there are three different shows, one for every night). also worthy is to tour the assembly area which stretches for many blocks, as dozens and dozen of floats and thousands of people get prepared to enter stage, as impressive as rio’s. admission is about are$ 100 per night resold at the entrances. go at least one night.

after the show is over, people pour out and fill the streets. the best place for partying in the mentioned cathedral plaza which rocks. the plaza is surrounded by multiple bars and restaurant. there are several live bands, djs with different type and the music and a lot of pretty girls, a lot of them drunk. also a lot of pick pockets working the crowd. the fun goes until dawn.

while there i was able to pick up a couple girls, even though the experience was not all that satisfactory. however, since it was for free not much to be sorry about.

my friend said that remulos opens a branch (! ) in parintins for the 3 days of the boi, but i was unable to check it out, as i did not know the address. there are a lot of girls who come from manaus to work the street and they are obvious. i even found a group i met in mao, they screw 2 of my friends daily but i didn’t participate. i did not see anything interesting to me in the other sw i saw. everybody in the group was able to pick up something, with the youngest guy milked dry. i could have done better but i was also in the tourist mood, trying to enjoy and get to know better brazil and its wonderful people.

it was a good experience, a chance to experience and see this culture, a lot of fun, partying and drinking. regarding pussy, my expectations were very high and it did not live up to them, surely there are a lot of girls, many of them pretty, some of them very young, but you do have to work hard to get in their pants, nothing like the pussy waiting for you wide open just waiting for you to stick it.

if you are 0% into culture, and 100 % into pussy, parintins is not worth the extra expense and effort to get there. you better wait for carnival and go to manaus or go to a micareta (out-of-season carnaval). manaus for me is good enough any time of the year.

on the other hand, if you like to do tourism, party like an animal and hunt down some pussy go there at least once.

After a long absence in this forum, I am back.

I am going to Manaus on June 20th for 3 weeks, I am taking a friend from Miami to Parintins. My Manaus Brazilian friend is going too along with his son ( who will start learning a few tricks ;-) and other of his friends. We have rented a house in Parintins for the week. Very expensive. R$ 2.000. Thanks to my friend's good contacts. I guess.

This is my favourite place in Manaus. Great atmosphere, nice girls and low prices.

* Close to the port, next to the Banco do Brasil there are two side-treets with lots of bars and strip-clubs. Several of them only work during daytime. Some strip-joints are very small with only a tiny stage, a small bar and a couple of girls. Others are places almost as big as Remulos. All these places are sleazy lowend places. Among all the ugly girls there are some gems to be found.
Bar Holanda is a good place for a afternoon beer. Meet the locals.

* Aquarella: Big place. Tabledances.
* Mistura Fina: Big place. Tabledances.
* Natureza: Small place. Very nice atmosphere. The strippers comes down to the stage through the roof on a pole.
None of them charge a entrance fee.

* Streetwalkers: Check out the bars in Centro. Praca Militar, Praca do Indio etc.

* Non-pro´s: Manaus is unbeatable for non-pro action. Very easy to meet regular girls.
Head to the forró-clubs: Ladeira do Forró, Simbola, Companhia do Forró, Planeta Talismã, Meu Xodô, Balnearios, Forró do Marquinho and many many more.
