Hyatt is in Barra -- a long ride from the tourist areas of Rio.

Yep, I hear it is about 30 minute ride in. I was just thinking that after a week or so in a hotel on Copa or Ipanema Beach and doing the Termas and Terma girls at night and Prive's in the afternoon, it might be fun to spend a couple nights out in Bara on the beach and bring my favorite girls in and / or try out a couple of escorts. There is something about paying a joiner fee the really bothers me.

The Hyatt looks nice and I have 2 expiring free voucher nights that I must use or lose.

Beginning to think there aren't any hotels other than love motels in all of Rio that want demand you register the working ladies that you are going to screw and toss out.

I have not yet decided where I will stay in Rio yet. I have plenty of time to decide. I just know I want to be on Copa or Ipanema beach and in a 4.5* to 5* girl friendly joint. Not that I am planning on taking that many girls back to my room. I plan to spend a lot of my time, at least initially, in the Termas and Prive's. But I may also want to try a couple of them hot Acompanhantes and I do not want any BS from my hotel when or if I do.

Places that I have stayed at in Copa that I liked were the Astoria Palace Hotel and the Promenade Princess Copacabana. The Astoria was girl friendly in the past (things do change). I never tried to bring a tute into the Princess Copacabana, so can't speak to girl friendly there from direct experience. But, I did like staying there. Note that I did not book through Expedia, but chose these links because they do have some nice pictures of the properties.

It's not about the brand, the restrictions are due to the locale. If a local hotel sees a money-grabbing opportunity, they'll just grab it. Simple as that. That's especially true about luxury hotels or those who aspire to bill themselves like ones (I wouldn't call Hilton in Rio a luxury hotel, but oh, well). Their thinking is you're already spending an arm and a leg to stay there, so what's another 15%?

Speaking of Hilton, if your girl looks presentable I don't see how you won't be able to sneak her in during the day. Just tell them you're going to the rooftop restaurant.

Now, if it's menages you're after, I don't believe you'll find a willing accommodation in Zona Sol. Not just hotels but also rental hosts have strong policies against parties -- maybe take them to love motels.

I agree, it is not about the brand. Some things like a girly fee are up to local management and reflects mostly on the local customs & mores. For example, I was reading about the Sheraton Rio and their mandatory $15 daily resort fee imposed on their guests for hotel facilities This practice is unheard of in other Sheratons. It is a case of local management and what they think they can get away with. Although it is a very bad policy and most likely deters a certain percentage of potential guests who are aware of it.

As for threesomes: I never plan for them. In my humble experience, they only occur when I meet the right girl (s) and the vibe is very, very good. I do not anticipate having any in Rio because I am only staying a week, but again, I am up for it if the right situation comes along. You never know.

If I want to have 3 girls up to my room to party, the "girl friendly" hotel, according to my definition, shouldn't react in any manner except for the doorman wishing me a good evening.

I am a little surprised that the Fairmont Rio has a guest fee policy. I have stayed at Manila Fairmont many times and believe me; they don't care how many girls I invite up. I have had Tequila laced mnage a quatro's in my Manila Fairmont room and management did not bat an eye. Same same with Jakarta Fairmont. I stayed at the Jakarta Hotel one time and I was duly impressed with the quality. I was booked to say there a 2nd time in 2020, but Corona fucked that up.

The hotels that you list are located in Ipanema.

For some of you first time visitors, especially given the favorable exchange rate, it might make sense to focus on your vacation instead of worrying about things like how do I get to the Christ Statue or Sugar Loaf. Getting around on your own can be fun, until your vacation is over and you realize how much time you wasted trying to figure things out. I love Love Motels and have spent many event filled hours and nights at locations throughout Rio.

Saunas, sex chairs, pornos, waterbeds, jacuzzis, large showers and breakfast in the room are just some of the reasons.

Brazilian women like good spontaneous sex. These motels were designed for illicit rendezvous and are considered a little naughty.

If you are capable of chatting a girl up, then you should know the location of the nearest Love Motel. There are nice ones and dumpy ones.

The cost is not always that much different.

There aren't as many as there used to be because some, including my favorite, were converted to regular hotels for the World Cup and Olympics.

Asking that super hot Termas girl back to your hotel or apartment (unless it is especially nice) doesn't get you the same response as offering to take her to a nice Love Motel.

Dear Friend, apart the Princess Copacabana do you have other tips on a good hotel in Copa? In the past I stayed at Hotel Olinda (nice, but small rooms) on Avenida Atlantica. I am in search for a nice junior suite or similar with Ocean View. And of course with possibility to bring in girls.

When all this will be over, and it's safe again I'll go to Rio and Sao Paulo for a nice anal "marathon"!
