If you don't find the street on Google Maps, try with "Relógio de São Pedro" (Nazaré) and you'll find Rua Vinte e um de Abril.
Arenoso and PeriPeri is far away.

Another update on the Salvador scene, January 2019.

Not very much has changed since my last update three years ago. For details see post 682.

* Daytime mongering: My favourite spot is Morganas Massagem, Rua 21 de Abril 40. Directions in earlier post. Amazing that they continue to charge R$50/30 minutes. BBBJ or anal cost extra. Clean cabins, new sheets and towels, showers and cadeira erotica. Today only six girls were present at 9 AM. I chose Paula, 25 year black girl with a mediumsized round and firm butt. Very good session. Gave a perfect BBBJ with her fat lips and finished with CIM.

Apparently there are a whole bunch of similar privées nearby, but I'm not updated on those.

* Streetworkers: Spread out. You'll find some in Pelourinho, Porto da Barra, Barra etc.
A couple of stripclubs along the orla.

* Non-pro's: There are really beautiful darkskinned non-pro's in Salvador.

* Other: Lots of new bars along the orla in Barra and Porto da Barra.

* Girls: The majority of the girls in Salvador have dark skin. If you want girls with african look you should go to Salvador. Lots of horseasses but also smallersized bubblebutted ponyasses.

* Conclusion: Salvador is a good destination. However there is no specific mongerspot as everything is spread out. If you're lazy and want everything easily served you should go somewhere else.

Seems pretty weak, online (tinder etc) is flaky. Girl off SA wanted 400 for her or 600 for her and her friend, I passed / tchau. Diamond Club is supposed to be the best, on a rainy Monday, wouldn't have done any for free (I'm picky). Haven't seen Eros club. So no idea. Don't know of any red light district, seems to have been removed.

I'm really grateful for the replies from BackDoorD and FuckAfMedDig, and appreciative of further advice.

As mentioned, I'm very happy for non-pro / semi-pro action, but I'm not quite as young as I was on my last visit (So as long as there's still some gringo-interest working in my favor. And casual freelance pickup of the kind mentioned by BackDoor would be excellent!

I don't really have anything new to add except what I reported before. I agree with BackDoorD that Fortaleza is good. I wouldn't get scared away by FuckAfMedDig's advice about forgetting Salvador, Recife and Fortaleza. If I'm not mistaken he never visited any of those cities.

I don't know how long since you visited Salvador and Fortaleza? The more time that have passed the greater are the chances that you'll be disappointed. Fortaleza and Salvador are nothing like it used to be, let say 10-25 years ago. BUT that doesn't mean that they are not good.

The mongerscene in Fortaleza is much smaller than it used to be, but you shouldn't have any problems of finding lots of nice GPs charging way less than they charge in Rio. The GPs in Fortaleza also have a more friendly attitude and are less hardcore. Non-pro's are easy in Fortaleza. Not to forget you have a lots of piranhas, girls who maybe don't charge money for sex but expect some kind of gifts.

Salvador, same thing, the mongerscene is smaller than it used to be. Takes more work than in Fortaleza to find the gems. Still you have the whole range of putas, piranhas and non-pro's.

I think you should go to both Fortaleza and Salvador, staying more time in Fortaleza than in Salvador. Just don't get disappointed when you discover things are not the same like it was XX years ago. Have fun!

Fortaleza is still great. I was there two weeks ago on business. Didn't get in any mongering, but received a few unsolicited offers while having an early evening beer at a kiosk in front of the Oasis hotel. Would have been fun, had I not been so busy. Here are some options.
