I am back today from my 17 days trip to Sao Paulo and I have a lot to report like incredible GFEs from WE and tapping into something I believe might be unexplored so far by gringos - the ultmiate high end level of Sao Paulo.

I will not report like I have used to with my trips in the past as this trip was sort of different for me. I ended up spending time with what I now consider my friends while on my previous trips I went solo on everthing. This means that I didn't explore as many high end restaurants and afternoon activities where more spending time with these friends. Morena = BROWN skinned garota .
with mixture of Indiano / Native Brasilian / Caucasian mixture.
( similar to a brown skinned Hispanic girl in USA )

Some of the Garotas from Mato Grosso - could pass off as Thai / Filipino / South Asian.

There was only 1 Mulatta in the club.

A banner proudly proclaims that they have been in the same location for the last 34 years.
Basically locals - Asst Manager - Mr Pedro , speaks basic English.

Entrada R 79, includes 2 drinks & buffet. Prices of extra drinks - similar to that of a Rio Termas.
Club claims to have over 50 hostress - on a Friday night, counted about 31 garotas.

First visit on a Tuesday at 7pm - slow day - just 5 men to about 20 garotas.
Many garotas - grade 8, maybe even a 9 .
Walked past the smiling bikini clad garotas in the Boite to -
the locker room which is Co-Ed, as I was changing to a robe, 3 garotas joined me - disrobing, and showing me their wares.

Next to the baths - also Co-Ed, 2 of the garotas join me & we had fun soaping each other.
Got a drink at the bar - on to the buffet.

Bahamas: My first visit to this place. Rio has nothing to compare to it as far as the facilities go, they were a 5 star standard. However in my opinion the girls were about the same quality you would see in any Rio terma but twice the price. They also look different, less morenas and more white looking girls.

Entrada R121 (no drinks included), Room R70, saida R121 (bar fine to take girls out), girls settled on R250 to R300 in house and were looking at R300-R350 for exit, although they opened with R150 more than this to start. Interestering we got some good inside info from 2 ex Rio terma girls that we knew.

BB, I heard that the room was now R99 for one hour after the recent price increases (like entrada went from R101 to R121). Do you know for sure if it's R70 still? Did you go talk to Mike at all? You should have asked him to take a picture biting your ear! Just kidding.

Firstly, I stayed at the old Mercure Downtown hotel now http://www.atlantica-hotels.com/atlantica/ . Same rate about R119, still very guest friendly, no charge and didn't even insist on having the girl sign in.

Mike Tyson: Went to Sampa with 2 friends. The first guy sees Mike in Cafe Photo on tuesday night. Apparently he was relatively cordial. It is later reported in the media that he tried to have 6 girls admitted to his hotel and was refused.

Wednesday night I am sitting down at Bahamas, and my friend says "there Mike". Sure enough Mike walks in and sits to the left of the stage in an area roped off where girls had been eating earlier in the night. The owner of Bahamas "Oscar" sits with him for a while. Everything is cool. We have way to many drinks, pay an expensive bill by Rio standards and leave. When we arrive back at the hotel (former Mercure Downtown now atlantica downtown) there is a shit load of Policia accross the road opposite Love Story. My friend goes into Love Story and sees 20 or so Policia enter and stand in front of Mike, trying to intimidate him. Eventually Mike is taken out of the club and taken away. Apparently he will be charged with a minor offence that will not even require a court appearance. He apparently grabbed a camera and took the film from it, judging by the "unmarked" cameraman, if he did get hit by Mike it was nothing but a minor push.

The official policy is NOT to charge for the guest if you pay for a double. I know this because I asked before paying for the double room when I was last there (late August 2005). What I am not certain about is if they should be charging you $50BR when you bring two girls to your room. They did not, but I do not know the official policy on this because I am too timid to ask.

Having experienced no girl unfriendliness at Mercure Jardins last May, I decided to return there this month. During my stay, I had guests visit four times. On two ocaasions I was hit with a R$50.00 guest fee. Since I was paying for a double room, I was able to get these charges reversed, but I hated the hassle.

I believe the same desk clerk was responsible for both charges. When he wasn´t there, no guest charge was applied. (On the other hand, they do have a form for this purpose, so maybe official policy is to charge.)

A word of caution on the blond Gabriela at Ellass. Performance was good, but this girl is significantly heavier than her photos suggest.

Is it difficult to get around speaking English and Spanish only?
What general area do you recommend I stay in? My budget is up top $100 a night, and must have internet in the room.
Where should I exchange money for the best rate?
Are taxies in the city cheap?

HI, try Hotel St German. It should be in your budget and it has easy access to public transport. Keep in mind it depends on the places you plan to go. Spanish is good enough to get around the city.
